PINKY LAND SEEMS TO HAVE SOME HIGH CLASS COMPANY!...Tiffer..
END;
But in recent years, this low-rent corner of the market has been in some classy company. Major global corporations are putting their shares on the Pink Sheets, in large part to avoid the cumbersome paperwork required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) . Fear not. These companies are subject to rigorous regulatory scrutiny back in their home markets and have little incentive to cheat investors.
What kind of companies are we talking about? How about Switzerland-based Nestle (Pink Sheets: NSRGY) , the $200 billion (market value ) confectionary giant? The stock has risen more than 75% in the last two years, though investors avoiding pink sheet stocks wouldn't have even known about the move. Here are three other pink sheet stocks you need to seriously consider if you want exposure to the most dynamic regions and industries around the globe...
1. Anglo American (Pink Sheets: AAUKY)
Market value : $60 billion
This U.K.-based mining giant has a hand in platinum, diamonds coal and iron. Outside of Pepsi Co. (NYSE: PEP ) , it is the largest company in the world with a woman (Cynthia Carroll) at the helm. Shares appear quite inexpensive, trading at less than seven times current profits.
2. China Construction Bank (Pink Sheets: CICHY)
Market Value: $202 billion
With the Chineseeconomy showing possible signs of cooling and the Chinese banking sector possibly on the hook for many bad loans, this stock may not be timely, but it remains the single best way to play the long-term China boom, from a financial services perspective. I'd sit on this one and wait to see how the situation plays out. You may find the stock to be a steal at just the right time and be able to ride the shares up.
3. Volkswagen (Pink Sheets: VLKAY)
Market Value: $17 billion
In addition to the namesake brand, this German firm also controls Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley and many others. On the heels of a newly-opened manufacturing plant in Chattanooga, TN, management aims to make VW as strong a brand in the United States as it is in Europe and South America, where it is the top-selling brand. The ultimate goal: to become the world's largest automaker, surpassing mighty Toyota.
Action to Take --> As more global firms take up home on the Pink Sheets, you'll have even more chances to invest in the global economy . To be sure, it's easier to get lots of information on companies such as Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F ) or GM (NYSE: GM ) than it is on a firm like Volkswagen, but that shouldn't deter you from adding more international exposure to your portfolio. If you've got more than 80% of your assets parked in stocks of U.S. companies, then you're missing out on some of the most dynamic global opportunities that will emerge in the years ahead.

Yeh right! 1-2 cents a share to 34 dollars is something to be ignored....LOL...
VRML went from range of 1 & 2 cents and on to the Nasdaq with high of 32.24 dollars!...MMRF is NOT a scam as 97% of pinkys are!..One of many out there if anybody wants to do their DD..JMO..Tif.

Yes and as Mr. Loftus told me quote; "I will not put out any info unless it pertains to signed contracts such as my company has recently disclosed".END; I will wait for those future disclosures and will continue to add to my stock as I truly believe that Bob Lorsch and Dave Loftus are finally on the right track for substantial revenues....JMO...Tif
The annual open enrollment cycle typically runs from September through December, for benefit plans renewing for the year 2013. E-Mail Frequency believes it can have over 20 million enrolled members within 18 months on a per-member-per-month (PMPM) payment model.
Other announcements about additional business development efforts will be made over the next several weeks.
END...I place far more faith in this company and future revenues then the other myriad of unrealized hopes that I have had in the past!...We will see how the PPS is affected when the majority of revenues start in the first quarter of 2013 although some will start trickling in later part of this year...I believe the PPS will be much higher thru 2013 and 2014...Lets hope!!..20 million enrolled members within 18 months??...Interesting!!..If this comes true then "to da moon" would sure be appropriate. .....Tif
Thank you for the info via e-mail you sent me relating to the company and I sure appreciate your continuing DD on the future of products that MMRF has on the market! I believe that Bob Lorsch will take full advantage of all options on selling the product and I will again give him credit for having the good sense to sign off on the marketing plan that Dave Loftus is now running with! I hope similar plans are in the works with other like vendors worldwide and if these plans come to fruitation then we will see some HUGH revenues coming to MMRF's treasury besides the vendors themselves!...I can not see Bob Lorsch making the mistake of not pursuing more of the embedded PHR in companys benefit plans as this truly could make his statement of "I plan to make MMRF into a 1 to 2 billion market cap company" factual!..If the future revenues start to ramp up and this company finally gets in the black then I do not care how many non-sensual blodgs he puts out as long as he keeps his eye on generating revenues!..We will see ...JMO...Sid Schrage, Red Bluff, Ca.
