They're not getting any of mine...Mine are locked up. I'm trying to help someone else pick up another 15k right now, but these guys are clearly wanting to control the action.
I'm sure there is a team of 4-6 people in different parts of the country, trading from different brokers to try to make it look like it's all legit and everything in case there was ever an investigation, but it is soooo clear this is rigged.
I just changed my bid of 2500 up to .7704 and look what it went to .7705 for 2099. This is why this tanked. Had nothing to do with a "real" selloff. Sure, they scared some legit holders into selling along the way, but half, if not more, of the volume was totally bogus and them trading amongst themselves to make it look like a selloff.
With illiquid stocks it's easy for them to hijack like this, but it can also work big time against them too. For those worried about this, don't. It will be over soon as the companies developments will naturally eliminate their ability to do this without making it totally obvious to just about everyone the stock is being illegally manipulated.
By mid October, my guess is they are gone and won't touch this anymore. I'm still looking for $2 by eom to first half of October.
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Haha...Not even close on this one. Mr. D. didn't come here because they were publicly traded on the OTC, he came here in spite of the fact they were publicly traded on the OTC.
Who's old habits. I haven't seen anything fluff, just industry updates and little blurbs about what the company is doing. Are you suggesting their deal with Jonas Software is fluff??? A company that has 60,000+ clients in 30 countries?
I notice NYY13 isn't posting today. My guess is he is part of the team trying to run the show right now. My opinion of you has stayed the same, no disrespect intended, but you're a trader that flips...no problem, simply a different trading style than mine and if you're making money that's great.
And back to your point of a buyout...Why didn't he buyout Burst or Likeable Local or any of the other companies he's involved with? Because he's an investor, not a buyer. He takes positions probably in the 5-15% range of many different companies and diversifies his risk. No matter how much a "sure thing" anything is he's going to manage his risk and not over extend in one investment.
When was the last time you put your entire trading account into one stock? If you've ever done that it's probably been a really long time, right? At least if you are as successful trading as you say you are.
And even being as sure of your skills and your call on a stock you still don't do it even though you'd probably make a lot more money if you did...You diversify just like he does...You and he manage risk.
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Oh, I see I have to put in orders at .7702 for 2500 shares using their ten thousandths system in order to not have them go over the top of my order. Or maybe they're sending each other messages right now to figure out if that's one of their orders...haha...
Well look at that...just went over the top of me while I was typing and conveniently they have a 1999 bid at .7703. Anyone else been seeing this over the last 1-2 weeks?
AIMO of course, but pretty flippin clear to me...
TG
The stock has clearly been hijacked for the time being...Seriously, look at the bid and the ask. I'm trying to help someone buy more and put a bid out only to be trumped by .0001...Seriously??? We're not a subpenny, who in the hell bids in ten thousandths on a stock trading near a dollar and conveniently ends all BxA's with 999??? Maybe a team that is ID'ing their orders...Hmmmm...Anyway, they have the bid and ask boxed right now using different MM's to route their orders, so I guess they can trade with themselves.
F'n criminals! We need to get off the OTC for this BS to end or at least not be so easily manipulated. Just a matter of time.
AIMO,
TG
I agree! Notice that tweet I referenced the other day was removed. I think someone jumped the gun...There are 2 things in Boston that TXHD has crystal clear connections to through Mr. D.
1) The Boston Red Sox (Part owner)
and
2) Burst (Chairman of this Mobile Video Co.)
So we which one are we going for? Maybe both (my guess). What are they planning? How long has it been planned? When does it launch? Is it a sector type of product/service or tailor made for a specific customer? Is it our typical subscription model or revenue share (I hope)?
Lot's of questions...I suspect by mid to late October we'll know what we need to know:) As with you, I believe this is BIG. I believe the PR we get explaining this deal gets us lots of attention and puts us on the map for good. Not just some fluff run, but long term investors that see the value here and will patiently wait for this to grow into a monster! Tic Toc, it's coming soon...
See you at the top!
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
The government/military/political arena could really light this up fast. I'm really liking this idea of getting in with these software companies that already have clients to sell these solutions to.
Revenues could ramp up very quick with these types of partnerships. Like seriously quick!
I will be very interested to learn more about their upcoming Boston/NYC trips coming up as I feel like these are monumental visits that will lead to some serious developments.
