The second part. However, I try not to get involved in scams, but rather misunderstood situations.
I like it......
Wow, you are correct...at my age the years roll together. It was early 2014, when they were thinking about getting into the MMJ business, that I sold the 35M. Damn, where did the year go? I picked up the current 1M in late 2014, after the split. Thanks for bring me back to reality. You can check all my old posts to see that is what happened. I am in a time warp. I won't make that mistake again.
I focus on what I pay, not the daily ups and downs due to timing of buys/sells by people trading small amounts. I am in at .005 right now. I think picking up another million at the .002 level would suit me well, and give me more of a chance for a multiple hit.
I am confused in what you are saying, or getting out. Please say it straight up, so I can understand.
You are correct with what you say. However my point was that a quadruple is still a quadruple. I bought some of those shares as high as .0018, but most on the way down at .0002 and .0003. And when I was buying those early shares, I had fantasies of only a double. One either believes in th company management, or they don't. I do.
We have verified with the ungagged transfer agent that there has been no increase in the number of unrestricted shares over the past many month. So, I would like to know what shares you are referring to that were issued unrestricted.
I don't know what most other think, but I think there is lots of opportunity for us shareholders at these prices.
Maybe I did not explain myself clearly. I accumulated 35M+ shares well before the split, at an average cost of .0005. I sold those shares early this year at about .002. If you were talking about the 1M purchased post split, then I understand your position.
Huh??? What part do you consider a fantasy. The fact that I did so well on the 35M shares, or that I expect to do as well on this smaller speculation?
I did, as you know, have a quadruple up on that 35M+ shares. So on 1M shares I am OK for now. upward ho!!!!!!!
I don't expect it to be comforting, but rewarding.
Wish I was around today to take advantage of this opportunity to double down.
Time to load up then...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Bayport is a great buy here.
If they sell shares....who are they selling them to, and where can I see the sales? Doubt it.
....and those that do not trust at all will never make a move. You need to have experience and faith in the one that is being trusted. I have that based on past transactions. This is not to say that it will work out as I hope/expect, but I like the cards stacked in my favor, and know there is no bottom dealing.
Blind trust usually works when you are comfortable in who you are giving that blind trust to. I am comfortable with Jim and Clay. I know they will do their best for me.
Time will obviously tell on this one. I, for one, although not certain of the direction of the company, know management well enough to be comfortable with them steering it in the right direction for our success. I do not want to see every i dotted and t crossed before things are done.
Not sure of what you are getting at. Call the company for the information that you are looking for, rather than speculating. If anyone is unsure of the honesty of any answer they receive, they probably should fold em. I for one will be holding them.
I just report what I was told. They were not aware of any other preferred, but they said there could be. They did not say there were any though. I guess the financials is all we can go by.
Where did that come from?
I get it....the audit will never happen, and even if it does it means nothing. So, why are we focused on it then?
Is was provided in writing, but I thought I would ask if they had everything they needed. I like to talk to accountants, as I miss that stuff.
As to the share structure....I found this interesting and new to me.
As we expected the AS is 700M, and the OS is 248M, of which 179 of those are restricted.
The preferred are 25M, of which 6M are outstanding.
Now the news to me thing.....the TA indicated that the company could has other preferred classes that they manage on their own. I was not aware of that, nor do I think it is a big issue.
The TA 800 phone number listed did not work, as they have transferred their system over recently...but they can be reached on 702-361-3033.
Now this is silly. I said the auditor never asked for my opinion on anything. I took what they asked me about as a sign of the status of the audit and drew from that an opinion on what was happening. What transpired in the conversation has nothing to do with operations of Bayport. Enough said on the subject.
I do not remember using the term 'opinion' concerning my conversation with the CPA. They were trying to VERIFY that a certain thing happened.....I needed to confirm that it did, and when it happened. Please let me know the exact wording I used and the post it was used in. I know I do make mistakes in wording now and then.
I am glad to clear this stuff up for you regarding my view of Bayport. We are in for some good stuff.
I thought that was what I just said....
Not sure if you were able to look at my postings on this subject of when the audited financials should be expected....but....only one of my many posts on this left out the referral to working days. Every other one listed it as such. I guess I am not perfect. However, knowing the background, I expect to see them early this week.
I think you are putting things together that do not belong.
1) I am a retired accountant, and
2) I had an NDA with the company.
However, one had nothing to do with the other. I am staying retired, but was asked by Jim to do something for Bayport that required an NDA....not associated with my accounting background.
That was a statement I read from some other posters that said that until they are certified they cannot be considered as accurate. I agree with that statement.
You are correct that in one post I did not use the 'working days' wording. As we all know people usually work on work days. I think today is either the 9th or 10th working day. Anyhow, I could be off in my 'prediction' by a day or two.
Does that mean that the information that I obtain from the TA on Tuesday will be inaccurate? If so what can we go by?
Please let me see that post because I cannot find it in my list.
I cannot say it often enough....
Being a Bayport shareholder makes me proud.
I cannot let this misstatement go uncontested.
The TA issues the shares, not the company. The TA is restricted to only issuing the appropriate number of shares authorized. They do get instructions from the company, but they have the shares to issue.
As has been related on this board many times, the published financials are not accurate until they are audited by the contracted CPA. We are now a day or two away (from my estimated 10 working day date) from seeing them published. I am sitting on pins and needles awaiting the news.
Really, we have a retired accountant working for Jim Porter? Where does that information come from? Link please!!!!!
It appears from what I read that there is a concern with the share structure, and those that had that concern did not want to personally follow through to get that data. That seemed illogical to me. I have had no problem in the past with calling and posting the results. However, when I do, the information is questioned. I was just giving everyone that had a concern the opportunity to make that call. It is now on my agenda for sometime tomorrow or Tuesday.
Really far fetched but always possible.
Am I understanding your post to suggest that the TA is not telling the truth? That would be a new one.
