What's very little?
Gullible because I think something that's worth 7 figures should be given away for free. Ok, lol.
Ask yourself then, what is 50% ownership in Adderall ER & IR worth? Start there.
Why not get it over to Elite after selling it for a fair value? I completely understand being a savvy businessman.
Because Nasrat is the only one working at Elite, right? No one else working on Elite's side too?
Why give it away if he can get money from Elite as well as profit from the share price going up? Wouldn't be savvy.
Yeah, if only Nasrat would simply give Elite free of charge the 50% of Adderall rights he got when buying Sungen. If only right.
Haha, I'd say we're going to have to wait a few quarters for a # like that. :)
Wonder how close to $10 million we get for Q2.
And I'm going to guess Nasrat has learned and thus pivoted away from opioids into the multi billion $ CNS market. For the time being and the near term future, opioids are dead.
And again, that is years ago. Let's focus on going forward. Crunching the numbers on dead drugs is pointless and goes nowhere.
That projection was after years of being in the markets, not last year. Lots of "ifs" in there as well.
Coulda woulda shoulda. Focus on the future.
Implementing stop losses can be a great way to not have a total failure of a brokerage account. In my experience in the market. Being down 6 figures sucks.
ELTP will be fine however.
But there's been no news since that date. Why is he a bad CEO in the course of 3 weeks? What changed with the company?
Incorrect; many, myself included, are up big on Elite since Nasrat took over. As I said, the stock went up 1000% the first year he was here. You're only down if you bought higher than when he came onboard.
And the company is extremely undervalued for what we have.
The CEO that owns over 250 million shares? That one? You want to oust him? LOL.
News flash: The price will either stay the same or drop after the conference call. OMG what breaking news right? Wow. We already know the revenue number will be around $7 million for Q1.
This has been the case for years, not new information. Everyone knows the calls are very low key and nothing groundbreaking is ever said. Next topic.
Either trust in the Adderall sales moving forward, or...
Do you know what the pipeline is? They have to do trials on our generic Concerta. They only issue a PR when there's a material event that requires it. They won't give an update on any trials that may be happening regarding Concerta unless it's a BE trial update most likely. Most likely the trial hasn't even started.
As I stated before, Elite doesn't issue a new fluff PR each week. If you want that, then look at a different stock. It's that simple.
I did. It'll take some time to hit those peak revenue numbers of course but assuming an 8-10% market capture for ER, that will be nice.
So you want bad news?
Should be next week.
No market maker is short Elite for more than a few hours (if that) to balance things out. They just aren't.
The whole "MM's are short" thing is a penny stock myth. Now, if you want to talk about people putting up huge blocks on the ask to stop momentum...IE what we saw during the last conference call at .10 then we can have that discussion. Oh...I wonder why those blocks all of a sudden came up at .10...what happens at .10 again during the last LPC agreement. Oh, right.
$2.50 per share to short a penny stock. No money in shorting them, especially just holding short. No one is short.
Q1 includes "very little" of the profit splits from XR, meaning those revenues won't be included. The # will be $7 million for the Q.
$7 million, 8 million, doesn't really matter until the splits from XR start rolling in. We need big revenue coming through to get the share price going up. In the meantime it's going to float from .06 to .09 like clockwork.
I have some insider info for ya right here, revenue will be $7 million.
I'd say it's more like a C- compared to failing. Not good but we're still around while other generic companies are going under. Elite is here to stay.
So a $7 million quarter coming and basically no profit splits from Adderall ER (yet). Nice.
There are thousands of Walgreens and not every single one will carry the exact same manufacturer. It can be regional.
Yes, Lannett's Adderall (Elite) is in Walgreens and other major retailers. I mean, where do you think they're selling it? The street corner?
Don't get your hopes up on guidance; there never is any.
Unchanged. We already know the revenue numbers.
Look at the destruction in the generic pharma world. Now look at the tiny companies that were (trying) making opioids. Not so pretty.
Yeah, I'd say a tiny company like Elite is lucky to still be here with our flagship product having been shelved.
We struck out with Sequestox and he saved Elite (after the failure) where most companies would've gone bankrupt. I'd say that's pretty crucial. He pivoted to CNS markets and we now are selling ER and IR...might be more to come with those products as well. Wink wink.
OS count has swelled but because Elite has little debt, we are still around and have no going concern.
Couple points: There are no new products to announce now; if there are new products, they will be announced. Generic Concerta still needs to go through trials. Second: Any insider sales would be reported, so there aren't any. LPC can sell whenever, that's within their rights and they will do so.
Keep in mind, going back 10 years, Elite is always quiet. Not saying it's the right way on the OTC, but don't expect PR after PR that you'll see elsewhere. If you want or expect that, then...
Average volume is below 1 million shares. That's under $70,000 a day. Out of 900 million shares. No one is selling.
Welcome back Couch.
Elite owning 100% of ER/IR won't come cheap though. I think we know what those extra shares might be used for but we'll see.
The claim was that he lied. If that was provable, action should've been taken.
Also, I mean...
So I take it you don't have proof of the CEO publicly spreading information he knew to be false about Sequestox; also proof of Elite not owning 50% of ER/IR?
Well, I'd say I'm not sure I would continue to hold such amount of shares if I felt the CEO publicly lied (Key word lied, not that he was severely mistaken) to investors multiple times about our alleged blockbuster product. But that's just me. I'd probably look at taking action.
Also, Elite still owns 50% of ER/IR. Stating otherwise is also accusing management of fraud and misleading shareholders.