After digging into today's PR more and thinking about future potential I am beginning to believe a merger with Burst is less likely and that's NOT a bad thing. I don't think we need to merge with them and will uplist to a major exchange on our own. At first I figured it would be how TXHD would qualify for AMEX (to meet revenue requirements), but realistically they will meet them on their own after 3rd quarter of this years revenues. If not by 3rd quarters, they will certainly by years end. Either puts us on the path to uplist without "having" to merge.
If a merger is a favorable deal for the company and obviously benefits shareholders, then I'm all for it, but to merge to save a few months doesn't seem to be the right reason...We will see what they have in store though soon enough. All I care about is that we get off the OTC one way or the other!!!
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
They need to update that info (Jonas Fitness I mean), because per the Jonas Software website:
If they get their 25% goal at their $149 per month, per client average, then we're looking at over 11,000,000 in annual revenues! What does that put our share price at? :)
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
And mine are 1/2 of that. Gotta say, I'm getting sick of this BS manipulation going on here. These 4 decimal odd numbered bids and asks are clearly set up for cross trading to spook people out of their shares. I saw a bid flash earlier for 1999 shares at .85505...
Really??? What frickin retail trader puts in an order like that? Simple answer - NONE! It's all BS what's going on right now and it pisses me off a bit. Cure...? Get off the pinks! Can't wait for that day.
Anyway, it's still very early, but I am seeing one of two things right now happening...We get our hammer candle which I think would be even more bullish with today's setup than yesterdays and/or we finish strong with a healthy green close. Looking like the hammer is most likely setup and that bodes very well for tomorrow and leading into next week.
Whatever this does today or whatever whomever is manipulating it right now "lets" it do today won't matter over the long haul. Looking forward to a solid finish to the month, still looking for a $2+ share price in the very near term (no more than 2 weeks) and $3.50+ by years end with the sky being the limit next year.
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Firmly agree...His name is most important! His $100k invested is chump change imo for him. What he saw was an opportunity to own up to 15% of a company (roughly, with warrants) that - as we've been saying -> has the Right Tech, in the Right Sector, at the Right Time!
It's frustrating to watch what has happened the last two days, no long wants their stock to ever go down, but that's simply the way stocks trade. Some want to flip daily and/or weekly and they can make money doing that. For me I have a large position and have no interest in jumping in and out. Both can be profitable if you know what you're looking for.
So, even before Tom D. came along, Textmunication was making money. It's not like they are someone's dream of a great technology...something they could be...No. TXHD was making money before Tom D. came along. They just needed guidance and the right connections to maximize their revenues and get their debt under control.
As we both know, Mr. D. just recently sold a tech company (more specifically an AI company) to Microsoft in May of this year. In other words, Mr. D. is not just some very wealthy man that made some money with baseball and has decided to dabble in playing with a start up tech company.
He has experience in tech and has the connections in tech. In addition to his past companies, he is currently Chairman of Burst and lead investor of Likeable Local (a social style company who has Mark Zuckerbergs father as an advisor...HELLO).
As we all know he is also a partner in the MLB Red Sox organization and has incorporated some of Burst's technology with them. No reason he won't incorporate TXHD with Burst, TXHD with Likeable Local and TXHD with the Red Sox. This was also implied by recent company tweets.
To sum this up, I can't imagine Mr. D. putting his name to this (imo worth more than his $100k investment to him) and either promulgating a scam or share selling scheme or getting in this to watch this fail. Let's not forget he had his eye on TXHD for 6 months prior to making the move in.
He put his name, his money, his time and his network into this expecting a substantial return on his investment(s). In my opinion he will get that and by betting on him, so will I and anyone else that chooses to go along for the ride.
The day to day can get stressful (especially on down days), but looking back on this come March 31st of 2019 we should see a chart with some ups and downs but with a steady uptrend. We should also be significantly higher in share price.
I know one thing for sure, we HAVE to get off the Pink Sheets to realize the full potential of this stock. I am about as close to 100% positive as I can be that that is a high priority for the team. Doesn't mean it will happen overnight, but I have to imagine it would be an early 2019 priority.
There are far too many good things at play here and reading more into Jonas Software shows me they could make the leap to the next level fairly quick into new verticals.
And let's not forget about what Aspire may bring to the table...Honestly, I keep forgetting about how large a stake we have in them, but they could lead to substantial deals in the future as well.
