PXPT, a good one for the radar.........
These guys are playing with their stock, but it may be coming up for a good short play.
In January they did a 1:50 RS and in July, when the PPS peaked in post-RS play, the did another RS of 1:20
That almost leveled out the OS.
Then, a week after the July RS, they issued another 10M shares.
The currant OS is 10.2M and the PPS is about .74
Watch for it to drop with a bottom/bounce around .20 (if they leave it alone...:)
Linchuck, re BDE...........
If the downtrend of the last couple of weeks continues, and if it falls through .40, look out.
I don't see any more support until it gets down to about .20
They better hurry up with their news.

Again, it looks like CESY has been gutted.....
dsertrat, I think I have it figured out........
None of the information issued has been completely honest.
From the CESY Aug 14 10Q;
The Company has an investment in a wholly-owned subsidiary called Celerity Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Celerity NV"), which is engaged, either directly or indirectly through third parties, in the production, sale and distribution of digital set top boxes and digital video services. On May 20, 2003 the Company transferred certain assets and liabilities to Celerity NV in exchange for 100% of the common stock of Celerity NV. The transaction has been recorded at the book value of the assets and liabilities transferred.
In effect, this was a merger between CESY and Celerity NV.
It appears that CESY is indeed a subsidiary of L-3 and all those assets, shares, etc of Celerity NV have now been sold to ARXX.
It looks as though CESY, the one trading for .0035, is now an empty shell.
Also, from your post were you posted two links to the "different" companies;
If you go to the first link and read the March 25 PR, at the very bottom is a link to the second site,(your second link), and they are one in the same.
Bottom line,CESY, Celerity Systems Inc. has been gutted.
I just brought up CESY and their last PR is about the sale.
I don't understand what you're saying.

SALT LAKE CITY, Nov 3, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Publicly-traded Apex Resources Group Inc. (OTCBB:APXR) announces settlement regarding Gas Well in Bastian Bay, Louisiana.
Following unparalleled delays of over three years in completing the laying of the flow line of Bastian Bay Louisiana, Gas Well-State Lease 16152 a settlement is being negotiated with the Oyster Bed Lease Holder at Bastian Bay where the line runs.
The basic offer is as follows: A. The operator (Royal 'T'Oil) will pay the Lease Holder $20,000.00 out of production in the well. B. The operator (Royal 'T'Oil) will pay the Lease Holder $15,000.00 cash. C. The Lease Holder will receive 1.5% overriding interest in the well. D. For this consideration, The Lease Holder will drop all litigation. The Operator (Royal 'T'Oil will also drop its cross litigation.
The Investors were asked to contribute to the $15,000.00 cash payment and the balance to be split by the working partners. Royal 'T' Oil and Apex Resources Group Inc. (6.25% working interest) will contribute $3,400.00 each to complete the payment.
An Agreement is being negotiated by the Operator (Royal 'T'Oil) with Mid East Gas Systems, Inc. for the construction and operation of a pipeline connecting SL16152 No. 1 Well with the Gilmore 3A Well. Mid East appears to be the most practical solution concerning the transportation of gas from the Well.
The Operator expects the Agreement to be completed within the next few weeks and construction of the balance of the pipeline to begin.
Bastian Bay State Lease No. 1 16152 tests have proven approximately two million cubic feet of gas per day. This is an extremely good well and Apex with a 6.25% interest would be expecting monthly income of approximately $15,000.00 after working interest and royalty payments.
Further news updates will be published as work progresses.
Apex Resources Group Inc. would like to thank all shareholders for their patience during this ongoing dilemma.

The OS is 53.2M and the float is 35.9M
Insiders hold almost 10% of the float.
Indeed, the PPS does seem to bounce nicely.
The range for the last year is .005 to .055
If I were going to play it I would probably wait for the PPS to drop to about .01 or .009
Could be good for a short term double or triple.
Interesting Google/Msft story......
Google rejected Microsoft bid
By Frank Barnako, CBS.MarketWatch.com
Last Update: 11:31 AM ET Oct 31, 2003
WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- Google reportedly turned down inquiries from Microsoft Corp. about ways the companies might work together or even merge.
The Microsoft (MSFT) bid was rejected in the past two months, according to the New York. Sources briefed on the discussions told the Times that Google executives preferred to pursue an initial stock offering.
Meanwhile, the San Jose Mercury News reported that Google was in its own acquisition hunt with a $30 million offer to buy Friendster, an online dating site. That offer was rejected. Venture capitalists, instead, put $13 million into Friendster.
The end of a boring week, unless, of course, you hold FNIX..
Those people are dancing in the streets!