Narcissism is the best way to describe the ceo's actions! Wish he would realize that a lot of folks do not really care about his self described "knowing". I just wish his "knowing" was more about salespersons generating revenue which he just not seem to be "knowing". JMO...Tiffer
Much rather hear about REVENUE then senseless blodgs..END ...http://blog.mmrglobal.com/2012/07/13/using-your-natural-knowing/
If things go as I see them then you will be in an ongoing stupor 24/7 as contracts roll in! Please eat properly while on your self indulgent "exercise" and good luck on your marketing plan as MMRF needs all the help it can get...GLT all of us..Tiffer
Ha, Ha! And I will make sure there are many more consumed as Dave Loftus gets multiple contracts signed, sealed and delivered! I will be here touting each and every one as revenues ramp up!..Better stock up on your tea/favorite beverage as you will surly need it in the coming months....Tiffer
The initial "partnership" of Bl and DL made good sense for that office at MMRF because of the ongoing e-mail program but currently DL is quite busy at his own office located elsewhere and rarely goes to his office at MMRF! I know he is quite busy negotiating more contracts (per telephone call as related to me) and as he said; "More announcements in the coming weeks"...I am sure Bob Lorsch is as excited as Dave Loftus is with this new successful marketing plan!..Going to make a lot of people very rich in the coming months/years...JMO..Tiffer
Cool! Although I prefer herbal tea versus your "spiked" koolaid. You are a fan/ardent supporter of BL due to your business affiliation with him while I look and see other areas for substantial revenue instead of minimal! I do give BL full credit for seeing the value of E-mail Freq. marketing plan and after all, with the 10's of millions shares that
Bob Lorsch owns, he would be a fool not to let Dave Loftus run with this fantastic marketing plan!..Do you not agree??..JMO...Tif
Having been involved in UAW and Toyota union negotiations in 1984 at NUMMI in Fremont, Ca. where I ended up a skilled trades maintenance superintendent, I feel I can speak from experience what embedded benefits are for employees of any company. Dave Loftus, with Bob Lorsch's blessing, is doing what should have been done long ago, and that is providing a PHR in the benefits packages of any company in the U.S. and worldwide! Various reduced rates for the phr during negotiations with companys are key for the successful embedded phr which would appear "free" for the employee but in reality is being paid by the company whom they work for! This phr is a win win situation for all who are involved in this embedded phr and I see a hugh influx of companys signing up in the future for this very secure phr that is protected against hackers which is a very important feature of MMRF's product! Others may not place much importance on what is currently going on in the revenue department but I sure do as I see what is coming and I sure will be here over the next few years.......Quote'....The annual open enrollment cycle typically runs from September through December, for benefit plans renewing for the year 2013. No; I am a fan of whomever brings in tangible revenue and e-Mail Freq. is the only "winner" I see! Beats the heck out of posting on the sub penny scenario..Big revenues coming in the future from Dave Loftus and his company!...JMO..Tif
I tend to think Bob Lorsch and Dave Loftus are creating more, as yet, undisclosed contracts, and perhaps interested investors myself, and latter part of this year will show the tangible revenue as evidenced by contracts already signed!..2013 and 2014?..I believe a much higher PPS! Evidently you did not read my post pertaining to individual chinese companys, and if you did, then you took things out of context/non-understanding and coined "China" as a singular customer! I am referring to the market of 10's of thousands of chinese companys..My post; "The "leap" is MMRF's capability to enter this lucrative market and if they cannot do it in the U.S. then why bother with China unless another or perhaps same vendor per E-Mail Frequencey takes the Dragon by the tail and "swings deals with chinese companys" He only got license to sell in China and with no sales force here in the U.S., much less China, I do not know where he thinks revenue is going to come from!"END....Will E-Mail Frequency or another vendor go after all these chinese companys???..I sure hope Bob Lorsch is signing marketing plans currently with vendor(s) for the specific purpose of embedding the phr in any companys benefit plans and YES many chinese companys really care for their employees contrary to what some folks only guess at!!.....JMO...Tiffer
The "leap" is MMRF's capability to enter this lucrative market and if they cannot do it in the U.S. then why bother with China unless another or perhaps same vendor per E-Mail Frequencey takes the Dragon by the tail and "swings deals with chinese companys" as they have started to do here in the U.S. (Remember; Dave Loftus mentioned "Worldwide") You state the obvious of revenues which is rather redundant as it is every investors hope no matter what company anybody is invested in! If Unis had chosen to incorporate the phr in their master plan in Henan province then of course revenues would be stellar! Of course Bob Lorsch never told us that Unis did not embed any of MMRF's products anywhere in their master plan and he would not share that hope/disappointment with us investors. He only got license to sell in China and with no sales force here in the U.S., much less China, I do not know where he thinks revenue is going to come from!
