VGID owns over 100 million shares of LOFB according to the latest disclosure filing from LOFB. MEDI MIKE did his job and issued the shares to VGID. The ball is in Buzzy’s court as far as distributing LOFB shares to VGID shareholders, which is not reassuring by any means given his track record.
Suntex owns it. Buzzy sold it from VGID to suntex in exchange for majority ownership of Suntex which he owns personally. Basically he stole it from VGID and gave it to suntex for his own personal gain.
Yep. VGID is dead. SNTX is the next Buzzy Gretzky scam
The investment world? This turd has about 30-40 shareholders. No interest outside of that.
It has not even been approved by finra yet.
Hasn’t shown up on the daily list yet. https://otce.finra.org/otce/dailyList?viewType=Dividends%2FDistributions%2FSplits
He is not upfront. He has no idea what he is doing or how to do it and buzzy is now trying to throw the blame on him. Lofb will be sub penny before the restrictions on the spinoff are lifted. (If they ever get the spinoff done).
More fluff and bs from buzzy and medi Mike.
Probably a typo. It did run to .006 on a paid promo but it went right back down a day or 2 later.
VGID only owns 110,349,749 shares of LOFB per the most recent filing from LOFB.
Buzzy says a lot. Hardly ever delivers. But hey, he got you to buy some shares!
Because he can’t be held accountable for his IHUB posts and social media posts unless court can prove he actually made those posts. That’s why he has multiple accounts set up. Take a look at the social media accounts in his personal name, he never mentions his businesses, talks them up, promotes them etc. Lawrence Buzzy Twombly is a complete fraud. He will end up in prison someday. Karma is a bitc*!
That’s a bunch of BS unless Buzzy is using fraudulent accounting practices. Sales commissions are part of selling, general and administrative costs. (SG&A) which buzzy conveniently doesn’t disclose in VGID financial statements. VGID financials are fake and do not hold up to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Whew. Buzzy is a real POS.
According to the disclosure filing from a few days ago, Medi Mike is the largest shareholder. Seems you are full of it just like Buzzy.
How is Buzzy making money here? Company has zero payroll, if it did it would be belly up. If he is selling his own shares he isn’t reporting it. Some like to claim he makes his money off of the shares he owns but this turd has been in the dumpster forever. He dilutes and uses the leinent otc rules to not disclose it until months afterwards. Transfer agent is gagged for a reason.
Obviously not.
So the 10/31/17 cutoff date is no longer valid?
Buzzy has no reason to give a hoot about shareholders. He makes his pennies by dilluting the heck out of everything. He’s not rich, he’s not successful, he just scams enough to get by. Google his address listed on all the filings. He lives in a crap hole house and drives 25 year old cars. All of his “success stories” are complete BS.
Curious, what makes you think that? This hasn’t been the case for the other VGID spinoff.
Don’t hold your breathe. You can view all of the approved dividends scheduled for the next few weeks here.

Buzzy may have said that but that’s not what LOFB filed with otc markets on Thursday.

VGID owns just over 110 million shares.
Medi Mike owns 195 million shares.
VGID can’t dividend shares that they do not own.
This was filed 5/9/19 by LOFB. PAGE 14&15 show the share structure.

Is Buzzy lying again or did medi Mike file a false finacial disclosure?
VGID can’t pay dividend shares that they don’t own. They also have to pay dividend to James Frack who owns 20 million shares of preferred shares. Preferred shares are get paid before any other shareholder.
VGID only owns 110,349,749 shares of LOFB as of the share structure reported by LOFB yesterday.
Look at page 4.

Very serious. Based on the 5/9/2019 share structure disclosure filed by medi mike on behalf of LOFB, VGID doesn’t own enough shares of LOFB to distribute the dividend spinoff shares.
Does the LOFB dividend for VGID shareholders get paid to all shares of VGID?
Does the LOFB dividend for VGID shareholders get paid to all shares of VGID?
LOFB didn’t exist in 2017. The Info is straight from the financials that LOFB filed with OTC markets yesterday.
VGID only owns 110,349,749 shares of LOFB as of the share structure reported by LOFB yesterday.

What is the number of dividend shares being allocated to V Group to pay out the dividend. The share structure of LOFB that was filed today doesn’t seem to add up. Not enough shares for 1for12 spinoff.
Look at the filing posted today for LOFB. There aren’t even enough shares of LOFB to dividend 1to12 to VGID shareholders.
Cmon. This company is not worth anywhere close to $46 million dollars.
Buzzy isn’t gonna like that. Good time to be a sleezy securities attorney though!
If anybody wants to pick up some shares at .0001, CEO Buzzy is gonna have to sell a convertible note to get the cash to pay for an attorney letter.
They are all scams. He creates products and pretends that they sell. “Business” trips to the east coast are trips to visit his in laws.
Buzzy can’t afford a PR
How was Buzzy rewarded when he was successful with his first spin off?
There is probably more to the story then he couldn’t get them enough product. Distributors don’t just drop a product because they can’t get enough supply. More than likely they were having a hard time selling it when they did have it.
