I agree VIN sat there all day yesterday showing 50 and never moved after 90 million
Yes, after they kept on doing $1 trades that make no sense to get everyone to panic. On level 11 I watched it happen over and over. As soon as they put through a $1 share sell, Nite changed the ask to .0002 in half a sec. And kept it there. That is on purpose and Mulipulating the price. iMO
I guess what I meant is it isn't an individual selling $8 worth of shares. I would like to see who got that purchase at .0001.
No one is really getting any at .0001, that is th MMs messing with it. If one person got any at .0001 please let me know. Whoever is screwing with this should go to jail IMO
It is so wrong that MMs can do one $8. Trade and drop all the shares 50 percent. It has to be them no one is going to sell their shares for 8 dollars
Only 6000 shares total, 1000 and 5000 for a total of for a total of 60 cents. If that's not mm screwing with the price I don't know what is
Twice, once for 8 min and once for 15 min. MMs are bad today. Trying very hard to keep it down. One is holding strong on the ask of .0002 and all others are @ .0003
Another .10 sell at .0001, and you don't think this is manipulation?
I have level 11 and I see it all day, not just here. But it is just that. I watch them trap and do 3 penny sells and as soon as they do they drop the ask to that. There needs to be an investigation on how all MM trade and manipulate because it's suppose to be against the law. iMO
So are you saying that it wasn't the MM that sold 162 shares to drop the price down and then trap it at .0002 and then one? Tell me of anyone holding shares that would sell to make 3 cents... What you explanation on this?
And who sells 162 shares for .3 after a few million buys. I don't get how that's legal. A billion shares downgraded 33% because a a .3 cent sell ?
Looks like NITE is up to its stupid games again, IMO, they should be investigated
93m sold only 1m bought @ 3. Does anyone realize that we've been put on hold over and over. Results never take this long, permits... ? Cgfia needs to show respect to their investors and update us. Please don't give us the crap that they are too busy, that's just stupid to even say. Respect the ones that invest in you and throw them a bone...
Could someone explain a $15 trade. There is no way a person is selling $15 worth of shares so it has to be the Mm. Isn't that muniulating stock prices?
Permitting and all that goes with it is public knowledge . I serve on a board in florida, I have for many many years. Nothing is secret. They are public records. If someone can tell me where and the phone number to the county the permit is applied, I will do some calling and try to get some answers. I am a long in GFIA and have big hopes for this company, but I here that the designer on the mill left the country and they were waiting on him to get back in a month to finish? Why would you hold up millions of dollars one someone who could be replaced in an hour and finish the job in a week. That was 2 months ago. I know the company is real, I know they are very undervalued, but I would do the design myself to release the permit, it's a very bad excuse for making investor wait so long that have invested so much. When a permit is held up because a design change is needed, it can be done in a week, not months. As I said, I believe in this company but we all need to get results or explanations , we deserve that by investing and believing in CGFIA. IMO
Nite on both sides, everyone needs to stop buying or selling till they leave. Nite on both sides is not good. IMO
Colorado Goldfields Inc. Merger Roll-Up Continues to Grow ShareholderBase and Value -- Roll-Up Growth Strategy Doubles Shareholder Base --Part 2
Nov 2, 2011 08:01:42 (ET)
LAKEWOOD, CO, Nov 02, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Colorado Goldfields Inc. (otcqb:CGFIA) (pinksheets:CGFIA) announced yesterday that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"), with American Sierra Gold Corp ("American Sierra"). The MOU, which provides for customary due diligence, intends to make American Sierra a wholly owned subsidiary of Colorado Goldfields Inc.
After successfully adding the Brooklyn, King Solomon, and the Pay Day and Rage uranium claim group to its asset base, the Company now continues its strategy to increase shareholder value by acquisition and merger.
"This 4th acquisition is a significant step not only in total growth, but represents a new level of attractiveness to many other mining companies. I believe this transaction will propel our roll-up strategy to a higher level. As our discussions with American Sierra continue, it becomes clear that the strategic expansion of our shareholder base opens up new growth prospects for our company and creates further potential for accessing external capital funding and new and valuable acquisitions aligned with our gold mining and milling rights roll-up model," stated Lee R. Rice, President and CEO of Colorado Goldfields.
"The fact that American Sierra on behalf of the Company's over seven thousand shareholders showed this commitment to Colorado Goldfields strongly supports our business model and the course our company is taking. After four years of total and consistent dedication and perseverance in the face of a very challenging world-wide economic climate, the strategic expansion of our shareholder base and the strengthening of our capital base opens up new growth prospects for us and creates further potential for acquisitions," said Stephen Guyer, CFO of Colorado Goldfields.

A $60 sell has 300000000 volume Dow 33% and no transactions after that. Something isn't right here. Does anyone have any useful insight on why this might be, please no negative bashing
Is all this buying just a waste, took out all the 3,s and then they jump in with plenty more. Seems a waste of a good day that could have really made a run. Come on !!!!
How do you only have6 m left and them 15 m bought and the 6 m doesn't change? Anyone?
Who would sell at .0002 after all that? I don't get it
How is there 144000000 shares all bought and still no price increase ? Let's get moving here
NITE should get in deep trouble form what I see them do on most stocks. IMO
Im recording all their moves so I have records. Where would I send it to?
Yes, I'm loaded up and so are some of my friends, I just was trying to get more
Had another order in at open @ .0002 it won't get filled, been trying for weeks, time for news and let's get this moving to where it should be. iMO
No, 120000000 and no fill, that's messed up
I second that. Had mine in all day and can't get filled
I agree, like potg hitting $1.25 with nothing. How is this price so low? Or crwv. I don't get it. This should be way up just for the potential . IMO
Thank you for this link, you helped me more then you know. I just started this a few weeks ago and seek knowledge. This really helps me. Thank you again..;)
I think I may do just that. Don't need to hire one tho. From how I've seen these MMs. It looks as though they don't follow the law all the time and it's costing people a lot of money. lMO
NITE keep doing some very wrong things on all the other stocks I've seen them in. iMO. They even put their ask below the current price and then put up a wall IMO. Someone should look into that. IMO
Someone needs to get in trouble making the ask lower then the current price to make it drop. Is that legal? IMO
The way the mm set this up, they really should get in trouble. On L11 it's really obvious. Isn't that manipulating the market? IMO
Can someone please explain the point of a 200 share sell at .006.
Anyone got an opinion on the report?
Yes it would be nice to close green but only one buy all day? Is that correct?
Can anyone tell me why it's all sells today and why ihub is showing the bid much higher then the ask?
What? How do you by below the bid. That doesn't seem right. Can someone advise how the bid and ask are the same and orders are going through below the bid. I'd like to learn. Thanks
