I wish we had a sellers strike...
How this stock can go back to at least 1 usd is a mystery to me.
If solomon needs a few more millions why doesnt garrett borrow him the money instead of continue diluting us. And this time prevent solomon from diluting another share without garretts approval.
Garrett cant sell. But this is extremely frustrating. Months passing and nothing happens
I hope he delivers, he standa to lose a lot if he dont.
You think so? Empty said Garrett is in talks with solomon and working on a plan to save us all....
You need to let everyone know that your definition of ”shortly” is 2-3 years
I dont have a beef with garrett, as i said i welcome a big/strong shareholder who knows how the market works. Its great to have him onboard.
You are not listening to what im saying. I have yet to see him use his position as the largest shareholder. You are saying he has been more than fair to the rest of the shareholders but he has done nothing for us YET (except a toxic note) that didnt benefit him as well. I dont know if he has done anything at all to be honest.
The agenda for the AGM said both dividends and buybacks. Of course u cant have buybacks at the same time u are issuing knew shares. That would be a bit strange right? So dividends was the only option. I dont know if garrett had anything to do with it. If he did, then great. But he gave solomon 4musd no strings attached so im not so sure garrett is behind the dividend
Yes but u said that he has been more than fair with us. This i dont understand and i dont agree.
Another thing that is odd is that he is not on the bod. I think u need to be on the bod to take full responsibility. He is the largest shareholder, it must be very unusual not to be on the bod
We have no idea if we should give credit to garrett for the dividend. The leaked agenda for the agm stated the dividend, this was late last year. So the company already had these plans back then.
Im all for giving credit to garrett if he succeeds in influencing solomon.
I agree with u 100%, i have never said its a bad thing.
I did not say something about that. Its always good to have a commited big owner, our opinions dont differ about that.
But u seem to think that garretts recent investments in siaf is because he wants to help us small time owners first and foremost. That is not true. As i said he is a businessman trying to protect his investment and the rest of us might benefit from it.
He knows that if he converts the whole note at 0.3 he will kill the share price and he will lose the relationship with solomon for sure and he will be hated by the rest of us and solomon.
In sweden, if your ownership exceeds 30% you are obligated to give an offer to the rest of the shareholders to buy their shares. Dont know if there is a similar regulation in the us.
Your love for the man is getting rediculous. He is a businessman protecting his investment. He is taking advantage of the situation solomon put us in. If the rest of us can gain from it, thats good. But that is not his first priority, its to protect his investment.
And he didnt change the terms of the horrible toxic note. Why is that?
How did he change the terms?
Empty, since u wont give me an answer i will assume that u dont know if or how garrett has been fair to us.
I added 5k today, not much but at least i will lower my average some :)
Empty, i really want to know how garretts been more than fair to us. I dont understand why, but i want to.
But u cant assess the bying interest by looking at the number of shares is what im saying. You look at what its worth in usd or nok. 20k shares on 3usd is the same as 200k shares on .3 usd. The same bying interest.
How do u mean he has been more than fair?!?
I know i sound extremely negative about siaf but i of course hope for the best.
Fine, we got a dividend policy. It didnt do much for the share price. Solomon is still printing shares like an addict. If he only needs a couple of million, i dont understand why garrett doesnt give him another loan. 2musd is 4m new shares we could have avoided, that could do something for the share price.
We are still trading at .3 so what it increased buying interest? 200k shares traded is still only 500k nok, its nothing!
That doesnt mean very much... talks about what?! Garrett told us he gave 4musd to solomon no strings attached. Why wasnt he more involved then?
That is probably true. I wanted to show how unlikely jyyoo statement was. Why would FD want to get back in? And why would solomon let him in,
I dont remember the details, but i think FD forced solomon to pay back about half of the loan. RD or Redbull probably knows.
So yes indirectly it has caused the current situation where solomon needs to issue at 0.55 to get 5 million.
I dont believe a word from jyyoo, and i wish more people here would question what he is saying. Nothing has come true.
The last statement about FD just waiting to get back in tops is all.... I mean FD is responsible for the current dilution and he wants to get back in once the dilution stops.
Are u just making stuff up?!
Institutions have been waiting for years on the sidelines just ready to invest in the worst ceo of all times
The loan is it the final stages for about a year
And now all of a sudden Fredrik!! Is making a comeback if solomon ends dilution. Say what? We didnt have dilution for a couple of years, during which solomon and fredrik broke off their engagement. Fredrik also forced solomon to pay back a big chunk of the loan, which probably caused the current dilution. And Fredrik rather lets solomon issue 10-15 million shares at 0.55 instead of giving him a new loan or convertible of 5million. Does this make any sense?!?!?
You have never answered me when i have questioned what u write. Its about time. Who is feeding u this info or are u making it up?
Dont get me wrong, its a good thing garrett is onboard.
But so far he has done almost nothing for us. I expect much more from the biggest shareholder in a company.
Maybe things are going on behind closed doors, but he seems to be very very passive.
U remind me of Bagdad Bob... its all good, no worries!
No i think a lot of jf-members still hold siaf. Im one of them.
Nisse says he gets a lot of emails from angry members regarding siaf, sometimes he emails us all not to ask any questions since he cant answer them, only IR or Solomon.
I agree with u.
Too bad garrett doesnt want to change the terms of the note or join the board.
If solomon goes dark eveeything will fall apart? Who will ever invest in trw after that?
I guess we were trading above 0.55 when they agreed upon the price.
Solomon is just the worst kind. How can we make him feel the same pain as the rest of us?
That is Nisses usual copy paste reply, im really pissed at him. As long as the share was rallying he had no problem saying this and that. Now when we really need him, he keeps quiet.
I have lost all faith in him
So maybe they can make a new deal when the 0.55 batch is over and issue new shares at 0.25. Hopefully we will trade below 0.25 after a while so there is no dilution!
They will issue more shares
I dont believe for one second that you know any institutional investors. And no serious institutional investors would ever be interested in siaf or solomon at this stage (or ever). He has 0 credibility to his name and the stock is down 99%. He still holds his a-shares. Who are you trying to fool?
No serious swedish institutions can even invest on the otc or merkur only on a regulated market.
Just stop with your nonsense.
Strange to feel bad for garrett, first of all he is probably the only one here who can handle the loss finacially. Secondly he is the only one here with any chance of influencing solomon.
That sounds like wishfull thinking, which insitutions do u know? Do u work in the finance sector?
Handla has taken heat cause he repeatedly lies, not for beeing bullish.
Thats alot of if:s, and solomon doesent deserve better. He must be the worst ceo of all times since he cant be fired. Any ceo with half a brain would have stopped this madness long ago.
Solomon is a liar and you can never trust anything he says. The loan was a done deal 9? months ago. Are we still in the final stages?
97% chance none if it will happen in the next month. Why will u leave? U still think its valued too low, a month i a very limited time frame especially for siaf.
Or do u want to join the lawsuit?
Pointless discussion
We are trading at .3 and solomon is still issuing new shares. Madness
Im not talking about a few months im talking about several years
