I have dumped the last of my shares this week. Took a pretty good size loss, but I am concerned that a RS is in the works.
After months of backing this company (Telecorp) up, I finally saw the light and understood what all the bashing was about. Not only was it warranted, but clearly Telecorp isn't a well managed company.....at all.
My apologies to both jcg0176 and daleb2130, you both were completely and totally right.
Later all and all the best to you.
I agree.
Unfortunately, you're probably right, mate.
My apologies. I saw, or thought I had seen, a much lower ask earlier.
My apologies.
Market Maker/(MM) 'CSTI' -
Do not fall for the trick of MM CSTI putting some of their shares at the asking price of .001, LOL!!! I've seen these ploys before when MMs put there ask at a higher price. *In My Opinion*, this is sometimes a ploy to get other shareholders to bid higher, or at a higher price/ask, so that they (the MM) can sell their shares lower so that they can just get out of the stock because hey too know it's a scam.
Kinda makes you wonder why there is so little on the ask, UNLESS there are millions, hundreds of millions, hidden on the Ask at .0001 by MMs.
No worries, mate. And THANK YOU regardless.
JD (or anyone else who may be able to answer the question);
Does EFIR have any interest in BOI or BOI in EFIR? I haven't looked, or done any DD, into this myself. I knew that MNVN and BOI were linked in regards to one having interest in another.
Thank you in advance.
Hope you are well, friend.
Isn't Dev Datamedics supposedly going to bring in immediate revenue of $20k-$30k per month?? Isn't that what all of the past PRs have stated about Dev Datamedics???? So, if that's the case.....Telecorp should be generating 'REAL' revenue by next month......correct??
August 20th, 2015 News
Lol....and no one even cares because no one believes it or in it.
Sorry Paul, you really screwed up by mismanaging your company....
Telecorp Announces Launch of New Web Design Services
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/telecorp-announces-launch-design-services-121500124.html
Thanks, JD.
And, yeah....I think that would be the 'smartest' business decision to make in regards to focus on one company versus several of them (i.e. BOI versus MNVN and EFIR).
Unfortunately, I think both MNVN and EFIR are done (unofficially and technically).
What I've learned from this??
A few things.....
*Never, EVER, invest in a company owned and/or operated by Dennis Alexander, or his wife, Again
and.....
*Never, EVER, trust 'Infinity Global Consulting Group, Inc.' which is owned and operated by one Joe Vasquez.
Mr. Vasquez just smeared his own business' name and reputation by the several amount of lies and false information he let out.
Believe me, if I ever invest in an OTC company again, I will be looking at who is the Investor Relations of the company before making any final decision(s) to invest. This is a mighty important lesson I've learned here. Costly, but important.
The Ask for EFIR was 0.0001 x31,838,600 today (August 18th, 2015). It is the lowest I've ever seen the ask EFIR has had at .0001. Now, I fully realize that it probably doesn't mean much, certainly probably nothing 'good', but I do wonder why the ask was so low today at .0001.
I've moved on to other plays.
We did have a pretty good working relationship in that he had been open and honest with me. Believe me....I have spoken to many different IR people/firms/companies and some of them are just flat out liars. I haven't experienced that outright from Joe and his company, so I am a bit surprised I have not gotten a response from him.
Thank you and all the best to you and the the rest, man....
Not. At. All.
Nope, not a peep...
Although I do not own any WNTR share currently (a divy GCHI shareholder, however), I am looking forward to just that; to exactly what you just said - that there should be some evidence of that (ther 465 Million Share Buyback) when the Q2 filings come out...
.....
And **IF** there isn't any proof of that 465 Million Share buyback, I am very interested to see how Frank will respond to that and how the current shareholders will respond to that. Will the current WNTR shareholders just sit back and "Take It" again, or will some be ultimately pushed over the edge to finally do something about it???
I totally believe Frank wants WNTR (including all affiliated companies) to succeed. Realistically, and ideally, what business man/person would not want their company or business to achieve a great level of success?? However, IN MY OPINION, the problem lies in that Frank is not a very good business manager. THAT or he bites off more than he can chew and gets himself in debt, or trouble, long-term.
Again, IMO, this is where Frank REALLY screws up - Instead of making things right; instead of updating the shareholders; instead being honest and open with WNTR's shareholders, Frank remains and keeps quiet. He keeps his/WNTR's hard working, loyal and supporting shareholders in the dark during times such as this/like this. There is absolutely NO support that he/Frank is giving back to the shareholders. That is bad business; what Frank is doing now is VERY bad business - both in ethics and morally.
Frank Kristan's character is in deep question. And often times, rebuilding that part of your business is nearly impossible to do or just - Impossible to do, Esp when your character has been in question several times before. Frank's reputation in the business world is one of the worst I've ever seen and that is saying a LOT in the OTC sector of the market.
Hello, JD. Have a great weekend, friend...
No Sir...
At This Point and In My Opinion -
It would be BEST for Telecorp ($TLNUF) and for Paul Phillips, Telecorp President and CEO, to sell or merge Telecorp or just simply use Telecorp as a 'Shell' for another company on the OTC or a higher exchange.
