Why are the accountants listed as Ernst and Young?
People are overlooking the fact that they put this VERY transparent and honest report out there in the first place. Bold for them to lay their cards out on the table. I applaud that action, and will not be selling when some of you are tomorrow. Just going to look more long term...though will continue to be skeptical, since this IS the pink sheets....
Some very interesting stuff! Of course, if these guys had really read their own form, they might have caught the misspelling of their own company name1 lol
I, Daniel SAUVÉ, chief executive officer of the corporation, certify that:
1) I have reviewed this final report of Aquagold Canada and first report of AUAGOLD IMTERNATIONAL Inc.;
Great. Now one of the biggest customers we could get will get deluged with emails on behalf of some piddly company they probably don't give a damn about. You are just promoting spam, basically
Now THAT is a post worth keeping! Thanks. Hope it all comes to pass as we all wish
well, they at least have something to wave around, though it could have been a shopping list for all we know. lol

Notes from today's investor meeting...
Hello IHUB board, I am Jeff- the third person ranger referred to at today’s meeting. I have been reading over this board everyday for the past 4 months (48000 + posts to be exact) and I want to thank doog, Sid and many others for preparing me thoroughly for this meeting. All your time, effort and info was much needed for the numerous questions I asked. Here are the "facts" thoughts, and opinions of what transpired today.
The meeting lasted from 1-3 with Manuel, Steve and 9 investors. 2 of the investors were a couple that has put up much of the financing for Aquagold and their current operation.
Here is the straightforward answer of what Aquagold is... Aquagold is PREMIUM SPRING WATER. Period. If any of you have visions of aquagold in the hands of starving families around China- forget about it. Aquagolds "initial" market is the tourism, travel, and upper-middle class segment of China. Aquagold will be distributed to hotels, restaurants, and stores located in major business centers and 5 star restaurants. It is not- I repeat not going to remote villages as a lifesaver for the poor. This is a business! So all of you worried about profit margin, here goes...and I quote Manuel...
"Aquagold currently has facilities that can produce approximately 40 million cases of water PER YEAR."
"Aquagold is currently working with "at least 3" bottling plants which include Iroquois."
"There will be 24 BOTTLES PER CASE of Aquagold."
"A half-liter of water retail for approximately $8 US in a restaurant in China." (THIS IS NOT THEIR PRICE)
"Aquagold will be manufacturing 3 sizes of water: 350 ml (for bars, restaurants, and hotels) 500ml, and 1L bottles..."
Now for some cool stuff:
The bottles and pictures you have seen for Aquagold- Forget about them. They have revised and changed the entire look of their product- and per Manuel's words- "Everything- every word and logo and symbol has been approved by China" (He stressed many times how important this was to the process- getting approval in China for anything is not easy- but they have the network and have been plugging away and getting things done.")
He was cautious but showed us glimpses of specs. It looks good- IMO- Very clean and sleek. They are playing up the number 8 and putting a gold leaf on the top of the bottle. I could best compare the look to the look of Pellegrino. And since they are PREMIUM SPRING WATER, the look is very important. They are in the process of getting molds made for the new bottle and upon approval and cost, will begin manufacturing immediately.
So what about all the water they have already been shipping and dealing with there... Here’s the story. A lot of the water has been donated and a good will gesture by the company. This was appreciated so much by the Chinese, that an award was given to them by the Chinese government- Manuel mentioned that the award will be posted upon the new site updates- this good will has built more relationships. They also have water that is ready to go for the immediate launch and have no problem selling that water as soon as everything else falls into place.
Aquagold is the ONLY spring water being imported into China. How do we know this? Because China had to create a new tax bracket for spring water because it was not on the list when China tried to figure out how much in taxes they would be charging. Manuel stated that their tax rate was to be roughly the same as Evian’s WAS...
Thats because Evian is gone! And who knows if they are coming back. Because you all know about the issues with the water not being consistent. Manuel stressed often the importance in the consistency of Aquagold's water and that this was not something to be compromised and here's where we go from there...
As I stated...The current and best state of the art bottling plants can produce 20 million cases a year. MAX!
Aquagold is stating that they can produce 40 million cases a year based on 3 or more plants.
So a company such as Danone who has 6 major plants- how can they produce enough water to cover the world??? The answer is- water is coming from other plants- and that water is not consistent. Hence the trouble that happened in China.
So where does Aquagold go from here- this is a great thing but chill on it CAUSE IT AINT HAPPENING TOMORROW! Aquagold is seriously considering a second level of water to be produced under a different name with different requirements. Water is still clean- but not the premium spring water. This will allow Aquagold to work with more plants in the future. But for now- its a one product operation.