I pretty much have stated my thoughts about BL's marketing ploy versus vendors salesmanship. I will take salesmanship anytime for this as yet hard to sell phr product...Looking forward to the coming financial quarters and I really do pin any progress in revenues on SALES..NOT MARKETING(minimal at best).. E-Mail Frequency is the only company I see anything substantial/real coming in the form of revenues at this current time..I think it is grating on every investors nerves on how Bob Lorsch keeps mentioning fluff like "We now have a license to sell to One and one half billion Chinese citizens" and not one peep out of him on any sales force to accomplish his fluffy statements!..ridiculous..(perhaps e-mail Freq. is BL's plan??)..we will see..JMO...Tiffer
Interestingly that vision was put forth by many on this board over the years and finally this vendor took notice! Dave Loftus enhanced that vision by affordability of the PHR for the companys he is signing up!..Very good ploy by him and I am sure he has Bob Lorsch's blessing!..As we all know, revenues are everything!...Tiffer...Good health to you and yours...
Speaking only for myself, I feel that the whole "Get Thin" scenario belongs where BL's "14 Million dollar statue (estimated value)" once resided...next to BL's garbage cans...I find I have more interest in coming revenues then the continued "soap operas" of what I feel are wasteful lawsuits which will only generate revenue for lawyers! But one can hope can't one?..Simply is not my hope for this companys success which will be ongoing business/revenues instead of a possible 1 time payoff which I personally believe will never happen anyway...Celgene milestone payments are more tangible and they may hit soon..I hope...JMO...Tiffer
In my opinion, this single announcement is the most important news ever, and protrays what is coming, and I plan to be here thru the coming months when revenue related announcements from E-Mail Freq. are made public and perhaps even MMRF may have some positive revenue announcements for a change. I will be here until January 2014 when this "non-fluff" culminates into the successful company that all of us have always known was possible!..Two "outside" Major CEO's are making these statements for a purpose..FUTURE REVENUE PLANS. This DISCOUNTED PHR under different companys own logos (optional) is going to be a real game changer!..Patience is key now, for sure, with this very credible vendor who "walks the talk"...Tiffer..END.........................Dave Loftus quote; "The annual open enrollment cycle typically runs from September through December, for benefit plans renewing for the year 2013. E-mail Frequency Embeds MyMedicalRecords.com in International Doctors Network
LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 21, 2012) - E-mail Frequency (www.e-mailfrequency.com) ("EMF"), today announced that the Company has reached agreement to embed MyMedicalRecords.com, Personal Health Records (PHR) into the International Doctors Network, the first and only International Doctors Network credentialed in accordance with US standards for the MedicalTravel industry, as part of the benefits packages supplied by thousands of employers to millions of workers.
David Loftus, Founder and Managing Partner of E-Mail Frequency, commented, "This continues our venture into the benefits business, in which hundreds of billions of dollars are spent by employers to provide employees with health insurance and other welfare plans. The addition of MyMedicalRecords.com to these packages fits perfectly into the International Doctors Network, which specializes in medical procedures done offshore. Patients will now be able to track all procedures, follow up with their family practitioners back home, and allow for physicians to communicate more easily. This works for employers because many medical procedures are performed less expensively or at a fraction of the cost in other countries."
"I attended the MMR Shareholder Meeting yesterday," Loftus continued, "And in conversation, had an opportunity to explain E-Mail Frequency's benefits bundling strategy to several shareholders with large positions in MMR, and was pleased by their reactions. I have received much positive feedback since our initial announcement last Tuesday. Clearly this new approach has stimulated shareholder interest."
E-Mail Frequency recently concluded $1.8 million worth of contracts to integrate MyMedicalRecords.com into the benefits solutions of two leading firms, such as: Ameridoc™ (www.Ameridoc.com) and National Benefits Builders, Inc. (http://nbbidirect.com), and others, which are already bundling the MyMedicalRecords solution into benefit packages and affordable healthcare options to their clients throughout the United States and the rest of the world.