Mark, I just looked at the last 10Q for CYTP....
An interesting read and could probably be made into an interesting movie.
They seem to be moving a lot of cash around, but don't seem to be keeping much of it.
They also have quite a few lawsuits against them, from landloads they have stiffed and bill they haven't paid.
I can see a justification for the PPS, but I have to wonder where all their revenue is going?
Is there more to this story?
Hey yo, I know you've been in or interested in ERTH for at least a month or two.
Besides this split situation, what do you think is going on with the company?

USXP...news...........
NEW YORK, Oct 31, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB:USXP) CEO Richard Altomare announces his Transportation Security White Paper proposes separating the luggage from the passengers effectively reducing the time travelers spend in airports on luggage-related matters. Mr. Altomare disseminated his proposal on Capitol Hill last week. Policy makers and airline industry sources are currently discussing the recommended changes.
Mr. Altomare states, 'The airline industry transports more than double the number of bags than the number of passengers. Thus, passengers are vulnerable to baggage handling delays before and after their flights. According to the DOT, 47% of passengers wait 15-30 minutes at the ticket counter checking in with 16% waiting more than 30 minutes. Then the traveler moves to the screening checkpoint where 40% wait another 15-30 minutes. The TSA has found and confiscated more than 8 million items including 2.4 million knives, 50,000 box cutters and 1,500 firearms. The TSA also receives 5,000-15,000 e-mails, phone calls, letters and faxes each week from passengers complaining about damaged luggage or stolen items. We spend all this time on luggage-related matters. My calculations conclude that each passenger spends about an hour of time per trip on luggage related matters. The associated economic cost of one hour of time per passenger per trip exceeds $52 billion annually. In my White Paper, I propose a new baggage pricing structure be put into place by the airlines. Passengers will then be offered a framework of choices to either ship their luggage in advance at a lower price than the airline will be charging, or continue to carry their bags to the airport and pay a premium. By using the alternative and shipping their luggage ahead, travelers would spend less time in airports and more time at home and work. There will also be no reason for airlines to continue to charge additional fees to a traveler that cooperates with the new baggage shipping system. This should result in lower ticket costs as well.'

re ERTHD,(ERTH).............
Today they did a 1:12 reverse split.
This is a NAZ company and they were quite open about the reasons for the split.
Any company listed on the NASDAQ must maintain a PPS of 1.00 or better or face delisting.
If the PPS drops below a dollar for thirty days they could be delisted to the OTCBB.
In my experience, doing a RS to save a NAZ listing usually doesn't work............we'll see. It depends on how healthy the company is.
The last price I saw today was 3.09
This RS is very unusual because they are also reducing the number of authorized shares from 200M to 25M.
Normally, a RS has no effect on the AS.
I have no idea why they did this.
Now, with a OS of just over 13M the PPS should be very volatile and, IMO, the standard post-RS selloff should move it downward pretty fast.
Also,......Today, the company is holding a conference call at 4:15 ESD to discuss everything. For details go to;
http://www.earthshell.com
re ERTH, got it....
Because of the split, the symbol is now ERTHD.
The "D" is a temporary addition to a symbol when there has been a split or dividend.
I believe it applies to stocks listed on the NAZ and NYSE and is only part of the symbol for two weeks.
After that it goes back to ERTH
Help, re ERTH.....
Can't find the symbol.
According to OTCBB.com, they changed it to ERTG in 1998, but I can't find anything on that either...
Anyone know the name of the company?
TIA
hey yo, thanks, keep the input coming.
XKEM has been a thorn in my side for months.
I originally called for a bottom/bounce at a sub-penny level, but that price was so far off the regular PPS I bagan to doubt my numbers. But, lately, it's showing weakness again.
Now, we'll just wait and see what happens.
I'll take a look at ERTH, thanks.
dsertrat, about FNIX......
Of all the post-RS plays I have predicted, I have never been so far off as I was with this stock. When it was about .16 I think I called for a bottom around .004.
All I can say is that I must have made an error in my early calculations which snowballed.
ARRRGH!.......gett'n lazy I guess....:)
Normally, I wouldn't even mention a scam stock on this board, but this is so incredible..........I couldn't help it...:)
CMKM, a Pinksheet stock, running a phony diamond mining scam, today announced that the solar flare has caused them to not be able to drill, as previously announced.
I honestly didn't think any company would have the balls to use the sun spots/solar flare as an excuse, but there it is.....
And the Marks are flocking in!
The Pennystocks can sometimes be truly amazing!
re; ADZR.......
at .18 the PPS is up about 200% in the last two months.
Today, John Cardona, Dir, filed a form 4 to dispose of 100K shares.
These shares were previously issued to him and are now cancelled.
FWIW, although the Bollinger Bands may be coming together,(needs watching), the daily volume for the last couple of days has fallen off.

