That's the real exciting thing with this company - they are just now expanding from a previously tiny distribution. First come initial orders and then restocking orders depending on demand. These stores (Whole Foods, Albertsons, Shaws, etc) don't have the luxury to waste shelf space on products that don't add to their bottom line. If they are planning on carrying the products they think they will sell.
I have bought it in Maine 2 hours from the border with New Brunswick Canada. I think when they sign an order/contract to sell the product it takes a little time to get distributed through the system. Retail also has to liquidate products they are removing from their stores in order to make room for a new product.
Boy would a hot meaty pr smoke this thing right now.
BTW the carb fad is over lolly. People drink Ginseng for the energy - carbs good for that too when exercising or working. IF there is an energy drink with out all of the corn syrup and chemicals and artifical colors it will attract the health conscious crowd. A lucrative demographic.
My buy hasn't show up. Maybe after hours during the book clearing?

erdos: Since you ask I think they cooked up this pr because they are very excited that there is a buzz around their products. I think they are excited by the "fan attention" as in the bloke who started the myspace page. I don't think the release of the pr means that anything can be read into their motives for releasing it other than they don't have a "no" man that will tell them like it is - that the pr idea sucked.
Even if "something" did go wrong they have many "somethings" going right. Christe to the rescue I hope.
I have seen plenty lame ass prs from plenty of companies. I think people were looking for a reason to buy or sell the company because it held .0070 ish for so long. This pr looks weak and results in a mild sell off.
One of the next few prs could have the opposite effect.
Bought in low and still holding cash for bargains before inevitable rise into the pennies plus. Business is just ramping up. Growing pains/growing gains.

Looking at the 50 DMA I'd have to agree that that is possible. Bouncing back up after touching or a little below. Then again the rumor all along has been that there are some sales numbers and pending contracts out there.

My point is there have been much worse PRs in pinks. The Pr WAS lame and completely unecessary but it wasn't bad news. The myspace activity is interesting but unworthy of a pr.

Why on Earth is there another CC before 10% of what was discussed in the last CC has had any developments? My gut feeling is that they are milking some deep pocketed investors. The lack of any real developments since February is what gives me that feeling. Doug should be running the business, not the stock.
