50% of fixed today!!!!!!!!! Gotta love this organized gambling stuff. Now I'm flat and gotta go confuse some calculus students.
good day today...................
even a few cheapies are thumpin'. yippee!
oh yeah.................
DNAP is hummin' on the news. What does that have to do with DNAP anyway? Nothing. The deal never closed as outlined per last K.
Look maw!!!!!!!!!!!! No hands, no..........
realtime charts, and still can daytrade circles around 'em. Inside-out power, baby!

much less ripples or waves. Too complicated for me. I guess I got lucky drawing those wedges and finding extremes in the extending slopes. There's gotta be something I'm missing. I can't find them regular enough.

I've applied their principles in practice. There is merit there. There is a connection missing in the freebie, however. The thing I like about it is the time elements relative to elevations. Now, if I could find that missing link......................?????????????????.............

inside-out signal?????? Teeter-totter. Outside at midline? Means continued short. The problem is it was an abbreviated day and low volume. Let it ride..... that's what I'm thinkin'.
Some may question the relavance of futures contracts here....... They are precursors to the real deal in which so many trade.

Futuresource.com has 70 minute delayed charts for free.
dtn has data for $40 a month, you can hook that up to Quotetracker, and for less than $50 a month you can have 10 days of realtime minute charts.
TradeStation charts and data is $215 a month. But TS is pretty cool stuff.
I have some links on my other computer for decent cheap setups. I just got it running yesterday. I'll post them later on.

snap...........................
Not all of my posts concern futures trading, but many do.
Ah, yes........ The who, what, and where of futures trading: These vehicles serve little purpose other than a liquid trading instrument and very near term hedging. So, its markets are full of traders, unlike stocks. Competition abounds plentiful.
Futures trading of indices has a limited number of markets. I trade ES (S&P 500) and NQ (Nasdaq 100) because they are most liquid. Trading only two promotes an intimacy unlike stocks which it seems you are always searching for. I believe intimacy is good. I also have fixed hours for trading - 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M, although I may trade as early as 4:00 A.M. if the right setup surfaces. I try avoiding 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. which allows for practicing golf when volume slows.
If genuinely interested I strongly suggest doing some reading at cme.com.
Brokers have a large influence on the mathematics of your trading. One broker may require substantial margin differences from another. InteractiveBrokers require a post of $1800 for each margined ES contract during regular hours. O'Brien requires $2600 for the same contract. Trading 24 hours a day doubles the necessary in pocket funding.
In reality, you are marginning quite a bit of paper. The ES is $50 a point. The NQ is $20 a point. So, a single ES contract bought at 1201.50 is actually 1/5 of a pit S&P contract or $60,075. If you sell the same contract at 1205.75 or $60,287.50, you'd net 4.25 points or $212.50 from the transaction. Consider this market is open 23 hours a day, six days a week, and traveling all over the place, trading can become lucrative in a big way.
Unlike stocks, these markets are more supply/demand oriented. No visible middlemen exist. So, a learning curve is present for those used to stocks. You need watch these markets for a little while to learn the subtle differences between market makers and specialists running the show and traders of varying duration and method run the activity up and down. You can easily discover a favorite template pouring money in over you for weeks and suddenly screw you to death. These markets change frequently. Traders need a toolbox full of good stuff and quickly change tricks once a producer turns sour. This is why you will see me refer to naked trading quite often. It seems to keep up with any change.
Because mostly traders are the market participants, competition is abundant. You need be aware of your every move else face the consequences.
All said, I believe mini futures are the cats meow in trading. Risk/reward is exponential to stocks. A $5000 account can double in a week or less if on to a good method and mindset. That also means you can lose that much too. Sometime in the next few days to months I will begin full time in the trading of these markets. There are few boards or places to refer about this trading. Real traders are gunslinger/loner types. And being mini trading is short term there is not much time to discuss anything about your ordeal. I keep doing a few stocks to have a little something to latch on to and goof off on boards with.

ES Friday close...................
Some will have seen the Friday close as somewhat bullish - a hammer at midline, etc. Note the spd on that close in %r. Price activity last night and this morning poke southward.
It seems a dash of sorts........................
is being made to rearrange issue clasifications and distribute volume so that some kind of benefit can be had in full financial default. Some assets appear to have some kind of legal preference. I'm not sure why. I just began studying the thing tonight.
Mathematically, the chart, appears to have underlying dynamics that may encourage short term positive activity. A convincing break of the red line probably terminates such notion. This is for play money only.