XKEM..news......
NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., Oct 29, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Xechem International, Inc. (OTCBB:XKEM) today announced that it has appointed William H. Pursley to its Board of Directors, naming him Vice-Chairman. Pursley, while serving in executive positions at Genentech, Genzyme, Bio-Technology General and Transkaryotic Therapies, played key roles in the commercialization of over $1 billion in orphan drugs. Most recently, as CEO of Osiris Therapeutics, he led a turnaround that revamped management and operations and significantly increased the company's value through corporate partnerships with Boston Scientific, amongst others. The long-time industry executive started his career 24 years ago with Merck.
After leaving Genentech, where he was a member of the original team that launched human growth hormone (hGH) and Activase (TPA), Pursley headed up Sales and Marketing for Genzyme. He orchestrated the launch of Ceredase(R), a therapeutic treatment for Gaucher disease, which today enjoys approximately $700 million in annual sales and still accounts for the majority of Genzyme's profits. At Bio-Technology General (BTG), he resurrected a 34-year-old anabolic steroid, Oxandrin(R), to become the prescription market leader in AIDS wasting. Today, Oxandrin(R) remains as BTG's major profit producer. Following his stint at BTG, Pursley set up Transkaryotic Therapies' (TKT) primary source of income by creating a majority owned subsidiary in Europe to launch Replagal(TM), a treatment for Fabry disease.
'Bill Pursley is a heavyweight in the biotechnology industry. His talent for strategic thinking and his implementation skills for creating value and launching products has led to success after success. We are fortunate that we have been able to attract someone with his remarkable turnaround skills to the Xechem team,'said Dr. Ramesh C. Pandey, Chairman and CEO of Xechem International.
Pursley commented, 'Xechem's latest proprietary product, HEMOXIN(TM), its designated Orphan Drug status by FDA for Sickle Cell Disease (SCD), represents a potentially outstanding upside opportunity for the Company and the 80,000 SCD patients in the U.S. alone. This is a very large orphan market involving a critical disease without a definitive therapy. As an active board member and Vice-Chairman, my primary role will be to create a laser focus for Xechem to get HEMOXIN(TM) to the U.S. market.'
Xechem International, Inc. is a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company focusing on proprietary products for orphan diseases.

The ref0, About UDW...
the last 10Q before the split shows an OS of 65,719,546.
Three weeks before the split they registered 40,304,184 more shares, bringing the OS to a little over 106 million
Divide that by 5 and add the new shares issued after the split, as well as the wts and CDs offered at 2.00.
It's somewhere between 21M and 24M
As for the company itself, I don't know a thing about it.
That bottom/bounce number is purely the result of looking at the PPS before the split and seeing the price the marketplace had set for the stock........That was about .34
What usually happens is the marketplace still thinks this is a .34 cent stock and it tries to push the PPS back to that level.
But, the new OS gives the stock a different trading value.
That's why, if the company is healthy, it will go back to that old pre-split PPS and bounce up, finally finding a new price.
In this case, Management issued more shares after the split which changes the natural progression of the PPS, so I don't feel strongly about the .34 bottom.
I do feel that, since the PPS was under a dollar before the split, the currant PPS is inflated by the RS and not at all accurate.........way overpriced.
If I were going to play this I wouldn't even look at it until it, once again, dropped under a dollar.
THAT, I would bet on..........:)
Also, If I were going to look harder at the company I would definitely try to find out why the issued those 40M shares just before the split. That would bother me.....:)
