Hi Jeff,
I'm sure that they can only respond with a press release but it's good to give them feedback on the "rumor."
I'm trying not to "count my chickens." It's been a long ride and all signs point to some sort of sale. Now we wait.
Ha! Great idea. I think we should print T shirts.
I am very grateful that he orchestrated the BPAX merger with ANI. In my opinion, he took care of his shareholders.
If memory serves, he owned a BOATLOAD of BPAX stock. He is probably excited too about the possibility of a BO and CVRs.
We have been here for a long time folks. Wishing us all good fotune.
I thought Teva, too. I also thought Actavis.
Thanks BB
Best of luck.
Agree. The market seems to think that ample time has lapsed for a company denial of rumor.
That price, on very small volume. We need A. Przybyl to confirm/deny the rumor.
Look at the website under "investor." You can't do anything until there is some sort of Libigel transaction. There will be a press release about it.

This is all I have on it.
Wow. Thanks. JTFM has an ear to the ground!
What the h--- just happened?
Hi JTFM,
You could be right. That is odd that it disappeared. It is very quiet. I have a question that I should know the answer to, but I don't. Will the corti drug be sold in a filled injector or will it be in a vial? Thanks.
Hi Jeff,
Price is low (sneaking up a little)and stays in a tight range. Volume is low too. Not much buying but more importantly, not much selling.
The Transaction Committee may be comprised of one or more of any member(s) on the Board, except as required by applicable law or regulations.
Sounds like a committee that is created to convene in the event of need?
Good news! Thanks for sharing.
Really? If a big holder was unloading I would think volume would be higher and the pps would close lower. Not the case.
We closed up on a down day.
Legislators are taking on the steep prices of multiple sclerosis drugs and acthar does not seem to be on their list? Mallinckrodt not mentioned:

Jeff,
Totally agree. The other crazy factor is that we are selling plenty of eemt that has been prescribed to women by their doctors. What is the T in EEMT? Testosterone!
I should not have said that libigel was "rejected." Libigel failed to provide efficacy that was statistically, significantly superior to placebo. Not a rejection!
Keep in mind that Proctor and Gamble demonstrated efficacy that satisfied the FDA with their Intrinsa clinical trials. Intrinsa is basically Libigel on a band-aid.
The only reason Intrinsa was rejected was safety. That's why investors were thrown into a tailspin when Libigel was rejected!

Dr. Nick Panay is chaur of the British Menopausal Society where testosterone is an approved treatment for women.

Hi Jeff, I heard that story about Novartis on the news and did not put it together that it was Aduro! Thanks for posting this! The news was so fantastic just for all the affected kids!
Excellent news for people taking lithium:

FDA statement about compounding pharmaceuticals.

Hi JTFM, Interesting. Compare the exclusionary criteria. Back in 2006, people were really scared about HRT so I doubt those women were taking it yet it wasn't included as a factor. This looks like a much better designed trial.
In 2006 they used a .5% T gel vs. a 1% gel in the new trial.
Hi BB,
My son played baseball from Little League all the way through college.
Your comment made me laugh because it's a lot of time in an uncomfortable bleacher seat, waiting for action.
Maybe we will get news this week. A Guggenhiem analyst gave us an $80 target.
Hi Jeff,
I agree. Look at these 2 identical Houston addresses:

Excellent find, especially as a 1% gel! I have an elderly aunt who is recovering from a hip fracture. Very common and very debilitating. If T helps, this is a big group in rehab facilities whose expensive stay could be shortened, saving medicare money. THAT (cynicism), should help with approval!
Thanks JTFM!
Thanks JTFM. Corti drugs are complicated to produce and monitor. Great to be reducing the cost of a very expensive drug.
Found this about low T linked to asthma: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2017/05/170508112433.htm
If it was already posted, sorry. Not keeping up.
Thanks for the article. Will finish reading now.
Loko also posted that there is a new trademark.
I've been on vacation. LOKO just posted this on ATRS YMB. CV patent application. Aleady discussed?

I'm sure you're not serious but in case you are, how were Androgel, and Viagra approved?
Let's not forget that testosterone is commonly prescribed to women in the U.S. It's just not FDA approved yet.
Testosterone is prescribed as an APPROVED medication in many developed countries. IMO, we are next.
JTFM, North, and Jeff,
Thank you very much for your input on this.
Never heard of Dr. Charles Mok but his new book sounds like a good read for all long time BPAX/ANIP devotees.

He must be following the libigel story. Hey Dr. Mok, your posts are welcome here!

Just listened to the CC. Still a believer!
Silvr,
That was amazing. Thank you.
I saw that too. Noteworthy IMO.
Is this correct? Do we have an office in Houston?
