Now lamp wants some shares too
Puma is back up on the bid......
Do you know why the 10k/a was filed? I will tell you why since you may not know. Sadler was sent the quarterly report and didn't meet the deadline to sign off on it....since EWSI was required to file it with the sec in a time frame they submitted the quarterly report without being signed off on by Sadler. Sadler ended up signing off and ADDING another 750k in Chinese assets....the disagreements between Sadler and EWSI didn't have to do with revenue but growing concern and timely follow through by Sadler.
Yes this is true but a lot of companies are in the red for years and years. Amazon took 6 years to get out of the red.....you can't give me one company out of thousands that are profitable after just one year of operations. Couple questions you have to ask yourself about EWSI. Are they in a growing industry that can produce profits? Did they build any assets or equity? Is the revenue getting bigger and expenses getting smaller proportionally? There are a lot of situations to consider when evaluating a company not just black and red in the beginning.
Yes that has been the bottom for quite some time now.....any chart could tell you that....this has to do a reversal soon. No way should this have a market cap under 10 million.
.034.....hopefully stays there for awhile.
Good morning....actually no to your opinionated post. Sadler actually added 750k in assets in china....they was a disagreement to the growing concern which every OTC stock has on any financial filings. Actually Maline is required by law to report any fraud to the sec or the their license would be suspended. Not entitled too? Not sure what you mean by that but any company should be entitled to its own profits.
Gled....new market maker on level 2 this morning good sign.....known as a buyer....go EWSI
I wouldn't mind in the slight bit of a RS....I think the price would increase because it would get the right evaluation after the rs.....RS can be good or bad depending on the reason.....I think if EWSI would do a RS to get into a higher exchange it would definitely be a huge plus......or would you rather deal with some of this garbage?
Important please read.....If you read Sadler accepted the lease agreements as verifiable and didn't have a problem with the revenue or the expenses from china. They signed off on every quarterly report and even added 750k from china assets. Malone has a problem with accepting anything in china over the sec regulations from any company right now. I really think China assets and revenue will not be a problem on the audited fins.
Yes I feel like I am in the first half of the Matrix. ...ewsi is the blue pill. Huge revenues in 2014 are expected around 100 million that's all...not a big deal.
We will find out soon enough
Not a problem...haha
Haha....I am not disputing that dilution didn't take place I think it was a good trade off for the facilities. Saying that an 8k not filed for a non event doesn't mean no audited fins.
No I am saying when you are in 7 different countries trying to start a multimillion dollar company mistakes happen...especially over something so stupid. An 8k filing for an event that Didn't happen...that's my point
THEY didn't have to file an 8k to begin with because they use their services maybe something fell through I don't know but you didn't find the holy grail of finding any type of scam
OK I understand your point 100% think just miscommunication because you can fill out paperwork for a loan but change your mind and does it go on your credit report?
Yes I can thin and read they didn't use the financing from the company so why on God's good earth would you be worried about the 8k that didn't needed to be filed to begin with....so every company should file an 8k for a close deal or maybe thought about it.
Yes I can read..... why would they file it IF they didn't use them for financing. It looked like a last minute change. ..you found one 8k not filed and they didn't use them for funding in the first place.
You know why they didn't file that 8k because they didn't use them for the 2trg financing. ...look at the contract they used cash from dilution. Black and white so he didn't lie...
You joking about asking about the Cincinnati plant can be supported? You were given several links on how the plant is going to supplied....are you questioning the money in general ewaste or the plant? Really easy verifiable DD can take care of that.
Plain and simple dilution took us down to this point but I have confidence ewsi share price will recover. They raised enough money to purchase 2trg and all their assets including 2 ewaste plants....combined those plants can generate close to 35 million on revenue. ..short term loss for a huge long term gain...1.3 million they needed to get it all done...
Um...they bought out 2 ewaste companies with multiple locations and made a joint venture with cerebra which trades for 8 dollars a share....just for starters that are easy to verify
What about that nice contract ewsi landed on US soil stay tuned...and thanks for the charts check out the 3 month and 6 month double bottom on both is very telling. 2k per ton of ewaste isn't a joke that's a lot of money...go ewsi
Plain and simple the two big reasons why we aren't close to .10 is because of the auditing issue with China and Dilution. Ewsi needed to raise 1.3 million to raise enough money to close on 2trg and get the plant up and running. By the low volume the past couple weeks I would say dilution slowed down tremendously. You cant dispute two ewaste factories up and running on US soil. Those factories should generate nice revenue...just couple of my assumptions but easy to verify.
It's actually a county contract
Oh I agree but just thinking ahead because this a year play for me either way. I got crushed on my taxes this year and want to stay true long term play. I just want this lawsuit sorted out and the audited fins to be ok. I just want the true evaluation of this company on the stock price. Does it make me feel better they have plants I could drive to? Oh yes. So next question can Ewaste companies profitable???? Absolutely especially with government regulations.
No dilution is taking place and big news is going to be dropping really soon.....I think though the biggest news drop will be 2014Q2 ....I really think that will take us over .50. Reading some of the revenue from plants is ridiculously high.....Geneva and Cincinnati should be around 40 million combined on US soil...India and Italy should get news any day on revenue in those areas....China is the issue but who cares right now if they are pulling revenue from other sources. I believe the most money is to be made in China and hopefully the sec can take care of the accounting issues soon with china banks.
It's on the county website so they are a scam haha whatever dude
Hahaha.....details aren't released yet and amount is not released. It just got approved not to long ago so give it time. It doesn't have to be immediate and they don't have to a 8k for every contract they get.
I know can't wait for the details with the county contract they just landed a month ago....I was just happy I found another plant was open in the US and it was up and running.
Contract awarded!!!!!Hey everyone ewsi got a contract in a county public information black and white
How can you explain a county contract for ewaste....yes the county is paying ewsi....haha the best part is that they are supplying the facility..

Geneva Plant is up and running check this out guys....nice
What's funny people complaining about dilution but the fact is they built a multi million dollar facility that is going to produce 25 million in revenue a year and be profitable....I will take that any day of the week. They just need to be running that plant to full capacity and it will show really quick. Cerebra will be running soon and that contract numbers will be release from cerebra 100 million in revenue is expected even if ewsi cut is only 15 percent I'll take that any day.....especially from my DD cerebra supplied all the upfront cash so that's where I came up with 15 percent.....and I am low balling.
I think dilution is definitely slowing down after they got the Cincinnati plant up and running...they needed 1.3 million cash immediately so that's why it happened so quick and lots of shares hitting the market. I think they will be totally done by end of April once revenues start rolling in.
Yes exactly we would be over .03 if that frivolous lawsuit didn't hit the news wire but that's fine by me...weak hands get out the way. Right Z? Chart is looking great for a bounce
Notice there hasn't been dilution since the plant had opened...it's up and running and making 1k to 2k a ton...There were tons and tons of ewaste sitting there so will find out won't we...
No but from his articles on 2trg they were over the top putting 2trg on a mountain....quotes .....praising them....reads like they the best company and owners in the world.....I hope this dude get busted totally illegal what Steve-o did...