"Avian is not my competition."- Manuel
Manuel is not competing with other water companies- and I believe him when he says there is enough room for everyone. The market is huge. Manuel presented himself like a man very committed to the company and said he loved what he does. I too am a CEO and he carried himself very well. Yes he threw out compliments and told lots of stories and anecdotes, but his passion was there and my bullshit meter is off the charts and he passed. I was confident he was going to keep chopping away at more contracts and would constantly be back and forth to China. His mission isn't ending at the symbol change.
Now for the contracts- we are waiting on this stupid ass symbol- Plain and simple. The day this company reads AQGD or AQGL or whatever on etrade or scottrade is the day the pr blitz starts. PERIOD. PERIOD. PERIOD. They are ready. I asked him 3 times! None of this two weeks after the symbol crap. Its coming out- and I'm going to hold him to that! Here is another thing, and listen carefully everyone...
He raised his hand and swore to us NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION! NO DILUTION!
There are no worries on his end of finding the necessary parties to handle the float and I'm pretty sure they have that in place pending crossed t's and I's.
Did we see contracts? Yeah they were waived from a distance but obviously we can’t see any of it or read it because if we did then we are prohibited from trading for 90 days. But there are contracts. How many? "Not enough" he stated?
$500 million? Here's the best I got out of it. Is there one contract worth $500 million? My guess is no... HOWEVER, if you take all the contracts they have, do they add up to over $500 million??? YES THEY DO? How much more- no idea- but he said we will be happy. Right now, that is a good enough answer for me. No point in speculating on that- we will know soon enough. And yes...the contract length is over 8 years (8 is lucky..blah blah blah -2008, 8 years, infinity and so forth)
What is our price point? At the very least $1. $1 is a magic number because it is a prerequisite for the OTCQB. Do they want to be on the Nasdaq? Maybe one day but not right now. Why is that?
Per Steven...The NASDAQ is getting crushed on a daily basis and there is a minimum requirement of $1 to maintain your stance on the NASDAQ. Everyday 11 new companies enter and a couple hundred leave. He doesn’t feel that it benefits aquagold in any way to be lumped into the stock mess at this time. These stock expulsions also tie up the NASDAQ system causing some of the delays we have encountered recently.
But $1 is the SHORT TERM goal. Manuel expects nothing less- but obviously hopes for much more.
What is the profit margin on a case? That will be in the details.
When doe we get financials? They are hiring a CPA firm at this time.
It costs approx $1 per/case to ship.
What are the regions that will have Aquagold:
Manuel states there will be 4 to 5 hot spots in China right away with Shanghai and Beijing leading the way.
They are also very interested in Hong Kong, Japan, and Macau.
As far as the Olympics:
THERE ARE NO OLYMPIC CONTRACTS!!! Aquagold's presence will be seen around the Olympics in stores, shops and restaurants. There is no corporate sponsorship of the Olympics (that is something that would have had to been negotiated 4+ years ago). However, he did mention them providing water to some Canadian Olympic teams. AQUAGOLD HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AQUATIC CENTER OR THE CUBE.
Routing the $$$:
Aquagold is in the process of creating a company called Aquagold China. This is solely for the purpose of collecting funds from Chinese contracts. It is completely connected to the Aquagold international family and is necessary for the assurance and convenience of receiving funds.
So in the end, I have to say that Manuel handled everyone’s questions and was very comfortable doing so. I saw absolutely no red flags or any reason to be skeptical of his words. Yes he is a salesman like any good CEO would be and if he didn’t have confidence in his product I would be far more concerned with that. Additionally, the foundation and network for Aquagold seems tight. And they are being very smart IMO by not releasing one word of contract info until every single paper has been stamped for Aquagold.
He did apologize to the group and fully admitted that the delay last month was HIS FAULT for having the paper work marked aquagold USA instead of Aquagold international. LET THAT BE OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM THROUGH THIS WHOLE COURSE.
That’s about it...It's all about the contracts now and they will be coming. Hope this helps everyone in whatever direction he or she were leaning. Thanks again to everyone on the board for their hard work.

Jeff (LONG & STRONG)
I have never gotten a reply to ANY email I have sent to EDS, since they became the official IR for AG, and all my messages are civil, and often complimentary. Oh well. Go figure
Perhaps we should ask EDS for a link? I looked last night and found nothing as well.
Well...we held the 6's...at least until tomorrow
LOL wick It's always about synergy, no?
