SMCE traded over $100k daily easily before. (Not long ago) And it will again. I guarantee that
No complaints- interest is gaining again
Imagine a $100g buying day? Or $50g or just $30g. And consistently.
Maybe even a $1m day. Whatever the case, I have a very confident feeling that in the near future that SMCE will start gaining progressively more interest.
The last PR told us a lot and it's obvious there's a lot to come out. The company doing a lot in the background
Something brewing
Nah, it's actually very easy to get to .60+++
But all "opinions" are welcomed
Looks like some Bulls are lining up now.
Remember the last paragraph of the last PR?
This company has major updates on the horizon to increase both company value and shareholder value...
Shareholder value could mean? Hmmmmmmm
Something big is brewing here
Whoa. I look away for 10-15 minutes and suddenly see all buying volume
I knew ppl who bought Netflix at $140 and it went down to $60. What is the price today?
Stocks go up and stocks go down. But SMCE less than 4m float and no selling by the company is a formula for new highs
LMAO... I guess everyones definition of front loading is different
75k between .10-.60 traded before the actual loading at .60
End of subject. Chart says all ;)
Yes you are right. The chart supports 1000% of what I'm saying
No frontkoading
Actually right now, would/can be considered the front load period
75k shares is front loading?
That's news to me.
Only 75k shares traded between .10-.60
That's not front loading.
Charts don't lie
Not really Veronica,
Is that implying that SMCE is done, never going back up, never going to trade heavy buying volume and see $1.40 again?
I was in another stock not long ago that I saw go from .0009 to .008's
Then go back to .0007 and seemed to go "silent" then suddenly climbed back to .0055.
Then went back down to teens and then back to to .003
The difference is. The company float increased from around 500m (the first move ) to almost 2b the last move.
The company had note after note after note after note.
Difference here and there is the company had shares being sold left and right and an outrageous float
Difference is SMCE has less than 4m float and company is not selling any shares.
That other company went up as much as 800%, and dropped to where it started then went back up 500% the dropped down. Etc etc
This is over a period of 6-8 months.
SMCE went up on air, not huge volume (dollar and share wise). FYI that other one traded as much as 1m dollars in one day to achieve that too.
In other words, stocks go up and down. SMCE will go back up. And it will very likely see the HOY, the volume and move didn't start until end of February, only relatively recently did it go back down to levels where is never traded this much before.
Less than 3 months ago the high was .97.
That's not long ago at all. It hasn't been months on end. In fact it's only been maybe 2 months.
Come back in 2-4 so weeks and let's have this discussion. Deal?
Great news lately and great product and company. What happened here with the fall?
Imagine just 25g's of buying on this thin low floater?
Hell, even 10g's ... Interest will start coming in. Have a tingle.
This moves on air. Not realistically much selling. Who would even have that many shares down here to sell? Unless taking losses. Which I doubt for 95%+ of the most part..
However Wash/Cross trading can make 5k shares look like 30k selling
Best thing to do is people buying the offer and taking these shares out of the hands doing the washing
600k float was just an opinion Veronica based on some calculations. That's really an old subject btw considering it was also said that the float was showing 3.59 on OTC.
Months is not a long time btw- less than 3 months ago this was trading in the dollar range. Seems just like yesterday actually.
In fact the opinion of that calculations really had no bearing on the price whatsoever. It was just an opinion. There's positive opinions and there's negative opinions. We heard for the longest time the stock wasn't being shorted yet found out as much as 60k shares were repeatedly being borrowed. We also heard the company was selling shares as a negative opinion.
So if someone's opinion about the float # being calculated had any kind of negative effect (doubtful) that means the untrue opinion about the company dumping truck load of shares had a tremendous amount of negative effect
Stocks go up. Stocks go down. That's the nature of it. Some stocks go down for unexpected period of time but then go back up and surpass everyone's expectations. I know people who experienced this with Netflix
It was called a POS over and over and the most obscene negative things. Now it's trading what?
The fact that SMCE traded at 1.40 with basically the exact same float shows everyone the potential this has in the short term.
I don't invest in current situations, I invest in the future. I buy on my expectations and predictions of the future. These prices are a gift and I know many agree
I did that with Apple at $10 when it was also called a POS
it's not like the company sitting on their thumbs doing nothing.