Telecorp has that much worth, at least. "That Worth" I am talking about is the worth of his (Paul's) company (Telecorp) being used as a Shell. I have seen MUCH less worthless companies use their company as a shell for another company and it's worked out several times. Paul could just save some face here and sell Telecorp, or use it as a shell for a company already well known. I've seen it happen where companies that are on their last leg like Telecorp is being able to get out of the hole they've dug themselves in to and save some face(money) and the shareholders even made it out OK too.
The problem here is that Paul has "advisors" that tell him what to do, when to do it and how to do it and it appears to me that these "advisors" have no idea how to advise Paul on how to run his own company. So.....we may just see this company implode here sometime soon.
I could do a better job of advising Paul/Telecorp on company directions/goals. I know that I could.
I believe you're exactly right on track, JD. I just don't understand why Joe won't/hasn't even respond to me; he(Joe) and I had a pretty good working relationship. However, it may be that he doesn't want to reply to my questions because he doesn't want to risk getting in to any legal trouble with Dennis. Having said that, a simply "I can not comment at the moment" would have been nice, though.
I know Joe reads these boards, so if you are reading this, Joe, I hope all the best for you, buddy.
Nothing.
I do not believe he is working for Dennis (EFIR owner) any longer.
Do I make myself evidently clear now??? :-p
I shouldn't have to make myself clear to supposed educated adults to what is already evidently clear to begin with.
EDITED POST
You said you personally filed an SEC complaint.
Obviously, scotty really doesn't know.....
I am just doing a favour, passing a message along, that I was asked to do.
I am not trying to argue your point whether if it is a good idea or not, I am just passing the message along.
Does scotty know, or understand, now??
I understand your point. I am just passing along the message that I was asked to pass along.
I apologize for the double post. That was not intentional.
SEC complaint
I have been emailed by others telling me that they have all submitted an SEC complaint against WNTR. I have been asked to do the same and have been asked to share doing this with others on this board.
Many past/former WNTR investors have, or are in the process of, filling an SEC complaint and ask that you also file a complaint.
Well.....I can't, and don't blame the guy, lol...
What happened to CEO James??
I'm giving GDAR the benefit of the doubt.
However, I've seen this scenario play out several times and it is a 50/50 Play as to which way this will turn. But, we all know this already. Like I said, I am giving GDAR the benefit of the doubt that this will play out to the more optimistic angle. There are things which I've read that have persuaded me to take a more positive point of view regarding GDAR.
NO ONE can answer that question with accuracy and if they attempt to do so, they are LYING to you.
The 24 Million Plus on the Ask at .0001 with a No Bid doesn't sound so promising.
Question -
Does anyone else here on this particular Message Board (TLNUF) have 'consistent' contact with Jonathan, Telecorp Investor Relations, on a regular/weekly/daily basis via email or by phone?
Jonathan and I do not talk much any longer. In fact, I think I have had contact with IR (Jonathan) twice in the last few or so weeks. I have but all severed any communication with Telecorp for personal reasons, reasons most probably can figure out anyway.
Having said that, I have stopped most of my communication(s) with Telecorp NOT because I have had problems with Jonathan, but because of my distrust in Paul and his company - Telecorp. Apparently, Paul's "business advisors" and/or "Board of Directors" are not to be trusted either.
Anyway, I am asking if anyone else here has had communications with IR because IF you have, I'd like to encourage you to ask Jonathan to provide proof that Paul Phillips, the President and CEO of Telecorp, had visited India during the time frame of April 2015 through July 2015. I have asked for proof that Paul had visited India this year and I have yet to be provided anything that would put Paul Phillips in India this year (2015). So, if anyone here gets the chance to speak with Telecorp IR/Jonathan, I would encourage you to ask Jonathan for any type of proof as mentioned above. Thanks!!
So, I guess Joe is no longer working for Dennis I take it. He (Joe/nit2win) won't answer or respond to any of my posts/questions on the EFIR board either and I know for a fact that he reads over that board.
Well, after witnessing it (these chain of events) myself, I have no option BUT to agree with your sentiments and I've come to fully understand, as much as I can, why you fellas feel the way that you do.
Indeed, what is happening this year is nearly a mirror of the events of last year.
I have been duped.
***IF*** this stock (TLNUF) does yet ANOTHER R/S, this falls DIRECTLY on Paul and Who EVER his advisor is that tells him when to release PR's/Press Releases.
This {Company-Telecorp} is either DELIBERATELY setting-up to do another Reverse Split OR management is just that incompetent.
I would say that BOTH are the correct answers here.
***Nit2Win***
Has Joe Vasquez QUIT working for EFIR/MNVN (for Dennis Alexander)?? If possible, could you please give us here at EFIR an update? I have attempted to call Joe several times but he hasn't answered. I have left two voicemails and neither the VMs were returned. I have emailed Joe twice, and while Joe answered the first, I haven't received any response for the second. I haven;t attempted to call or email Joe for about three weeks now, thinking it was best to just lay back for a bit and relax.
However, it isn't like Joe to not answer my calls. I mean, if I call and he doesn't answer, I leave a message stating that I'll be calling back that same day or some other time and when I do call back, he answers my call(s). This leads me to ask the question "is Joe Vasquez still working for Dennis Alexander". That is why I even ask that question because it isn't like Joe not to not answer my calls or return any of my emails.
Thanks in advance.
