Tough to do that when Attis has 80% of your business ( JVco ).
Oldrogue.
The past recent and months ago posts from Slash.
The Biofuels plant in India if close to other similar plants would generate a possible $100mm annual revenue.
The Cannibis operations as posted by Slash, Artizen Hemp $19mm annual add White Buffalo which was listed at $10 to $50 mm annual.
The Royalties 18 of those listed on Gers Ihub site it’s somewhere I. The 15 percent of corn oil revenues. I stuck a total of $6 mm to those.
Again a guess ( wild guess ) and conservative.
Oldrogue.
A long shot:
1. India operations, $ 100,000,000 yr.
2. Cannibis operations, $ 16,000,000 yr.
3. Corn Oil Royalties, $ 6,000,000 yr.
Just guessing! If anyone has a better guess please post.
Oldrogue.
Slash, thanks for the positive news and continued reinforcement of KKs recent posts.
Oldrogue.
Maybe those 3 new employees are specialized in SEC filings preparation.
Oldrogue.
My $783.00 surprise was of expectation of defendants legal costs to be added. If they are to be posted with
the Mandate? Would like some information on this.
Oldrogue.
Only $783.00 ...Hmmmm I’m missing something?
Oldrogue.
Not so fast Houstonian. GreenShift may still file with the Supreme Court? Maybe another avenue of law?
Oldrogue.
Thanks Slash! Great job looking this up.
Oldrogue.
Ethanol manufacturing here in US is saturated in my opinion. The move to Serbia by Attis and India by Green Shift does not surprise me. It also may include an artificial price support by either country, who knows.
Oldrogue.
You might ask your broker for advice. They have more options than we have. No pun intended!
Oldrogue.
Thanks for the input. You have mirrored my own thoughts with work experience examples. I’m still looking for the cost divergence between coal and ONYX pellets. I’m sure Jeff Cosman is searching into this possibility also.
Oldrogue.
My interest is in the development of using pellets or bricks for use in the electrical power plants. The Pellet vs coal combustion efficiency ratio? The cost of a ton of ONYX treated pellets vs a ton of crushed coal. Again cost and efficiency.
Scrubbers used in cleaning the combustion gases from burning coal vs ONYX treated pellets, the scrubbers cost savings in preventive maintenance.
It’s already accepted the ONYX treated pellets will possibly be used in home furnaces and small businesses. The use in large electrical power plants is a huge demand on these pellets if applicable.
Oldrogue.
Thanks for the article, no mention of cost to produce and bring to market. Attis may have chosen the Lignin Pellets as the best route to take to market their product vs bio-coal.
Oldrogue.
What prompted that question Taurus69?
Oldrogue.
Slash, the previous post was from...
Powerful Pelleting Process Boosts Biofuel Efficiency - AURI.org
Attis innovation.
Oldrogue.
SLASHNUTS, anymore information on Attis’s ONYX product with the Lignetics Company. My interest is if this product is efficient enough to replace coal used in electrical power plants could be very profitable.
Oldrogue.
In spite of anyone’s negative opinion Attis is still alive and well! The Healthcare sector continues to expand. The Lignin production sector... I would like to see results of the 200 ton production sales.
Oldrogue.
With all of the Cannabis ventures GERS is involved in I’m expecting an announcement of M & A ‘s to be forth and coming?
Oldrogue.
Ethanol prices bite the bottom line quickly and lasts a while. Again it would be good to see some revenues and net income results.
Oldrogue.
Which division of the company? It does continue the theme that Attis has decent enough revenue flow to expand.
Oldrogue.
There is at least 5 persons / institutions who would be able to put that amount of shares on the ask.
Oldrogue.
Great job TMH0312, keep the info coming in, again thanks.
Oldrogue.
Dutch, I thought you had more shares than that traded today:))))
Oldrogue.
Slash, thanks for the information on the Cannabis businesses. All we need now are the numbers to tie in revenues and net income.
Oldrogue.
The video’s listed in Gers ihub site mention both Artizen Hemp and White Buffalo as “ partners “ of GreenShift.
Partners in a business indicate revenue sharing. I kept it conservative as saying “ could be “. We haven’t any filings yet saying both “ are “. Have a great day Nobody.
Oldrogue.
I located Artizen Hemp revenues a few months ago, but could never find anything on White Buffalo.
Thanks Slash.
By the way these two partnerships could be the next main revenue sources for GERS if not already.
Oldrogue.
Sorry if I’m butting in here Houstonian, look at post 49737 from Dutch there is a link that may help you.
Oldrogue.
Atis message board appears to be shut down. Atis is delisted?
Oldrogue.
I noticed the Monday posting mention Stephen Underwood being “ added “ again. He was “ cut loose “ by Green Shift 11/23/2019 according to Skunks blog. There was also another posting 11/25/2019 of Stephen Underwood moving on just days before the appeals case was heard.
Oldrogue.
Thanks a lot for the effort young man! Very much appreciated.
Oldrogue.
Try purchasing 1mm shares @ 0.0001 each! It’s intimidation to render the prices to a panic sell. My humble opinion only.
Oldrogue
Still own shares? Oh yes....haven’t sold any.
Oldrogue.
The IR dept. by email. It came back unable to deliver try again later. Later ....the same result. It’s been at least 1.5 months ago. GLTY I made an effort.
Oldrogue.
I for one have attempted to contact them without any results. Good luck to those who may also try to.
Oldrogue.
Yes I’m looking at the “ trips “ . This maybe a continuing saga until the filings are done.
Oldrogue.
Atis shares?
Oldrogue.
Dutch, I added more shares how about you?
Oldrogue.
Slash I don’t dispute any of the postings you have produced, but does White Buffalos’ revenue ( portion of ) go to GERS revenue sources? For that matter does Artizens revenue ( portion of) go to GERS revenue sources? I haven’t seen any indication of either as a revenue source.
Oldrogue.
I did some DD on “ earn out “ with examples and your understanding was the same as mine.
My digging around these past days was for personal consolation and confidence in GERS. My point...do I want buy cheap GERS shares? Nobody’s recent post was like a “ hat pin “ to that idea.
