Smoke screen....Berman was rolling through auditors before the last one that ate his paperwork. I suspect he was having a lot of trouble getting auditors to verify his financials because they were in shambles. I wouldn't rely on their past financials...ever.
yep, you missed a lot
Z, why don't you put a Best of Zal 2018 together for us
Investors who believe that outcomes in those ranges are possible should be willing to wait a long, long time and maybe even take out a second mortgage and buy buy buy more while they wait
LOL, some on here would expect you to will your shares to your great, great, great grandchildren since "investors" should not be concerned with SP.
Im special? please learn how to communicate in complete sentences.
By the way, I don't think they can sell the LSU crop yet until it is tested which has been delayed due to governmental interference.
If it is ok news then they put it in the quarter filings. If it is something that might be great for the stock there is a prerelease asap.
This is pretty much the methodology of every company
If the harvest was sold they would have to have it in this quarters filing. Unless, they are providing old numbers in put it in there end of year. End of year is 0331
what does this even mean? meatball is talking about a current event he expects to hear news about, you and Shaark are constantly clamoring for news about sales and revenue and the end of the year hasn't even happened and you are already talking about them using old numbers?
Sorry IP, that post was not in response to anything you said.
Yep, keep repeating that fantasy of yours but no thanks. I feel like I have to take a shower after just reading this board.
Yep they are covering all those outstanding warrants it looks like. Im interested in Cajuns return from LV. He was supposed to visit the TECO facility
By the way, the company is coming out with three new products in the next 6 months and the current factory will be used to produce pre-production samples and to make changes to the production molds etc. in anticipation of the new products.
You mean that cluster of products and aliases Berman calls brands that even the "investors" cant keep straight much less the consumer. Just keep movin' the shell around, watch it wherever it goes...
Why does DECN need another Korean manufacturer? Are they at or even near capacity with the other one? Are sales so robust they cant keep up with demand? Sounds like another hole for money and or shares to go into with no return.
On another note, I always find it funny in DECN press releases when they say things like Berman presents "XXXX" to the board. This essentially says that Berman presented to himself since there is really no board other than one other guy who is not even involved in the business really.
read the Pr's and the 10Q's/10K's. Read this forum and read the one on IH. You will have to determine your own course of action. Pay close attention to what is said and what is done by the company before making a decision.
sell the news plus tax loss selling until 12-22 or there abouts
I would be interested on your take regarding the S-1. I always find it interesting that SEC law requires disclosure of such things and they are always a mystery due to clouded intent and language used.
Im hoping that they are preparing shares to cover already issued warrants in anticipation of a SP rise and potential execution of those warrants?
4500 total strangers to answer to, each stranger with their own idea of what is important.
Nope, in the end all of their ideas are pretty much the same. Audited financials, sales, profitability, shareholder value.
Shaark, I have to tell you, it seems you are working really hard to bash this company at every turn. Even on the posts where I am asking a question unrelated to GBLX. That makes me think you have a different motive.
I have read some information on MJ stocks related to tax loss selling until the December 22nd time period. Lots of these stocks have been beat up so it seems reasonable tax loss selling is occurring. I think people will readjust and we should see a rise in January related to the sector. IMO of course.
Jefra, thanks, I was looking at CVSI last night based on an article I read. haven't had a chance to formally research it so your info is greatly appreciated.
LP's{Licensed Producers}that haven't made profits while scaling up,
Which companies are making profits while scaling up? Can anyone name a few?
Show proof
Maybe people might feel more obligated to show cold hard proof if Berman showed proof of a viable business, achieved milestones, and audited financials.
My earlier question about hemp was not related to GBLX. I was genuinely interested if you or Shaark were aware of some of the better hemp growers.
Why do you put words in my mouth? I didn't say anything about the farm bill providing funding for anyone or anything.
And, with your view on hemp you might was well not invest in anything because the same thing can be said for every part of the industry once everything becomes legal. However, with a better view of the industry it is more likely there will be some companies that perform better than others out of the gate and then we will likely see consolidation in the industry as well as others bowing out due to competition. Then the production will contract and stabilize.
But, that doesn't mean there wont be some winners on the way because there certainly will be.
which hemp companies will benefit from the passage of the farm bill? who are the major hemp growers?
Im not getting worked up over a 2 tenths of a penny loss.
By the way, since we are on this topic, can you point me in the direction of any MJ stocks that are really profitable at this time of the industry cycle?

while NOT mentioning that GBLX is blowing through $9+ Million just to keep the lights on
LOL, yes, because THIS is what they should be yelling to the world. Sarcasm noted.
LOL, Im pretty sure mugsy has never said any of that
Sounds like a good synergy for the company. Can be a revenue producer and provide medicinal value as well.
Question: for those who are adamant about revenue, what is your take on this development?
I want them to actually have someone talk about them. Instead of always reading something they paid for with there own propaganda pr staff.
There are also a lot of publishers at most of the big conferences/conventions they claim they key speakers at. Marijuana magazines write about them all the time. So, you must not be reading the magazines to watch the movement.
Which one of these statements do you agree with regarding GBLX?
How would you know stalker. I guarantee you are down 95% with your one and only investment. LOL, good luck
Glad you noticed. I didn't say they didn't have these deals. I am hopeful that some of them will begin to produce real revenue. And, I know its not coming from medical yet. But that is why I am saying their primary focus is medical...which means you will have to be patient and put up with some dilution like just about every other small pharma company. That is who this company is....
I hear ya, and I do have a few concerns about revenues and financing as well. Just not willing to throw n the towel at this point. By the way, I own SGMD as well. I like the farm bill vs grow capacity here also.
Well, unfortunately, Tillray, cronos, aurora, GW, and a couple of other bloated, way over priced companies get all the air play. its a little more difficult when you are a small company to get the few publications willing to write about the pot industry to pay attention.
If you are concerned about share structure look no further than the big companies mentioned above. They have hundreds of millions of shares, if not billions, outstanding with valuations that will never be reached. yet, people keep buying and trading.
Our day will come but you have to accept the company you bought into. It is not a recreational pot grower. I know some of you want that to be and I am hopeful that they will tap this market but it is, and always has been, defined as a medicinal pot company.
'Where a person deliberately makes a false allegation about an offence in order to have a person arrested."
But he didn't do this part or it didn't seem his intentions were to have Berman arrested. So, it doesn't pass the smell test.
So, what do you want them to do...nothing? Lots of companies put out self promotion. Is that an issue? Nothing wrong with keeping investors interested.
We are playing as we see it but you keep repeating your distaste for the company over and over even though you sold your shares which is making us play it as you see it.
Personally, I don't see pots stocks up huge. In fact, the vast majority are in downtrends and have been for most of the year.
these are not necessarily crimes but, crimes do go unpunished everyday in this country.
But as Jack Nicholson famously said "you can't handle the truth."
And then he was subsequently arrested and sent to jail. What a great comparison to Bermans future
