for July 31st, as he had stated in past meetings he would
let them absorb the first batch of data, then present the last newer batch of data at the UN in New York July 31st.

So a panel of Board Certified M.D.s are not aware
of Lympro, the state of affairs with AMBS.

They are like in a zone a Zone the whole investment community is in, where the blinders are glued to their little brains.

Phd, MDs, etc., only focus is Retina Detection.

Of Amaloid deposits occur they don't know when they appear,
they don't know how soon detection can be made. In the eye the eye can produce the a-Beta Amyaloid deposits in the eye. They will have a phase three done by 2016. For this test.

Probably best thing is to request them in a cash account.

That way you don't have to have a GTC and they are not in
margin account then.

Once in a cash account, if the firm loans them out, they are violating SEC rules.

Haaa simple answer

If you can take action to stop them from borrowing your shares, when we want it to up-list the best thing we can do is tell the brokerage firm not to allow the shares to be loaned out.

Why a penny stock is in a margin account I'll never understand in the first place, if only to use your money an shares without asking, once you sign the agreements on the Margin account
they can use your stocks at will.

I don't think having a penny stock in a margin account makes any sense to me other than helping the brokerage firm make more money without your knowledge.

I would at least want a fee paid to me if they borrow my shares.

So I"m only giving previous experience and knowledge if the rules changed over the years the concept is the same.

cannot be borrowed out to other firms for shorting.

Most people here don't realize behind the scenes their brokerage account folks placed their stock in a margin account,
then without asking you borrow your shares out to who ever wants to borrow them electronically to short to anyone buying them.

One way to stop this nonesense is to have a GTC order on file
then the firm cannot borrow those shares becuase they would be exposed to buying them back themselves if stock were bought out or something big happens.

It causes a SHORT Squeeze if everyone one on this board with 1million shares or more did that place a order for 10.00 per share GTC for 60 days your not going to be selling unless it went to 10.00 per share, it would force the shorts more scrambling to find shares to short.

This is a classic Cup and Handle, what follows is upside that is on a magnitude of order of 2x - 10x and more, once a base is established and the Cup has been created with a handle on the right with attempts to breach the 12.5 - 13 cent range, what could follow is a huge breach up as mentioned to .14-.20 in some cases, and a rebuilding above the lower cup and handle, forming another type cup and handle area. This stock tends to trade dirty, meaning it is not a pure trading stock there are some pretty devious traders who whip saw it so much it hurts its normal trading but as of late
it appears to have being swallowed whole by a huge set of new buyers getting rid of the old traders. But with 800,000,000 shares out there its going to take a freight train of news and BIG news and BIG volume to get up to .25 cents but it will if Lympro Is the Blood Test Standard for Alzheimer's, that is a game changer for this stock.
