D of G,
John called me yesterday and confirmed what you said about the financial reporting. He sounded so upbeat it was nice to talk with him. I have a ton of this stock but after talking to him, I wish I had even more. I think the prospects for the end of the year are looking very good.
Best regards.

Well, if the price would hold, we could sell our shares for a near $2MM in cash which would go a long way to getting these started and would more than double WLSA market cap from here.
Regardless, we all hope this stock goes back to $5 or more. I think you would agree, we would all do very well and could care less then how JS got his shares. I truly wish all of us a major success in this stock because I think the rest of the market is going to get spanked again later this year.
That is a little out of touch with reality, most company officers do not buy a huge amount of stock from the open markets. They get the majority of their shares either through options or in some case through private transactions. I do not remember who said it but can you imagine how long it would take to buy 6MM shares during normal market conditions. Besides, he bought those 6MM shares at that days market price of .05 which is OK with me. I want JS to have a seven digit number of his own money in this company. And I agree with D of G, JS is not looking for a double on his money here, he is looking for a 100 fold from here. That would still only be a $5 stock where it was five or so years ago.
I read this guy's bio and he sounds like an attack dog which is what you want when you have to go after people who have tried to steal your most valuable asset (the patents). To acquire this guy, he either read all of the documentation and realized it was a no-brainer to win this thing against Daic and Co. and was willing to do this on a contingency or was promised a large block of someone shares knowing this was a good bet for him. Regardless of which way it is, he sounds like the right person for this state case and if I were Daic, I would be a lot more worried than I was a week or so ago.
Dumar,
Save your breath. Sunny is an nut job as you know. Even though we can prove there has not been an increase in the current outstanding shares and the fact the JS just bought 6MM more shares (now with his total suspected to be around 15MM), Sunny still thinks he is secretly selling more of the treasury and putting all of that money in his pocket. The new CEO of Sunbay is by far no dummy so if anything was happening in the company that was not legal, I am sure we would hear from him. Sunny is quite unbelievable to say the least. I would love to meet him. Maybe he will come to our party.
BeenHereBefore - with all due respect, you are wasting your breath (or finger movement in this case) trying to reason with this person. If the stock rocketed to $10 in a month, he would be here bitching on the first .25 to the downside from there. He is definitely OCD on his experience with this and other stocks and as we all know, that is not healthy or pleasant. We can only be thankful we are not part of his nuclear family because he probably bitches about this all day long to anyone and everyone around him. I have offered at least a dozen times over the past several years for him to call me so we could talk for a while about his anger but there has been no call. If for no other reason, I want to see WLSA hit well into the dollar(s) range just so he might go away.
Sign me up too.
Highrider,
So if you were to make a guess, where do you think this is going?
So in your opinion, is this good or bad for us at this point?
That makes sense. Thanks.
A $6 PPS would put the market cap at over $1 billion. Do you think that is right? I would love it if you were right because I have 000,000's of shares but is that possible? How did you calculate the $6-10 range. Thank you.
Brad,
I would say may $1.00 for the first party and another party for every dollar over that. That way, we would be making a lot of money while giving us an opportunity to get together and party a little. You know about what I have so every dollar this would move would give me a bunch of cash. I am sorry I haven't call you yet. I have been busy working on the USGA Junior Am. Championship. It will be over next Saturday. I will try and call you before that.
Take care.

In my opinion I think it is a little of both. I think the large volume buyers were just waiting for the more meaty PRs like today for them to get serious. I don't think there are a lot of us who have been in this stock for multiple years to even consider selling at these levels. I have no proof of this but I think the top 15 investors which includes JS and family and the remaining shares held by NLI, holds probably well over 50% of the total stock. There are many others who probably hold in low to mid six digit number of shares. That leaves a relative small float. So I think we are just not willing to sell our shares any where near these levels.
Just my view of things.
I do not think that .03 bid is going to get filled tomorrow.
I saw that. Let's get this party started.
Dumar, Sirlance, Fettler, D of G (and GOD), especially Brad H, and others. If this thing goes way north, we all need to meet (with JS) and have a great night out. I know we have talked about this many times but maybe this time it will happen. I will buy the first several bottles of wine.

