let me see if i understand this correctly. I traded in another company that was talking about RM and the pps skyrocketed..

A RM involves another, larger company(usually) where the current company can merge into thats (usually) on a larger exchange...

basically the current company gets a valuation by a third party saying their shares are worth X amount and you can either take the PPS offering or take an equal value amount of shares in the larger company....

This is what all of the hype is about... if the company can get a fair valuation of lets say .05/share then you will be offered that.... or you can take the new shares in the company...


On another note if Airtrona decides that the need for raising capital through stock offerings is no longer necessary(maybe they want to go private) they can buy up the O/S on the open market, and cancel the A/S remaining which would cause the float to get locked up tighter than a... well u get the idea.. which will cause heavy % moves on low volume..
