That's not Data443's plugin because they only work on a higher version of Wordpress. That's one of the competitive products as listed this first appeared in version 3.6. Our plugin is only for version 7.0 or higher. So this is actually good news for Data443...
You crack me up Zani...thanks to your hilarious posts...I bought more shares today...I've already seen every show in Vegas at least once...I can't buy this kind of comedy anywhere...so thank you and keep up the good work!
This acquisition is a great fit for both companies. N8’s IAM software manages access, permissions and controls for a companies IT environment. Data443 scans, secures and protects data. Both products add incredible value to each other.
Mark, thank you for sharing. I was traveling and couldn’t watch it on TV. I love the point made that companies like google sell you a phone for $1,000.00 and when you turn it on you first need to agree to give up your privacy or you can’t use the phone. Data443 is positioning perfectly in this fresh new market. No other company that I have seen is addressing this concern head on with a complete solution. Exciting times a head...
That’s a good question Ferda. I think we should all be spending our time gathering valuable questions to ask in this conference call.
Simply saying Araloc is the best in its class. Written to work on the most secure cloud system and recognize by 5 major security organization.
Mae- Lets not forget the facts...a year ago this was just Jason and his product. Almost a year later it’s a small team including 2 established IT companies that have full time employees who have been feeding their families from these jobs for years. They’ve exchange their lifelong livelihood for shares in Data443. These are professionals with good standing reputations in this industry. If you’re looking for proof, don’t let all the smoke impair your vision. This is going to get very exciting for all us longs in my professional opinion.
Did you listen to his interview? He knows this business, his product, the market and everything the competition has been lacking to give the customers. That’s the CEO us CIO’s look for when we need a software data solution. You my friend are especially going to love what’s about to come. All your questions and concerned are going to be answered...
HH- you’re right all the smart competitive companies are trying to sell to him quickly and trying to put together deals with Data443 in exchange for shares of this award winning Data443 business. This CEO is exactly what the industry needs and looks for. I’m afraid all the remaining legacy data companies who aren’t fortunate enough to be acquired by Data443 are going to be left behind to become the next Blackberry...
Dr. - This might be off topic so try not to delete it...but to be safe download a free copy of Malwarebytes (only from bleeping computers website) run it and make sure one of the files you may have uploaded isn’t contaminated. That’s a malicious attack and Malwarebytes software will detect infections your virus protection software won’t. If it finds something simply remove it from your website. If it doesn’t then let your hosting company know about that spyware message HB reported from his barracuda. Exploit.Misc.MU
This is exciting news buddy! Jay O'Donnell is a hell of nice guy. I've spoken with him a couple times on the phone and have also demoed his product. Check out his website...https://n8id.com/ they already posted the announcement on the home page. I can't wait to see how many established customers they have...I found this interview from back in 2014. Jay mentioned one of his customers Loblaw, Canada's food and pharmacy leader. They now employee close to 200,000 employees but back in 2014 it was 130,000 employees check out the interview
Mack...we’ll be hear making sure the truth gets reported properly and fairly protecting investors. Good luck pal....
BB, lets read between the lines....perhaps our outstanding CEO is communicating with us? Maybe the message he’s trying to send to his valued long share holders is...this is why the TA is gagged at the moment. We are in the process of acquiring N8 and this will add huge value to our company and the future growth of Data443. Please trust we are acting in the best interest of everyone and thank you for your loyalty as a long term investor in Data443....now if our CEO tweeted something like that himself it would be to risky and could possibly create a negative reaction...that wouldn’t be in the best interest of this company....so that’s where his experience shines and makes him a smart CEO. Anyone who says any differently about this guy doesn’t have the experience to recognize a great CEO in my opinion.
Z, thank you for sharing your investor experience it helps me with Data443 and this stock. Thank you
If you’re trying to flip this stock then I can understand why you are so angry. However, many of us longs feel this CEO is being transparent. Listen to the last quarter investors call again. Jason told us he is acquiring more companies, showing his business to investor firms, having an audit done and working to up list to the OTC.QB. He never gave us dates of when all of this will be completed and he never promised us that the share price was going to increase. He’s doing exactly what he said he was going to do to build this business. For an OTC pink sheet stock that doesn’t have to report or tell us anything, that’s being pretty transparent. I appreciate that he cares enough about his investors to even schedule calls. That’s something new to me with an OTC pink stock. Whatever he needs to do to get it done is ok with me. So if he decides to dilute the entire share structure because he feels it will be beneficial to the company in the long run, i trust that he’s acting in the best interest of the company and I’m fine with that. So if you don’t trust him or like what he is doing. This probably isn’t the right investment for you. I know the industry and what the CEO tells us about his experience is true. Plus, I feel the product is good and will do very well in time. I’m not going to sit back and let people in here post negative fake assumptions. As for people I know in this business becoming customers that also takes time. IT executives budget projects like this at least a year in advance and do extensive research first.
