a lot of buying coming in right now
i agree i have always thought this should minimum .02 or more
they also increased their authorized shares to 750,000,000 so you know what’s coming eventually.
there are numerous pages on that report of a ton of preferred shares issued. A lot of Florida people.
well that’s good news but no volume
Yeah thats what I thought too. You cant pay dividends in oil unless you are pumping thousands upon thousands of barrels.
wow it’s so bad what do i do?
unreal
Where is it coming from?
$1.10 close after hours. This is my vacation money for July.
Normally I blow off pubco ad campaigns, but I actually think with the type of product this is and how they make the jokes that go along with it in the advertising.....pretty simple yet genius at the same time. It makes me feel like there will be growth in sales going forward in 2023. It will take a little while yes, but I think they will get there.
After hours trading in VIRI is pretty chill this evening. I'll take the stability. Maybe we get a nice Friday power hour to close out the week tomorrow.
Oh the OTC is NOTHING like it used to be years back. It was a lot easier to make money. Its just a different era now. My last big gains were on two massive runs in BFCH (a scam operation at that time), and SIRI a roofing company that has a hell of a run. Since then its been very small gains not even worth the time anymore. I have a few pinks left sitting with no volume in my account. All are pink current or OTCQB. What is weird about OTCQB is you think of it as a more premier status, but so many of them have unlimited authorized shares and that just screams danger to me.
I read the filing this morning and I didnt really think it was that bad at all. Pretty typical stuff for companies at this stage, and having that cash is definitely security.
Same...I am weaning myself away from anything pink sheets. I am more and more liking small cap NASDAQ plays in the health care sector. There is one OTCQB I really like and has global business deals going on with NATO nations and other nations. KRKNF if you want to look it up. Low shares, and check out their executive team and their products. Under .50
Im finding in NASDAQ that there are a lot of big runners with much less risk (obviously) than OTC potential runners. The worst thing about OTC to me is you could get into a play that has some momentum for a few days or maybe a week, and then nobody touches it for over a year and you are stuck.
I think we are still sitting pretty good here. This morning was a shake out of weak hands. The beat down was not even really that bad nor did it last too long.
my position in my account is green
I am seeing $1.08 on the ask, not .78
Well, all that doom and gloom this morning didnt materialize.
I bet you like to go shopping a lot
I am moving in July and where I am going there is a Costco down the road. Never been a member, but hear its worth it.
I dont know where they are on royalty interests. In oilfield you have working interest (WI), net revenue interest (NRI), and sometimes overriding royalty interests (ORRI). Most of the leases I have acquired over the years I was able to get 87.5% NRI with the rest going to the landowner. Some situations I had to give up 3/16ths so my NRI was in the 82% range. Other places like down in Oklahoma I have seen NRI to the company be at 75%. It just depends on the area.
If you are interested in buying minerals there is a mineral auction site called "Mid Continent Energy Exchange" out of Kansas. I have bought some mineral acres on there before in Colorado. Cycle could auction some of theirs, or they could acquire some minerals too if they wanted.
In order to do that you would need to be making thousands of barrels a day.
these guys are hilarious with their product
$1.22 in AH close. Lets Fn go tomorrow!
We movin tomorrow
From Twitter just now! Toxicology Report for IMC-1
Introduction
IMC-1 is a small molecule drug that is being developed for the treatment of fibromyalgia. It is a selective inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), which is involved in the production of inflammatory mediators. IMC-1 has been shown to be effective in preclinical studies, and it is currently in clinical trials.
Toxicology Studies
A series of toxicity studies have been conducted in animals to assess the safety of IMC-1. These studies have shown that IMC-1 is generally well-tolerated in animals. The most common side effects of IMC-1 are nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. These side effects are usually mild and go away on their own.
Long-Term Toxicity Studies
Long-term toxicity studies have not been conducted in animals. However, the short-term toxicity studies suggest that IMC-1 is unlikely to have any long-term side effects.
Carcinogenicity
IMC-1 has not been tested for carcinogenicity. However, the preclinical studies suggest that IMC-1 is unlikely to be carcinogenic.
Reproductive Toxicity
IMC-1 has not been tested for reproductive toxicity. However, the preclinical studies suggest that IMC-1 is unlikely to have any adverse effects on fertility or pregnancy.
Mutagenicity
IMC-1 has not been tested for mutagenicity. However, the preclinical studies suggest that IMC-1 is unlikely to be mutagenic.
Adverse Drug Reactions
The most common side effects of IMC-1 are nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. These side effects are usually mild and go away on their own. Other side effects that have been reported include headache, fatigue, and rash.
Drug Interactions
IMC-1 has not been studied for drug interactions. However, it is important to tell your doctor about all of the medications you are taking, including over-the-counter medications, herbal supplements, and vitamins.
Overdose
There is no information available about the effects of an overdose of IMC-1. However, if you think you have taken too much IMC-1, call your doctor or the Poison Control Center immediately.
Precautions
IMC-1 should not be used in pregnant women or women who are trying to become pregnant. IMC-1 should also not be used in women who are breastfeeding.
IMC-1 should be used with caution in people with liver or kidney disease.
IMC-1 should not be used in people with a history of allergies to IMC-1 or any of its ingredients.
Conclusion

These side effects are usually mild and go away on their own. Long-term toxicity studies have not been conducted in animals. However, the short-term toxicity studies suggest that IMC-1 is unlikely to have any long-term side effects. IMC-1 has not been tested for carcinogenicity, reproductive toxicity, mutagenicity, or drug interactions. cmon power hour let’s go
i’m now sitting on 779k shares. probably won’t buy anymore even though it’s cheap right now. just have to wait and see what happens.
i picked up another 2800 shares this morning
Wasnt the CUSIP change on a 30 day window? Seems like it should be close to being done. I know all about electric on shallow leases. Shorts AKA ground faults are common and a pain but not difficult. Just involves a lot of trenching which is why its great if you have your own equipment for that to cut on costs. They may just need to speed up the jacks on those wells that had the frac jobs done if they are producing more fluid per day. Im curious what they are injecting per day barrel wise with water. Up in eastern KS we usually do 20-30bbls a day injection on wells under 900ft. anything more than that you risk channeling.
Seems dead
lmao ok
I wonder if that money has been gobbled up already. I personally know a couple people who have already secured that funding to plug wells. There are also other people who secured the money in large amounts to basically outsource the plugging jobs to other people.
I am kind of concerned here about the PPS. We dont have any volume and we are a OTCQB trading at .002 range. Kind of strange. This should AT LEAST be .01 minimum.
He probably wont have to wait long until 1.50 and thats some damn good money real fast.
They have some pretty big numbers for these projects ni the shareholder letter from last month. I may get some shares tomorrow actually.
I think I am going to pick some shares up tomorrow morning. Just came across this stock and wonder what caused it to crash last month. Definitely see some upside potential on the charts soon.
$VIRI check the charts. Pending news on toxicology reports is coming along with a quarterly this week.
great update today on cycles twitter!