I agree
I already am but it would make it much, much easier.
I personally hope he gets the PPS to $10 so he will have $150MM for himself.
Any consolidation of his time and interests directly to Sunbay and WLSA is a good thing. I guess if he does have a total of 15mm shares of WLSA, any success with WLSA will make up for all of his other interests in his other companies. I think he wants to hit this one out of the park to make up for loss time and opportunity.
On one of the financial news blurbs.
News From GameCorp with mention of NLI and WLSA:
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/gamecorp-refocuses-on-mobile-technology-opportunities-2010-07-14?reflink=MW_news_stmp
JS is getting out of some of his other interests to focus on WLSA.

I would agree to that as well but you can only do that IF both parties want to play. Probably Daic/WIlliamson do not want to play.
That would depend the conditions and the ration to risk/reward. I use to spend a great deal of time putting together project proposals together for multi-million projects without being paid. The reward would have been granted the project.
I wonder if Storm would consider just adding their time spent on the state case on to the federal case plus some incentive value to do so. I think you are right, if the state case is lost and that is not good for the federal case, then they are shooting themselves in the foot. Unless they are sure there is not connection between the two that gives them pause or concern.
That would make my argument even stronger. 15MM shares even at $5 would be huge for his family. I just can't believe he would be buying that level of shares unless he was pretty sure the PPS was going to go way up in the near, long-term (6-18 months) period. If not there are better places to put that money to work. Remember, this was $5 once before.
D of G,
With John and his family purchasing 6 million shares at the current market price shows that he (at least) believes this stock is going much higher otherwise he would not throw away another $300k. I am of the opinion that nobody throws good money after bad especially if they are in the heat of the activity. JS now owns about 9MM shares (I think) total. I am sure he wants to see this in the $5-10 range in the long term. Take care.
The Bone
I would hardly call issuing a couple PRs that didn't say anything about possible contracts but for information about board member changes a "PUMP". Also, selling anything less than over a half a million shares in one day could be called a "DUMP". How can you call a "pump and dump" on 40K shares? Even at .06 per share the total price is only $2,400. No one is getting rich on that transaction assuming one person got it all.
Again (tenth time), check you math again on your example because your math sucks. I take it you are not playing on going to MIT.
P.S. Are you Jake on Two and A Half Men?
My sons tell me when I was born, dirt was new. I still feel like I am 35 but I look different than that in the mirror (but I still do not look my age as most people say).
Take care.

It looks like a MM is trying to move the price down on 500 shares. I do not remember what the 500 shares signal to the other MMs. I wish JS would issue a short PR summary of what happened last week in Europe. He told me a little while back that he is very excited about the events pulling together. We have a couple of very talented people now at the top of Sunbay and if only one project gets announced with the note that others in the process, the PPS should move very fast. I have been in this stock since GOD was a small boy, so I personally, am looking for a nice return for the long wait and patience. Best wishes to all (even Sunny).
Well at least the volume is up this morning on a slight up tick. We will see if anything comes out today as a result of the court deadline.
I agree
There is a very good volume today considering no news or board comments.
Sunny,
Give yourself more credit, NOBODY thinks like you.
If there have been seven CEO's and Daic fighting "over a patient that couldn't be commericalized" what have they been fighting for? It seems like there has been a great deal of effort and money thrown at this thing if it could not be profitable to someone in the future. What do YOU know that all of those insiders didn't know to make such a statement?
You can't be serious. Why would he then put up his own money to fight the case against himself? You should take the day off. You are not firing on all cylinders.
Sir Hag,
I totally agree with you on this. Get an attorney and stay the course.
Just a thought, why on earth would Albert Pope possibly want to come and join a little, OTC company with no money when he has been associated with and is part of much larger companies? There can only be one answer. He sees something that none of the large investment companies sees and that is a huge potential in the future green technology. He wants to be part of that future and at the very ground level. If not, I am sure someone like him would not be wasting his time on this company or technology. SO with that bit of logic, I am still staying course.
5 cent stock. You are off by 66.66%.