There is absolutely no reason for me to not be here in March to see where this goes. As I've said before, as long as Tom D. is onboard, I can't think of a reason for me not to be. He's not going to let this dwindle and certainly won't let them go down the toxic finance road again. Lots to look forward to.
See you at the top (we still have a long, long...LONG way to go:)...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
When you say PPM are you talking private placement money? If so, I have no idea if so. I'm sure they would consider this a substantial event that would either be 8k'd or PR'd.
I was just thinking with the "quick trip" to NYC, at the beginning of October, that the only reason to go 3 1/2 hours out of your way (from Boston) for that quick trip would be to sign something in person with a witness or notary present.
If that is the case, a finance/funding deal would seem to make more sense than a merger with a simple "quick trip".
Just trying to read between the lines, sometimes I do it well and sometimes not...whether right or not, we should have lots to look forward to going into years end.
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Hammer candle would be nice, but for me and my plans here, I am definitely all in until at a bare minimum of the RCS launch, so as painful as the 6 figure swing has been between yesterdays high and today's low, I've got to keep my eye on the prize:)
I'd mentioned yesterday, I'm going to let billionaire businessman Tom D's fundamental analysis of the sale price of the company determine my exit:)
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
It's all good and fear is a very real emotion in the OTC...Most companies are either scams or will simply never make it as they run out of money or run out of shares to sell. That's why you've really got to consider what is different here.
My guess is once Mr. D. found out about Textmunication he was in, but it just so happened they were a publicly traded company. He didn't get in because they were a publicly traded company on the OTC, he got in despite them being a publicly traded company on the OTC. Quite frankly, at the stage we are at, I don't think he cares that we are publicly traded. He probably doesn't view OTC as publicly traded and brought this as close to private as possible with the large RS. I don't know if that makes sense, but for what he plans to do, being public on the OTC does him no good, he's got to go big board with BIG money and BIG liquidity.
For what we've got going here keep an eye on the overall trend and not so much the day to day is how I have to view it or I'll go crazy watching my account jump all over the place:) Good things...scratch that...GREAT things are coming our way.
Hope to see you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Wow...I guess it's to be expected, but reading some of the others posts today it's like it's their first time trading a stock. I guess it very well could be their first time trading one that went from .07 to $2 in about a month and a half.
Were people expecting this to go straight up??? I looked at the Fib retracements and this bounced off the 61.8 earlier today, hung out around the 50 for a bit and I'm expecting it to close above the 50, more than likely around the 38.2 which would put us in the 1.34 to 1.36 range.
For those of you that are panicked by anything going on here, I assure you it is quite normal and the fundamentals of this company haven't changed one bit. Their panic selling is part of the equation and why consolidation happens though. Kind of funny when you think about the fact that they are part of the reason stocks don't go straight up:)
Anyway, I agree we are probably going to either form a bull flag, pennant or ascending triangle and then BOOM! off to our next level, which I suspect is above $2. Don't usually like predicting dates for prices, but I see a $2 break by EOM or first week of Oct.
October could bring us some real good news with their upcoming meetings. A quick trip to NYC, tells me something needs to be signed and it has to be signed in front of a witness/notary...??? What could that be:)
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Agreed. When Mr. D. is out I'm probably following right behind him. I don't think he is in this for a quick flip however. I think he sees the potential to bundle this up, make some tweaks, add some functionality, prove it works and is accepted by the market and then turn this into a monster that is move in ready for some multi billion dollar tech company.
Based on the structure of the warrants I'm thinking his gameplan is a three year one. By that time TXHD will be well known, firing on all cylinders and a prime buyout candidate. I can't see any reason to let loose of my shares before he's ready to let loose of his. I'm going to let the guy with a gajillion times more money than me and much more business experience in these sorts of affairs pick my exit.
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
We're about to see what kind of partnership we've got in store with Burst. Burst is already used at Fenway and with NESN, so this is going to be a BIG deal! Boston meeting and another NYC meeting...Things are really gonna start rollin' here now. Sorry for those that closed out their positions, because we are just getting warmed up here.
"Ready to Burst on the scene in Boston" LOVE IT!
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
New Tweet:
Haha...thanks for clearing that up. Great day today. Be interested to see if we take a little breather here for a couple/few days or if we are on fire again tomorrow.
