That may be true, Panzer, but until Stevia Corp. PRs actual revenues from their hemp operations, there is no evidence to discern STEV from any other penny stock with a billion shares that PRs about alleged operations.
I'm sure there are some revolutionary PRs around the corner, but if they don't have numbers they don't mean shit. Show me the money.
There are obviously more updates right around the corner. Sorry if you cashed out today and locked in a 50% loss. This is part of a bigger plan for the management, I'm sure. The future is in their hands.
Time will tell. Most of us are stuck here waiting to find out!
There are a thousand "companies" on the OTC with a billion shares and fake PRs. Financial statements must do the talking for Stevia Corp.
This A/S increase is going to put management and all insiders under a microscope. If the next two financial statements don't show us "record stevia harvest," “confirming orders from US manufactures wanting to purchase hemp products” and “preparing to fulfill these orders when the current hemp crop is harvested beginning in October 2014,” FINRA, the SEC, and anyone else who wants a crack at this criminal organization are going to have a blast pursuing the pump and dumpers and manipulators here.
That said, anti-takeover initiatives may be in effect, and the company may deliver on all of their promises, making us all incredibly rich! Where will you all put your money?
"The" big PR must be days away.
My initial panic has passed and has been replaced with a long term anxiety.
Agreed.
An increase in A/S does not necessarily mean an increase and dilutive effect on O/S, so as long as operations, revenue, and PRs are good, price will continue to climb for STEV.
The only thing a higher A/S will do is increase shareholder risk of future dilution, which would be virtually unrestrained with an increase from 250M to 750M. Again, Stevia Corp. probably does want more shares to eventually raise more capital for future operations and growth, but it is in the best interest of shareholders to limit this kind of financing and encourage management to grow within the company's means.
My guess is they PR into this.
From what I understand, there would be no immediate dilutive effects. Increasing the A/S would just give the company the opportunity to offer more shares and increase in the O/S in the future, in order to raise additional funds.
750M A/S is quite an increase, and no doubt would tempt management to increase O/S rather than operating within their means. Might be worth proposing a lower A/S, if this increase is fundamentally necessary, to perhaps 500M or lower?
Good God.
Don't sleep on Stevia!
Caution, loading zone!
Welcome back.
Biotech trades at higher multiples of earnings. Thinking about Stevia/RealHemp as a biotech is going to force many of the longs here to change their way of considering an exit, as biotech is more speculative in valuation than agriculture.
Exciting times. Lots more research and DD to be done by all!
Stronghands leads me to believe we have the potential to be priced as a biotech company in the future.
CBDs haven't had their day on the stock market yet.
Scintillating update!
OOooooOoOooOoOOO!!!!!!!!!
Market looks like it may turnaround today, hard to predict what tomorrow looks like.
It is interesting that accredited investors will pay $0.12/share, but OTC traders won't pay .08.
People are going to be chasing the dream soon.
Pull back on that slingshot!
Lmao.
Don't forget to look at the S&P500 the last few days. Things are wobbly right now.
Would be interesting. There was a great 3-part expansion plan laid out early in the company's history. Would be amazing to see another one of these, if George has time in 2015.
They are a small operation and do need help promoting their growth. You are correct.
I meant for Q4. I think it would be an excellent achievement!
Is it unreasonable to hope for $10M revenue this year?
Do your part, spread the word.
Market got destroyed this AM.
Good share, thank you!
Stevia Corp. is a farm management company with operations in Vietnam, and supply relationships with several large Asian companies. Over 70% of the world hemp production is in Asia where the Company’s farm management operations are based.
Stevia and hemp are growing markets, and STEV is trying to position themselves to be a major supplier for both. The shrimp cultivation is another revenue stream that utilizes stevia plant as food.
This is gonna be a fun week. Hold tight!
Sweet gains today!
In the long run, revenue is going to separate winners from the losers in the MJ/Hemp sector in 2015.
It takes about 10 seconds to figure out where Stevia Corp. falls.
That oil money! We've got a GUSHER!
Haha!
Not sure. Loving the price action this week. Wow!
Are we thinking NITE represents our shorts?
^_^
Thankful this new year to have a president in George who is focused more on actions than words.
Imagine if we were all invested in Stevia First ($27M market cap) and STILL waiting for something to happen with our company (besides burning MILLIONS of dollars in "administrative" and "operational" costs each year). While our CEO was busying himself doing press tours on CNBC and various publications, the market is exploding around us and the industry just seems to pass us by.
Instead, we have a president who doesn't say a thing until he absolutely has to. And when he does, what do we learn? Stevia Corp. is connected to PureCircle and Darden Restaurants - The biggest game in town!