That's a great post. I appreciate his educated opinion and believe he's being honest when he said the TA referred him to Matt. That seems to be the same response everyone is getting. However, it still doesn't provide us with any proof. He expresses his opinion and says no matter what he's long. Sounds to me like he's smart enough to understand this company can be quickly valued in the billions and is not worried at all about dilution. I would be much more worried about not owning a nice chunk of shares. If I didn't own shares in this company and it makes a big run up. I would seriously have a hard time with that...imagine every day wondering how much different your life would of been if you took a little risk. That's a lot harder to live with then an investment that doesn't work out the way you thought. Anyway, I hope that answers your questions, best of luck...
I care more about the technology than anything else. I'm hopeful this will succeed because I see technology growing rapidly at speeds frighteningly faster than ever before. If even one small piece of this company adds value to the evolution of technology then the world will benefit greatly from it.
When the time is right we will know why. In till then it's all speculations. I've asked friends who I consider experts in the stock market. They've told me there could be many different reasons why a TA doesn't give out information or suddenly stops giving out information. If I listed all the different scenarios they gave me it's all still just speculation and assumption.
When you put everything on the line there is no other way to be than 100% passionate. If you want to discuss facts that we all know to be true, let's do that. We all know that Jason has presented his product in front of many different experts all over the world this last year. He's publicly announced that his product is better than all the competitors, visit the website and that's right out in the open. He has attacked every market in this industry. Opened himself up to showing his product to anyone who wants to see it or critique it at anytime. We know that this industry is highly competitive and companies valued in the billions can easily squash a small competitor trying to break into this market. We know the shows he has attended are packed with media. The RSA show he exhibited at was covered by the Wall Street Journal. Those are facts that can easily be verified by any of us here. With all that being said. Show me one negative article written over the last year about Data443. Show me anything that says his products, technology and experience is not true? You can't because it doesn't exist. All we know to be true is that he keeps marketing his product and Data443 isn't afraid of anyone in this space.
So again nowhere does it say the TA is gagged. It's your opinion based on your experience. A fact is something you can prove without any doubt. I know people who have recently spoken with Matt and he said the TA is not gagged. So all we can do is just wait and see.
A smart CEO tries everything and never stops re-inventing themselves. Repetition is key. When marketing your product you put it everywhere. You live, breath and sleep your product.
I'm not misrepresenting by any means. Other then they're target market maybe larger than what I mentioned. How about the entire world consisting of anyone who use computers, is that better?
Show us a link that proves the TA is gagged, period. You can't right? Because there is no link. This is just your opinion. We all have our opinions. Unless either side can provide proof then it's all just an assumption. Try including in your posts that it's just your opinion and maybe you'll get the same respect back.
Or as we call it in the business world, smart marketing. I respect a CEO who does whatever it takes to continually market their product. Search engine algorithms will pickup Data443, Microsoft, Facebook, data protection, cybersecurity when anyone searching for these keyword topics together. It's a great cost effective way to market to your niche target especially when your demographics look like this...

KZ- Thank you, I always enjoy reading your posts...
H2- I'm humbled that you chose your one post to reply to mine. The title of president may sound important and he was probably the number two guy out of the half a dozen or less employees they have. However, even with that big title Jason was still just an employee of the company. Anything that happened between Jason and Appiphany is all speculation and hearsay. But the timing of everything shows me that Jason's intentions were to work with Appiphany Technology and try to grow his products under APHD. That's why you see him introducing ClassiDocs and discussing Aroloc. I can clearly see both sides to this picture in my head. My guess is Appiphany was happy with the value Jason brought to the company but wanted to continue on growing their own product and vision. It even looks to me like Jason waited till the very last minute before he broke off and was forced to start Data443. My guess is that this wasn't what Jason wanted or planned to do and that's why he had to buy this shell and act fast. His ClassiDocs product was already introduced to the market and he needed to continue to focus on it...people spend a life time building a product and a name and it only takes seconds to watch it get destroyed... now all the responsibility is with him to grow this company the way he sees it...I like the choices he's made so far and look forward to what he has planned next.
However, Jason is no longer an employee of APHD. He owns his own business now and is solely responsible for Data443. If I was a shareholder of APHD I would be pissed off at whoever made the decision to focus all the attention on the designer product verification software and let their cash cow get away...but as a supporter of LDSR I'm certainly glad they did...
They both did work for IBM at one point and IBM obviously recognizes their talent. They had no problem paying 34 BILLION dollars for them......Dats443 has much greater potential...
Was that 34 BILLION dollars RedHat just sold for? Just out of curiosity what would a number like that mean to Data443’s pps?
HH...I imagine Jason’s probably busy just sorting through the overwhelming amount of applications he’s getting from smart competitors employees who want to remain working in this industry 5 years from now...