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Don't even worry about the naysayers. I've said before and am quite confident we're getting real close to the day that this board becomes irrelevant to what happens with the stock. This board will simply be a place where the cheerleaders (like myself) can come and pat each other on the back for what a great buy we made here:)
Soon, the folks that will be buying in here (I'm sure it's happening to some small degree right now) won't care about message boards. Probably never read them and certainly don't make their investment decisions based on what some anonymous poster says on iHub.
Once we are off the pinks we open the door to certain smaller level institutions and when we go to the Amex or Nasdaq the big dogs will run this one so hard it will blow your mind. By the time we are making the move to a big board (I'm guessing in the area of end of 1st quarter) we should have had some very significant developments that will have the big money investors salivating to buy this.
I'm tellin' ya, we've got an epic run ahead of us and it's just barely beginning here...
See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
It's simply a matter of when, not if. I'm feeling at least $3.50 comes soon and the $5-$10 will be a matter of what PR's we get or guidance about future developments. Could get there really quick with the right nudge:)
Simply a put your money in the middle and give this just a little bit of time type of deal here. In my opinion, there are NO losers that buy at this extremely undervalued spot.
I have a major stake here also and plan to cash out BIG here -> See you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
You're right and not a bad strategy at all. Those that close out their entire position though imo are going to miss out on a run that could have changed their lives...If not their lives, it could have helped them change their zip code at a minimum:)
See you at the top, just gettin' started here...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Yeah, I'm seeing a nice push into the second half of the day. To smash through $2 today would be great. Not only technically speaking, but we are still owed a few PR's that could send this flying!
From TXHD's Twitter page:
Yup...And I guarantee that when they decided to pay that $240 million, the revenues were barely a factor. It was all about whatever tech they were buying and what the buyer thought they could do with it. Same applies here imo. No buyer is going to come along and look at TXHD and say boy they made 1.4 million (which I actually suspect will be higher) and if we grow that at 20% annually...Nope.
They're going to look at SAM and think damn...We could compete with TWLO almost overnight! So how much is a buyer willing to pay to have that kind of instant footprint in the mobile marketing sector??? That's the multi million dollar, possibly one day billion dollar question:)
Long, long way to go until we're at the top...This ride is just beginning!
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
And a reminder to all...This is just getting going! I can't look at this any other way than that this is still severely undervalued. The run up was nice and all this morning, but to me this is expected and deserved! Right now with the OS at 4 million, anyone selling is basically saying they think SAM is only worth roughly $6 million. HAHAHA...
SAM, buried 10 feet underground with a 100 feet of water on top of it, is worth a minimum, bare minimum of $20 million. I stress BARE minimum! Does anyone here think Mr. D., Mr. G. or Mr. Asefi is going to sell SAM and all the other goodies developed and in the works for $20 million???
Not in their wildest dreams. $20 million, again a bare, bare minimum puts this stock at $5 a share. When folks sit back and really digest that and look at what is being developed that makes SAM far, far more valuable than $20 million, then the reality that $1.50, $3.50, even $5+ for this stock is extremely undervalued!
Don't get me wrong, it's fun to watch it spike like it did this morning, but there is a long way to go. I don't even have an exit plan at this point, I'll just keep watching my account value climb and climb and climb...When we're on a big board I may consider an exit, but more than likely will hang with Mr. D. until he thinks he has all the value out of this he can get with a sale of the company.
Anyone betting against the billionaire businessman at this point is foolish imo. And if you do the math, Mr. D's holdings here equal roughly $500,000. If anyone thinks he came here to make half a million, then there just not thinking clearly...He is here to make many millions for his money, his time and probably most importantly for putting his name to TXHD.
Long way to go, we'll see you at the top! :)
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
All cylinders are firing for the company right now and you can sense the excitement with management. They're making advisory calls on Saturdays, tweets coming on Saturdays and Sundays and I just get a sense the team is ultra motivated and extremely focused.
I think they are really sensing this is going somewhere and going there fast! Mr. Asefi has really made some very good decisions over the last couple of years and it is all coming together now for him, the company and clearly shareholders (pre RS shareholders are profiting too).
The addition of Mr. D. was a brilliant decision and we got a great deal too. To get someone of his caliber for currently less than 10% of the company is awesome. This company has got an amazing future and it's just starting now.
Short term investors will find major success here and so will long term investors. The share price has a long, long way to go and with the developments/plans they are working on, the sky is the limit.
