Still waiting for my shipments in NJ. Order 1069 Dec 30th and 10021 Dec 31st both on Fuse website.
I hear you Wex. But the company is doing most things right and for me the "red flags" don't outweigh the potential. You've made your concerns perfectly clear many times already and no one is going to convince you to buy in.
Wex: they probably outsourced supply chain and order fulfillment to the manufacturer. Their initial deal may have been under estimated.
What call? How do you know Amazon called them? How can you claim irresponsibility from a conversation you had with a telephone rep? your claim is irresponsible!
Agree Knuckles. I just spoke to Deb at Amazon. She said the vendor must have delisted due to inventory and that it is not uncommon for companies to do so. Just hope they relist soon.
Order# 10333 just placed using Amex! Prior orders are 10021 on Dec 31st and 1069 on Dec 30th.
My theory: They started at order #1000. They used just under 10000 orders for the free samples. So that leaves us with plus or minus 500 full paying customer orders not counting Amazon.
Not bad for a soft launch
Thanks for providing pix. Looks good! Can you find out if the 10,000 free samples are going out ahead of the orders placed? And if the samples are the actual product you have pictured here or a smaller version (maybe a packet without roller?)?
Texans blowing it. They needed to stick with "Fused" Foster on the ground..
Torrey Smith #82 on the Ravens is sponsored too!
Hoping for a good game from Arian today. Too bad he can't rub it on at the sidelines without taking his pants off!!! At least he can do it at half time in the locker room. Going to need it today!
Doooood. Relax. I want pix because I am excited. I can't wait to get mine in the mail. He gave some pretty detailed description and he said he would post a pic on a prior post. That's all!
Come Yorky - Upload a pic or post on another website! I'm in NJ so I won't be getting till next week (likely even though I ordered on the 30th).
I am really hoping that they are overwhelmed and didn't expect that the soft launch would generate so much interest. My comments on spelling, order numbers, Amex issues, etc., were posted in hopes that management is watching. I've also emailed them with the issues. Wex has valid concerns and I too worry about my investment. I think Cross is doing a good job distinguishing between bash and concern. So anyway, I can't wait to get my shipment and spread the word with my friends and co-workers!
Also saw them use "GI Track" instead of "Tract". They need to proof read better!
Looks like he purchased 3 items today on Amazon and reviewed them all at the same time. I doubt he received any of them yet. And I still didn't get my order. :(
Got mail - no product.
Not yet! Nothing in the mail.
Petty, yes, but they should pick a different pic...Fumbling doesn't do it for me:

Just checked the mailbox... Mail, but no Enerjel... :( Hopefully Monday!
Not yet... 1st order said it was to be delivered yesterday (on the order screen), second one was for today. I emailed FUSE yesterday about it - no reply yet. However, they did reply to my inquiry about the website issues and assured me that the website is secure, and that they're doing ongoing work to improve the site.
Info: Agree - I hope I'm wrong! But someone just posted that they were order # 10,061 this morning...only 40 more than mine yesterday at 11am. If Fuse sold 10k on Friday, how could they only pull off 60+ the next day? I think website traffic brought it down, not the orders, unfortunately. I am willing to bet that the lack of the visible "lock" on people's browsers may have deterred some from ordering - it did for me initially until you guys pointed out the "https". I think the number scheme was changed, and probably was something they missed during website design. There's a lot of issues with the site - but its got potential.
I'm long at 55 cents, and I am hoping that Fuse ramps up some marketing after this soft launch, in addition to other retail avenues (amazon, target, walmart, cvs, etc...). And more tweets from their big guns would't hurt either!
Info - Was 10021 this morning. 1069 yesterday. I don't think the orders crashed it, but the visitors to the site.
I placed an order yesterday at 11am - was #1069. Placed another order today just now and it was #10021. Folks here have been saying that FUSE had over 1000 orders yesterday - i don't think that was the case - they probably started at #1001. More like 100 orders yesterday and started with a new series today (20 or 21 orders so far). Overall, I am cautiously optimistic that this company is going to grow and that the products will take off (along with the share price). Just wanted to relay what I saw with the order #s, and agree with a prior poster that this was a "soft launch" for FUSE.
Thanks Cap'n and Info. I'm used to seeing the "lock" at the top right of my browser when i check out on websites... Maybe I'm overly-cautious, but I'm sure others will balk initially as well.
Anyway, I'll give it a shot! Very excited to get some product in my hands.
Update: My order was declined 3 times using Amex. Switched to Visa and it went through. #1069.
I would venture a guess that they started with order #1000.
Infoseeker - You weren't concerned about using your credit card on an unsecured ordering website? I don't understand how they launched without a secure checkout...
Did anyone else notice that the cart page wasn't secure (no lock icon on my browser)? I did send them a note via their website asking if they would be adding a secure service. Hope they'll do it soon.