They already told us some major announcements are coming. In fact, I bet this thing starts heating up soon.
Not sure why all the negative attention. If anyone doesn't like or believe in the future of the company. Well they don't have to buy. There's 1000's of other stocks.
TIME TO LOAD UP LADIES AND GENTLEMENNNNNN!!!!
And if they were selling, the float would be changing
VNDM is also used by at least 10ppl I know personally as retail if they really want to route through it.
If the float is staying the same the past few weeks that means no company selling.
Thanks for the share structure updates. I posted your last one from 3 weeks ago as reference (below)
As was pointed out before. The latest Float has remained the same and it was confirmed that the change wasn't due to the company selling any shares. In fact the VNDM that was there yesterday which was implied was "dilution" is 1000% impossible considering the float didn't change one share from yesterday or weeks ago until now.
"04/10/15 per OTCMarkets:
AS: 500,000,000
OS: 41,201,130 *Increased 36,649,994
Unrestricted: 3,590,402
05/21/15 per TA:
AS: 500,000,00
OS: 42,151,136 *Increased 950,006

05/28/15 per TA:

As can be seen, the company is not selling shares. If they were, we would be seeing the float increasing daily or weekly. But it's not.
Well I bought .000001 and sold at .05
1,000,000,000 shares worth
Called TA today. OS and Float is the same.
What I've noticed is the CEO seems to "play ball" for shareholders and willing to work with instead of against.
Getting this 8k out of the way was the first step to bigger, more important announcements that talk about $$$$
I'm not very loud on this one but observe it daily and knew this day would come.
People in the U.S. Need to understand that over in Asia and Europe (but let's discuss Asia for now ) the only way to get drinkable water is from buying it bottled. You can't walk into a restaurant and expect free glass of water as default and definitely not refills.
If you get water served, it's usually a higher end restaurant and won't be refills. It's actually cheaper (in some cases) to get beer cheaper than water.
So in other words, there is high demand for quality, good tasting clean water. And targeting Asia in this sense is a huge revenue generator
Ok rbtree thanks for the input :D
Wash wash and cross those illusionsal sells to make SMCE look like hell
I agree 1000% awesome opportunity/entry for huge gains
Awesome DJ that means it's going to be a fun ride back up to $1.40 HOY and beyond. That's at least 600% move coming.
Time to load up
Lmao ok Beau Beau. For a share selling sham. They sure fail at the actual selling part of the sham.
This Darrell Nether character sounds like a complete scumbag. Lowest of the low.
Sounds like he belongs in federal prison.
Ralph got 60 days slap on the wrist of supervised release and charged with misdemeanor... Ya that's pretty minuscule. Martha Stewart was in prison for 2 years and going along everyday today running successful businesses and nobody remembers or cares. And that was 10 years ago. Not 30.
Nobody really cares about 30 years ago. And if it's such a concern, nobody has to invest.
Ted Bundy was a serial killer. Comparing Ralph to a Serial Killer is like comparing a flake of dust to a 2 ton Boulder.
Lmao!!! The fact that this minuscule thing that had absolutely zero negative effect on his Life, career etc is becoming hilarious.
In fact he became VP of Promotions at some of the biggest record labels ever
So ya , none of this matters
Great buzz and attention it brings to him though. The guy is well known and respected in the industry.
I really appreciate you bringing this to everyone's attention
But ya, the case against ISGRO was dropped. Apparently the prosecutor was some scumbag too. Quite hilarious
I didn't know ISGRO was the producer of Hoffa too... Awesome movie btw
it's entertainment business. We got crack dealers who end up being multi millionaire CEO's hanging out with the President at the White House
I could spend all night listing skeletons in the closest for very respected celebrities, CEO's, President!, etc etc etc. and they are a lot worse than misdemeanor 60 days supervised release 30 YEARS AGO
None of this is relevant whatsoever. It's great gossip to go back and forth about though. Thank you
Veronica, all charges against ISGRO were dropped.
I'm sure that important part was accidentally overlooked or left out.
Ummmm FYI ISGRO was cleared of all charges in that case.
So absolutely none of this matters anyways. The entire case was dropped.