My guess is we'll have some API's developed for the political arena at some point in the future. What a goldmine here. Lot's of industries that could make TXHD a near overnight success. I'm expecting some surprises by years end with something either nobody thought of and/or had no idea they were even working on.
Gonna be lots of fun...See you at the top!
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Trump himself might use TXHD for his campaign! Again, why not? Could you imagine how he could use this??? It would be like his own personal Twitter, but on everyone's mobile phone. I could honestly see this happening, but at this stage it's far too speculative. Won't be surprised however. Tom D is the guy to get it in front of him though.
Heck, for that matter any politician that wants to rally their base. On election day, leading up to, polling, pros and cons vs opponent, maybe political could be its own billion dollar industry for them:) With the amount of money politicians throw around in these elections, this would be a fantastic idea.
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Read my sticky at the top...I'm not trying to pat myself on the back, but this was and still is pretty obvious (I wrote that back in mid August). I'm saying it again, Mr. D's connection to Jefferson Waterman WILL, imo, have a HUGE hand in contracts we get going forward (TXHD/Aspire). I don't know what if any role he had in the Robins Air Force base, but I can assure you he will have a role in future governmental/military deals.
There are only a handful of us here "brave" enough, if you will, to say that $40 a share is cheap, but it is! The technology that the company has created is phenomenal, but does nothing if you can't get in front of the right people. But, get someone onboard that has the right connections and where this can go is staggering! Especially with the share structure we have.
The "normalcy bias" (you know the bias that limits most peoples thinking, oh that could never happen, not a stinky pinky, etc.) is clouding and/or limiting some peoples judgment here and I encourage those to take a deeper look before they are quick to hit the sell button. Each has their own trading style and plan for where this might go, but $40 to me seems easy.
We have the Right Tech, at the Right Time, in the Right Sector and now the Right Team to combine for an absolute PERFECT STORM here. I'm not saying that the government chooses us for this alert system, but why not?
What if this alert system was interactive? What if you could easily alert of danger? What if you could easily ask for help? What if video could be sent to first responders (bridge washed out...see. Forest on fire...see. Hiker fell off cliff here...see.)? I won't go too in depth on how I see some of that working as it is all speculative, but I could definitely see where it could work and be a huge benefit for dispatching the right team, on the right route, with the right equipment, etc.
Watch what happens to the stock the first time there's a name dropped like Google, Samsung, a carrier, Microsoft, etc. We are off to the races! I suspect soon we'll start hearing about Red Sox and how they are incorporating it and with Mr. McBride's connection to NHL, Mr. D's connection to the world of soccer (literally the world:) and there is no stopping this train now that it's in motion!
So for me, $40 isn't the target, that will simply be a price we pass somewhere along the way. It's a matter of when, not if we'll hit it.
If you're onboard for the ride, then I'll see you at the top...
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Thanks. Great day! Get used to it though as there are a lot more of these in store. I'm sure you're ready though:) Between now and the end of 1st quarter 2019 we have some major developments coming and I can't imagine (short of selling the company, which I do NOT think is a plan at this stage of the game) that Mr. D and Mr. G have intentions of staying on the OTC for one second longer than is necessary.
Personally I feel that Burst and TXHD merge with Burst being the surviving entity and an uplist goes hand in hand with the merger. Just my personal belief as it seems to make the most sense and Bryant McBride would become CEO. He is nothing short of a business bad ass! Take a look at the image at the top of his LinkedIn page and tell me they don't have aspirations...
Bryant McBride on LinkedIn
Read his bio too...This guy is set to be the CEO of a TXHD style company. Don't get me wrong, not a knock on Mr. Asefi, but there are different stages of growth and management for companies and Mr. Asefi got us to this stage (kudos to you sir) and now imo it's time to hand over the reigns.
We have a long way to go (a good thing) before we get there (lots of $'s between where we are at now and where we're going), but I will certainly see you at the top!
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Does anyone here know when the Boston trip is happening? I had assumed it would be this upcoming week, but would be nice to know for sure. As with the NYC meeting I'm not expecting to get many specific updates about this meeting, but as I've stated I think this meeting(s) is/are of significant importance.
Obviously, the Red Sox are located in Boston, but we've also got Burst which I strongly believe there will either be a merger and/or a significant partnership in the not too distant future. Definitely prior to the RCS launch.
