IF OMDA announces a dividend with say a dividend date of July 8th there's no way anyone would sell.

So at 7% of the 242 M sshares that exist for OMDA, I would own at least 7% of 38% of $100,000,000.00 to $200,000,000 of Oil.

Microcap stocks just don't go 16 months without issuing shares. They sure as sh$@ don't go forever without doing it, and we have that scenario here unless we voted to do it. It's nice when a company can grow from their own cash and assets and stop using equity.

I can't wait to get my first proxy and vote my soon to be 7%. Not to bruise my back but that's a pretty big say in the proposed decisions of our company's future.

I have never seen that scenario with any stock without the insiders having the ability to raise it at will.

I'm going out on a limb here but I kinda feel like we will see .024 tomorrow at some point. Makes you wonder what the stock could do by week end. Makes you wonder where we're at by June end. Kinda scary to sell any soon if you see what I'm seeing. No new dilution, longs holding steady, a quickly shrinking float, a growing company with the control now in the hands of all voting shareholders, this is wonderful!

I'll be honest with you all, at .20 I am gone and will be buying a new Bently. :)

This stock was .038 six years ago on a Billion shares plus outstanding. Oil was much lower back then also. At 242 M shares only outstanding now and where oil prices have been averaging we could easily be .12-.20 just based on historicals.
Now mix in no ability for management to dilute , authorized raise or reverse the stock and we have a huge opportunity here.