Welcome to the first meeting of the Donald Trump Hotels and Casono Club. I find it a bit comical that someone so prominent in business is a full blown otc issue with a Q suffix. But hey! He has babes and probably tons of cash.
I have decided to try becoming intimate in knowledge with the chart and company.
Note a weekly trend line having play and an aroon setup of past with a seeming backtest.
snap..............
I'm not saying there's not anything in it to go up........ just that the volume ain't Kosher. Where else can you regularly find double and triple digit gains in a day or two? You just can't afford to be a pig about it. They can hit the switch any moment.

MSEP appears in dilution mode since mid October - pumpy, pumpy
snap..............................
There are a series of single print divergences in these volume studies of BWDI, both negative and positive. Postive ones are marked in lavendar lines. These all occur on upward closing prices. One single print divergence is okay. A series is not. This is likely to be new share distributions. Note also a trend divergence found therein. This all stinks of dilution. I'd bet you'd find even more in lesser charts.
an e-mini statistic....................
I discovered years ago: If in any position near the close of regular hours, it is statistically best to terminate that position at 4:09 Eastern.
compressed trend management.............
Ken was on me about something he saw I was doing. It takes a charting application of special capabilities, like TradeStation, or a spreadsheet to duplicate the tool. He has the formula in part. I can't give everything away, you know? But a simple visual that duplicates this tool in some degree is a simple 8ma. In trends that are in compressed travel, continue position in trend until a close beyond the 8ma is realized.. Use during regular hours.

Had I been directly involved with PHMF I may have been able to warn of change on particular days. I did not monitor the chart on a daiy basis because I had no position.
Through lots of hair pulling I have learned how to recognize new share distributions through a few volume patterns in the charts. Unfortunately, PHMF is only offering one such pattern, and sporadicly. From this, I assume new shares are probably being distributed since Feb 14.
Usually, one marketmaker is hired to perform the distribution. If you see one particular mm sitting heavily on the ask or between the bid/ask, that's probably the guy. He will come and go throughout the day and distribution period. He is often a new face relative to history. Good luck.

They were posting more old pr's here today with news from other companies. That's all they have.
November/December should be a better time to consider this stock. Until then it should continue falling in general trend. La Jolla will be done by then and DNAP might come up with believeable stories. They have 1.5 billion new shares approved. You know they will want to use them, so stories will come.

The minimums allow futures trading without account settlement.

daytrade during regular hours, and be flat at the end of regular hours..... $2k minimum. after hours is around $4k. of course, that limits contract quantities and no mistakes.

And don't forget................ IF DNAP was to actually buy 51% of BioFrontera, monthly installments were over $1 million a month for 24 months in the contract. That's a whole lot of dilution, warrants, puts, and the like to get that cash. .0001 is coming.

Why ya reckon the share price of DNAP has fallen since all of these grants, joint ventures, and acquisitions have occurred?

Concerning your transfer agent mathematics, drop a note to easymedicine@lycos.com. In a nutshell........ Transfer agents can be parents. They know they shouldn't lie. Yet parents tell their children about Santa Claus, Tooth Ferry, etc.
Another note: How often are outstanding share tallies formulated? Weekly? Monthly? Quarterly? Are Reg S and other foriegn instruments included?
Congress, God love 'em.......... create all these absurd rules and laws allowing those one in a million long shot companies to make it. In all, these rules allow abuse and rampid share dilution skewing the whole investing game into the favor of crooks. There are so many avenues for crooks to distribute new shares, play warrants, convertibles, pipes, and options, that the investor can get financially raped in quick time and repeatedly.
btw............. This post is not directed toward PHMF, although they are a market participant where this activity regularly occurs.
mac........................
A quick lesson. I'll put up more later on my inside-out schemes.
An inside picture is the opposite of an outside picture - the body of the inside is completely inside the body of the previous print. Of course, the setup relies on general inside-out rules and guidelines for all setups. The trigger for an inside picture setup is the body, and preferably the entire previous price range.
The chart below shows a few setups mentioned in recent days:
1st orange - harami print uses the previous price range as the trigger. A signal was never reached because any signal should be realized within two periods.
blue - The following body print was completely inside the previous body. The picture is inside. The trigger is derived from the range of the previous period - long 1169.00.
So on, so forth. My inside-out scheme has 6 possible picture setups and most can navigate any period found. Insurance filters can be added. Three of the picture setups have been introduced here on your board.
Just because the daily may be stuck or in one direction does not mean the scheme cannot be used in another chart duration and clean-up on both sides of the trend. Danger: Inside-out is deadly.
mac......................
i'm in trade mode today. for now, find the inside print, use the boundaries of the previous candle as triggers