I was actually thinking about this the other day and what Mr. G's roll would be in something like this. Obviously, Mr. D has a slight conflict of interest orchestrating a deal for the two companies as he is Chairman of one and lead advisor for the other, so Mr. G might be acting to look out for TXHD's best interest so as to keep Mr. D from looking like he favored one company over the other in the deal. Especially important since TXHD is publicly traded.
Also, Mr. D. may not have much experience on this end of the merger process, again, because TXHD is publicly traded. He's used to selling companies to publicly traded companies...i.e. his sale to Nuance and his most recent sale to Microsoft.
I definitely smell a merger here, but would still be very happy with a partnership between the two.
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
I dont know who will, but I know which should. Far, far more upside for TXHD than with TWLO. Much larger % returns here. OTC buyers should capitalize here imo, because when this is on a big board the funds and big boys will drive the price far out of reach for your average OTC investor.
GLTY and AIMO,
TG
Got their foot in the door with a military base. I can see an emergency notification/response service with many bases at some point in the future.
Get one on your resume and the second should come faster and before you know it the entire Air Force is using it, then Army, etc.
Encrypt it and you can work your way up the chain and offer even more services to more branches of Federal, State and Local gonernments.
GLTA and AIMO,
TG
Yeah, no joke:) But in reality you're right...From what I'm seeing it looks like attendance at MLB games has been trending down, so maximizing revenues for those that are attending is essential to keeping those profits up.
How much would they be willing to give up? 1% of sales? 2? 5? Maybe 10% of revenue above and beyond what your historical averages are...If I came to you with a solution and said it costs you nothing upfront and I'll only take a percentage of your revenues if it works, then that would be a bit of a no brainer, especially if your attendance keeps shrinking.
API number 5 for TXHD should service exactly this. Call it Sox Service in Boston, Hot Dog'gers in LA, NY Gets in NY and you could revolutionize and streamline concession sales at major league sporting events for hundreds/thousands of venues and millions of fans worldwide.
This makes going to a game much more enjoyable to boot. How many people don't go to games anymore due to the overall hassle? You've got lines to get in the game, lines to get out of the game, lines for food, lines for drinks, lines at the restroom...Lines everywhere!
Now at least during the game you can enjoy the game. I don't know that they'll ever create an API to go to the restroom for you but with the freed up concession space they can put more in.
I really feel strongly about this and certainly hope the company is either entertaining this solution and/or will if brought to their attention. It would be extremely easy to implement as well with limited advertising dollars to let the fans know. Post on the jumbo tron during the game, offer a set of season tickets to text a short code to ____, etc.
Then you've got their number and can do a follow up for future games and incentives (7th inning half of hot dogs, as you said - last call for alcohol, etc.) to go to the game this Thursday, next Saturday, etc.
The Potential is simply Mind Blowing!
See you at the top (might get there quicker than I expected with the right developments:)...
GLTY and AIMO,
s
My guess is they look at things much as many of us do...This was a ground floor TWLO opportunity that had all the ingredients to make a delicious cake, but needed a chef to put the ingredients in at the right measurements, at the right time, with the right temp on the oven. The Chef is Mr. D. and he's mixing the ingredients now. Soon the cake goes in the oven and when it's ready...Bing, Deliciousness!:)
TXHD is just a great fit with his other companies and my guess is he just saw a lot of different avenues for success here. There are so many directions he could take this and is really not limited to just choosing one direction.
I personally feel that Wais and his team deserve a lot of credit for what is transpiring here as they really laid a great foundation for someone like Mr. D. and Mr. G. to come in and launch this.
From what I'm seeing Wais was putting together a team 2-3 years ago that helped us get here today. He had, or at least someone on his team, the vision to create SAM, but also knew his limitations and knew he needed to reach out and get guys like D&G to come on board and capitalize on the assets TXHD had built.
So love him, hate him or no feelings at all towards him...He deserves the credit for leading the company to this point. And, imo, what follows is the top business success story of 2019. Let's see if I'm right, but this Boston meeting, imo, has HUGE implications for the future of the company and will result in national, BIG money, investor attention for TXHD and massive revenue growth in both the short and long term.

What's interesting to me about the Tweet this morning is how they said what they said. Not on our way to meet a new potential client in Boston with a picture of Fenway...meaning oh we're going to sign the Red Sox and they are going to subscribe to the 40,000 SMS per month package...No!