You KNOW I am leery of these Asian-connected Canadian stocks, having been burned on them before, BUT, you have to wonder how they managed PR's with Wolong and Lianhua, both huge Chinese companies. If it is a scam, it's a pretty darned good one IMO
IMO, the alleged "Asian investors", if they ever existed, are the ones who drove it up the day before the symbol change. Remember that high volume day, like 10 million? Then they, IF they ever existed, have been selling to take profit
Another satisfied customer:

Actually AQUI isn't doing anything about short sellers. People short a stock when it has risen very rapidly. Shorts cover when downtrends bottom out. Right now, the price has not risen dramatically in quite some time, and the downtrend has not shown a definitely bottom and reversal.
I am hopeful of the same thing. Multiple PR's in rapid succession. Make a big splash and get the WHOLE picture out there for people to see, to establish the company's credibility, and let the market make what it wants to of the situation. This robs the MM's of a chance to toy around with it, in the midst of wild speculation and mystery. The market hates the unknown. Let it all be known, and then we'll see what we have, and more importantly, what we DON'T have
LOL I won't go that far, but numbers, assuming they are big, will drive this bus.
The last 2 PR's have been pretty "believable". I am probably one of the more conservative posters on this board, and those 2 PR's with Wolong and Lianhua sure got my attention, and added a lot of validity to the argument that AQUI is a legitimate company with potential. BUT, we need to see some contract/revenue numbers in order to really move, and hold the gains, IMO.
LOL Right. LOL
Maybe, maybe not.
That release didn't really bother me. I don't think the exposure sources everybody was counting last night automatically signals more interest in the stock, so I wasn't expecting anything but more of the same from Friday. This thing is going to be news-driven for a while, and even with news, it appears it can go either way. Hope folks here like rollercoasters!
male...I understand completely. I don't hold my breath on this stuff, because I know the market will do what it wants, not what I want, just about every single time. I think big things would happen here if we got some "orders of magnitude" for future revenues from the company, i.e., how much are the sales contracts likely to bring in? What's the bottom line on these deals, even if it is over a period of years? That would be huge IMO, and the stuff that momo rallies are made of! Fingers crossed, but breath not held! lol GLTU
It's the pink sheets. Believe anything, because anything is possible
This stock has got to find some support, technically, before it can move up, unless of course, they put out another PR, Right now it is all over the map
The AG press release is not yet on the Lianhua Supermarket site, under "press". Doesn't look like they keep it updated though

Second best statement in the letter:
Look forward to several updates from us this week on all 3 of these beautiful gems.
Sounds like there will be more PR's, so EDS can have more stuff to release updates on.
Best statement in the letter:
Lianhua Supermarkets which trades on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has listed our AquaGold News on their ticker which confirms and acknowledges that AquaGold is what we call here in the USA
"The Real McCoy"
Don't they usually happen around midnight EST?
Has anybody tried any other "average" microcap stock PR's, to see what a benchmark number might be? The 269 number might be huge, good, or about average. I would think it is considerably above average, but that's just a hunch.
All I asked was if he was comfortable having others POSSIBLY lose money because of him. we all know what we "believe" about this company, but the market makers can clearly mess with the returns we "know" we are entitled to. happens all the time. Look at the huge rally we had when we had 2 PR's announcing partnerships with billion dollar Chinese companies. Did the price act like you predicted? Personally, it surprised the hell out of me. So there is always the possibility that your "sure thing" will head south. If you're comfortable risking others money like that, be my guest.
That can be dangerous. This IS a pink sheet stock you know. ANYTHING can happen. Would you really want to be responsible for people losing money? This may well go up, but there is no guarantee. You want it on your conscience if it doesn't, and people lose money because of your urging them to buy into a high risk investment?
Try somebody respectable.
Ummm...I meant .072~ lol
I just want to get to .07 for the weekend. Is that too much to ask? lol
The last two PR's had substance IMO. They did not have numbers, in terms of revenue, but the content was more significant than most PR's which cause other stocks to fly.
To gauge interest in a stock, search the Public Messages box in the upper right corner, under the Symbol. If all the results are from posters on this board, it shows the stock has fallen off the radar. The board can still be ranked high for "most watched", but if it is just the usual folks watching it, it means basically nada
Based on the lack of chatter and volume, I think this will settle farther downward until the next PR. The fundamentals are looking better and better, but since no trading groups are really hyping it, it won't get the buzz or momo it would need to really run.
Welcome to the Pink Sheet market, where things often suck. lol
There is just no momentum at all here, despite the GREAT news.
I would agree with that