Lol...you’re funny...For obvious reasons I often turn to a huge vendor I trust for consulting help on new product purchases. They are an international vendor with multiple warehouses all over the world and staff over 500 salespeople. I asked them about data security software he told me that they carry all the competitors products and can certInly get someone to call me and that everyone in the industry is having this problem. They are all looking for the same solution...however, he did’t feel comfortable making any recommendation because nothing he knew of worked. So of course I told him about Data443 and since then we’ve lined up multiple phone meetings with security experts from the research and analyst team. They are all loving this product so far and are going through the proper steps to get Data443 added as quickly as possible to their existing product line. They said this process from start to finish becoming a recognized product usually takes 2 to 5 years. However, because of the huge demand they have they put Data443 on the front of the line and will have this completed in 9 months. Plus, about 6 weeks ago I attended a wedding for a Gartner employee and many of my IT executive buddies of 30 years were there. We had a great time catching up at the wedding and they all know about Data443 now. I’m willing to bet my one Gartner friend had his analysts working on this the very next day. I wanted to share both of those things with you because being that you’re in the IT industry I know you’ll be excited as all of us are to hear this news...
Or if Data443 keeps doing exactly what they’ve been doing, they will soon dominate the market generically. Don’t worry companies like Varonis will still be needed to service the Legacy systems in till Data443 can get around to installing them... then they’ll become like Blackberry did to the cell phone industry...
You can offer me .05 a share right now and I wouldn’t sell a single share. I’m going to hold them all for at least two more years before considering a selling price for a small block of shares.
Awesome...maybe these types of surfacing articles drove the price upward today...great stuff
Great find Trow!...that's the uniqueness of the IT industry...one day no one has ever heard of them and the next day you are a nobody if you haven't ever heard of them...LOL...Data443 blends nicely in those articles...like they've been around forever...Data443 released version 1.43 of ClassiDocs last week, which is a huge advancement for data privacy tech and GDPR compliance. The system uses a Data Repository Owner Identification technology to securely manage data, and help businesses comply with GDPR in a number of ways. “Data privacy and GDPR response continue to drive IT spending worldwide,”
I love it!
Thank you for all your sleepless concern regarding our investment....My posts are specifically based on personal experience as an active IT professional. I manage the IT department for a medium size company (100million annual sales)I have held this position for over 15 years. I will eventually need to address and add a more robust data protection solution to our network. I've been looking at all our options and making comparisons to all competitive products. So far Data443 is the only software that meets and exceeds our specific total environment needs. I'm curious to know what your credentials are? On a separate note as a hobby, I've been mining, trading and lending cryptos for years. It's very clear how being involved in the evolution of Ripple can possibly be beneficial to Data443 in the future.
You live in the past. Try taking some time to learn something before you post and meet me back in 2018...here is something you can start with...
WordPress runs 32% of the entire internet.
50-60% is WordPress’ share of the global CMS market – making it the most popular CMS of them all for the 7th year in a row. [8][2][15]
New York Observer, New York Post, TED, Thought Catalog, Williams, USA Today, CNN, Fortune.com, TIME.com, National Post, Spotify, TechCrunch, CBS Local, NBC, and more all use WordPress. [32]
WordPress is the fastest growing CMS, with roughly 500+ new sites being built daily in the top 10 million websites on the web (compared to Shopify’s and Squarespace’s 60-80). [37]
WordPress powers 14.7% of top 100 websites in the world. [41]
17 posts are published every second on WordPress sites around the world. [4]
37 million global Google searches for “WordPress” are made per month. [4]
The keyword “WordPress” gets googled around 2.8 million times every month. [42]
Around 19,500,000 websites on the entire web use WordPress. [15]
8% of the top 100 blogs according to Technorati are managed with WordPress. [7]
2,645 of the top 10k websites on the web use WordPress. [15]
22,111 of the top 100k websites use WordPress. [15]
297,629 of the top 1M websites use WordPress. [15]
In 2014, non-English WordPress downloads surpassed English downloads for the first time. [8]
22% of new domains in the US are run with WordPress. [6]
WordPress as a CMS (47%) is nearly 12 times more popular than Drupal (4%) in India.
In the US (2014 data), WordPress is preferred by 50% of the users, with Drupal scooping up 17% and Joomla getting 6.44%. [6]
When all the IT decision makers get together at these luncheons and functions of course we all talk. We know exactly which data security companies have been failing. Many of the people in the business are turning to paying IT security consultants firms to find them a complete solution that will work for today’s environment and moving forward. That includes a Wordpress solution as well as a software that will run on a blockchain. The genius part about Data443 starting with a free Wordpress download is if a United States company sells online to Europe they must comply by GDPR regulations or separate themselves from doing business in those countries. That’s true for all businesses in every country.
I think if you take a minute out of your busy schedule to read my post before attacking it you’ll see that I said millions of IT executives and nothing about downloads.
Or when the millions of IT executives like myself are looking for a complete IAM software solution that we only have to learn once. The first thing we do before installing any Wordpress plugin is pull up the companies website and look at what other products they offer. No IT department ever wants to piece together multiple application. We don’t care about price as much as we do a one stop shop.