They said "Planning for our next business venture".
This has got my little brain churning and at the same time hoping for a particular setup. I am hoping that whatever it is they are planning:
1) Goes beyond simply the Red Sox (or Boston area teams for that matter), i.e. ALL of MLB, NFL, Hockey, UFC, Soccer, etc.
2) Has a revenue share type setup vs. the subscriber pay.
Going back to my example, which I've been entertaining for awhile now, of ordering from your seat. First off, can you imagine how much more efficient this will be for the stadium or the contractor handling food and beverage sales? Instead of randomly walking up and down yelling out peanuts, they will know that 15 people in section 4c and their exact seats have ordered peanuts (and sure, bring another half dozen bags along for others in the area).
Think of how many "one more beers" or "a hot dog sounds good, but that line" have not translated into sales, because of there not being a vendor in the right place at the right time and/or the fans not wanting to go stand in a line.
This also ties back in to the round about connection I'd brought up awhile back to Delaware North. I won't be surprised to see their name floating around at some point in the future. Just a short snippet from their About Us page:
Burst us in Boston I believe...

About to go mainstream...BOOM! Starts with Red Sox, then Celtics, Bruins, Soccer, on and on and on...A deal with the Red Sox or taking them on as a client gives the company instant credibility. EZfacility is great and probably well known in the fitness industry, but outside of fitness nobody knows who they, how large they are, what they do, etc. But, the Red Sox, Major League Baseball...Everybody and their brother know baseball! It's America's Game and there is definitely no crying! This ride is just beginning. Very exciting Tweet!

You know what I can't get out of my head is that meeting they had on the 23rd of August. I am really feeling this is a BIG deal in the making.
On the 22nd they tweeted an article from Mar Tech about the death of mobile apps and if you read the article: Mar Tech Article - the last paragraph reads -
Fingers crossed that is about to change. We got the exposure from WSR and I'm guessing a nice PR is on its way. Tomorrow is perfect to follow up todays action. Got new investors in today and many on the sidelines watching how things develop. It's middle of the week giving the stock a solid three days to rage upwards.
Really expecting a fat PR this week, but feel tomorrow is the day to unleash it if my theory is correct about the timing of the WSR report.

Here's the BIG question...If they think TWLO, already making 1/2 a billion a year, can increase 5 fold, then what can the newcomer with a better platform and more offerings do with their revenues on a percentage basis???
I'm going to say, loudly, that TXHD will far outperform TWLO PPS wise (meaning percentage wise) this year. Sort of a duh moment, because of our ridiculously low current share price, but when you think about how investors will view this...
I can go with TWLO and stand to possibly triple (I doubt the share price goes up five fold unless they start to turn a serious profit along with increased revs) my money over the next 5 years from $80 a share to $240??? Or I can look at an emerging company in the same sector trading at .80 with much, much, much larger upside in both revenue % and share price appreciation % and a tighter share structure. It's 300'ish% with TWLO over 5 years vs. TXHD I might make 6000%+ in under 2 years.
Once TXHD is more well known and begins to make a splash with what they offer, especially when they step out to new verticals and definitely with the RCS launch + getting off the pinks, money is going to come pouring in here. Crashing in is probably a better way to state it. Investors will jam their money in and this will absolutely fly.
Just my two cents...see you at the top...

I fully agree! I think some have a difficult time believing that could happen simply because they literally can't believe it could happen. Really you do the math on that and it's not much of a stretch. Put Google's name in a PR, a major carrier in a PR, merge with Burst/Likeable Local, first to market as you say, add in a unique AI feature, or augmented reality, don't forget they've mentioned blockchain in the past, how about a major bank, I mean the list could go on and on...
$40 with this share structure is absolutely not wishful thinking...imo, there is no doubt the company will get there it's when, not if. If people, again think in terms of SAM's valuation, $160 million market cap is not a lot for a platform that could rival and/or best TWLO.
Revenues mean nothing at this stage, because if SAM is what it was built to be, then investors will assume it will rival and/or beat TWLO's revs at some point...All about SAM's value and whatever other goodies they can incorporate:)
Key to getting to that $40 over the next 6 months (I think it can get there quicker and as you mentioned go much higher) is in my opinion getting off the pinks. I think on the pinks we could go $5+, but I doubt we go to $40 or more. QX, possibly...AMEX, definitely!
See you at the top...
