I appreciate the restraint noted in your response. I am pretty solid in my idea of weathering the ups and downs. I'm going to hold the significant portion of my shares for a long time. The bashers won't trick me out of shares, as my DD on this company tells me it is legit. GLTY and all of the longs in ERBB!

I'm long with 6M shares. Since I'm kind of a newbie, it distresses me to see the losses after the big gains. I don't want to take profits at this level, even though I'm up significantly. I probably shouldn't be watching things so closely. I need to be strong like RipDog and just hold on to my shares with a kung fu grip!

ok fine then. but it seems like the accusatory tone against the company can just work against us. we need new investors, and it doesn't help. i don't think this company is a scam. they are new, and in a new quasi-legal business. they have some obstacles to overcome.

So he is selling some shares. At first it may seeem troubling. But we buy and sell it too. So what's the big deal? It doesn't seem like that many shares. He is the CEO and presumably has a lot more money and shares than us. To me it seems like this would be a minute percentage of his stock in the company. Any other thoughts?

Lee, thanks for responding. I did watch the video chart review and was encouraged by it. I am new to subpenny trading (and trading in general), and somewhere I was hearing that "all gaps in the chart have to be filled." Fortunately, a few posters have said that in general this is true, but there are exceptions. I certainly hope we don't fill that gap!

I want to reference a post by MrDD, 71280. He talked about filling the gap at .004, any thoughts about this? Personally, I got a little panicked when we dipped to .0097; I may have a heart attack if we plummet to .004

Who is controlling this? It trades like there is a heavy hitter(s) that is directing the price. It runs crazy for an hour, backs off, and then doesn't change for the rest of the day. Any ideas?

Sounds like a scare tactic to me. Is this not what everyone expected, to have impatient people pushing this down before the court decision? I think we all know this is a risk, but the upside of holding on (and possiblly winning in court) is just too good.