EXACTLY! 1000% agree/ NOBODY cares whatsoever about a minuscule issue from 30 years ago. NOBODY! Not one single investor I know has shown the tiniest of concern.
It's 1000% false to say ppl are held accountable for rest of their lives for something they did 30 years ago. He served his slap on wrist supervised 60 days...
It obviously had no bearing on the decision of the following companies in hiring him and giving him positions like VP of Promotions:
MCA
Universal
Island
Motown
20th Century
(Some of the largest record labels in the world) he also worked directly with some of the biggest artist in the world.
In other words, something that happened 30 years ago in the 1980's is completely washed out of his life. Nobody Cares and has absolutely ZERO effect of the success of him, his colleagues or his company.
I could spend all day digging up little pieces of dirt on every successful CEO out there if wanted to. They all have some kind of skeletons in the closest, litigations, indictments, convictions, lawsuits, personal problems or whatever. That's human nature, there's not one person in the world who's a complete 100% angel and done nothing morally wrong or even illegal. We learn from our mistakes, move on and become better people.
Martha Stewart went to prison for much much much longer than Ralph's 60 days supervised slap on the wrist. Nobody hardly remembers what she did and she's doing just fine, still in the positive public eye, running successful companies etc. that was 10 years ago too. Not 30 years!
He didn't murder anyone. He didn't scam anyone, he did something that just about every other music promoter did back in the days (and even today FYI) to get music played on the radio. It's a competitive industry.
So this subject is completely minor, minuscule, overblown, sensationalized, unimportant, irrelevant, dead, silly, and outdated
Nobody has to is forced to invest here if so chose. My crew chooses to invest, we like what's going on here. But that's our choice.
LMAO?
Yes he got held accounted for 30 years ago. The judge/jury sentenced him to a slap on wrist 60 days of supervised release. He served his minuscule time 30 years ago and that's that.
Comparing to Charles Manson is extreme x's 10000
As stated before- Jay Z and 50 Cent (among others) who have or haven't served time we're dealing crack to kids, gangbanging, accomplishes to murders and the whole 9 yards.
Now are successful CEO's of multiple companies, multi millionaires, respected and even get invited to the White House by the POTUS, or even have their own tv show.
Ralph served his measly 60 days of supervised release as the judge and jury decided and 30 years has passed.
To imply that someone's character doesn't change since over 30 years ago, implies that's all these people who we see on TV who've completely turned their life around, become public figures, CEO's, celebrities, spokesperson etc etc have never change.
It's the entertainment business, what he did and got punished 60 days for is peanuts ..
;)
Veronica, that's from 30 years ago. 30 yearssssssss!!!! This literally has nothing to do with anything.
WHO CARES,
We are talking the 1980's!! When the drug of choice was cocaine, and what is being left out is that is how things were back in the day in that industry. No song gets played in the radio (even today) without some kind of incentive. And again. This was 30 years ago. In fact it was actually longer. In fact, this was going on all the time in the industry.
To say that a leopard doesn't change its spots ... Then ok... Let's give some examples of otherwise and these are cases that have been much much much sooner than 30 years.
Robert Downy Junior - the guy had serious drug problems and repeated problems. and guess what, today he's a fine individual who completely changed his life around. To even bring up his past in conversations would be considered sensationalism and rude.
Jay Z and 50 cent- these guys. (Hopefully changed their spot) but they literally raised their (mix tape studio cash) from being crack dealers to kids. 100x's worse than something Ralph did over 30 years ago!!! Lmao. These guys may of been been associated with murder
Jay Z is now considered an accredited business man and even got to hang out with the President of the United States in the White House
An ex crack dealing who made himself from illegal I'll gotten gains hanging out with the President!!
There's literally dirt on anybody out there (CEO, political members, public figures, actors, musicians, PRESIDENTS!!) Etc etc if really want to find it.
SMCE CEO has something that's 1/100th of successful (well respected) individuals have done and more recently, yet he gets crucified for something 30 years ago.
Actually DJ the DIRT I found is the CEO has worked in the music industry for decades with practically every major level with positions like VP of promotions. He's also worked with literally some of the largest Music Artist that ever existed:
MCA
Universal
20th Century
Island
Motown
The guy has connections everywhere in the industry.