Personal Health Records are becoming increasingly better known by consumers as the 2014 date for full adoption of the government's HITECH Act approaches, in which physicians must digitize medical records and all patients must be given electronic access to their records on demand. E-Mail Frequency's partner benefit companies have an installed client base, a sales team and strong national distribution networks in place.
Militsa Ruiz, Senior Vice President of Compliance and Credentialing for IDN Corp. (www.IDNCorp.com) ("International Doctors Network"), commented, "Bundling MyMedicalRecords.com into our various benefit packages, which include an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) helps control health care costs and results in better outcomes for employers and their employees. Applying systems like MyMedicalRecords allows for us to efficiently provide our members and clients with access to their own personal health records with a secured and seamless way of transferring important records to and from their doctors and healthcare providers. What better way to make International Healthcare a true option for Americans everywhere."
Bill Tyson, a benefits consultant and CEO of Strategic Marketing Plus, LLC, added: "E-Mail Frequency and its partners have bundled an impressive array of health care solutions including: telemedicine, prescription discount cards, the personal health records system from MMR Global, dental and vision discount plans and more. All of these combined services are complimentary to both private health insurance plans and governmental healthcare programs. At the discretion of the employer, these partners together can help deliver non-emergency health care via telemedicine, provide 24 by 7 access to health information via MMR's personal health record system, a range of additional health and wellness services more efficiently and cost effectively."
About E-Mail Frequency
E-mail Frequency clients include AmeriDoc™ (www.Ameridoc.com), a nationwide telemedicine service provider of 24/7 access to licensed physicians via telephone, video and secure e-mail, and National Benefit Builders, Inc. (www.nbbidirect.com) an industry leader in marketing and distributing discount health, dental, vision and prescription drug networks and programs, headquartered in Florham Park, New Jersey with Regional Offices in New York, Texas, Florida, and elsewhere.
I totally agree with you on the domestic market. Do a little DD on Henan Province and you will notice the thousands of chinese citizens who were demonstrating in the past against the government and medical facilitys because they had no access to their medical records, hence the "fatherly" politiburo made a statement/plan that ALL citizens in China WILL have a Personal Health Record!..Not my opinion..Just facts!....Tiffer (There are many companys in China who actually care for there employees just like here in the United States so it is not correct to classify all of the Chinese companys as non-caring nor the employees not caring about their own health records!)
Interesting how folks keep flip flopping between negative and positive but of course I guess we are all that way! Patent value is surly there submariner!..tiffer END.. the submariner Wednesday, June 20, 2012 12:39:05 PM

On a positive note, atleast we're churning some good volume and shaking some shares loose, getting them back in strong long hands so when we start the next legg up ;)...altho if this ever gets back to .02 they might sell for a nice 100% profit.....might take some strong longs to ride this back to .33.....but w/ the patent value, the chartis, verizon and samsung partnerships..and the european and australian sectors heating up..might not b long b4 we ramp back to .33.
I have 2 complete medical records in play on my computer and the VA PHR is really good, but the MMRF PHR is better as I and my wife have taken advantage of the many facets and capabilitys of what MMRF offers! Passports, living will, all family pictures, documentation of insured items, and on and on. We have also acquired the added insurance against hacking which no other PHR has. So there you have it, so please show me what you think is a better PHR! Revenues determine PPS and as documented by the past many "Big Boys" have tried and failed after spending 10's of millions of dollars! This little company has yet to be recognized, and between Bob Lorsch's Marketing and Dave Loftus's ongoing salesmanship as evidenced by recent contracts, this company is going to be very successful over the next couple of years...Security may not be important to you but it sure is to me and many of my friends who have MMRF's PHR!...Of course, just my opinion and everybody has one...among other things!....Tiffer
It seems to me that if Bob Lorsch and Dave Loftus would get together and do this embedding thing with MMRF's clearly superior PHR, with the chinese patents that MMRF has, then the thousands of Chinese companys would love to have this for their employees. Of course a totally in-country chinese cloud service would need to be created as the Chinese gov. or even the citizens themselves would not like the PHR centers anywhere but in China! Beings that MMRF can now do business in all of China then even if they charged 5 U.S. dollars a year for a citizens phr then Bob Lorsch could truly say he built a successful company!...Oh well...Guess we will see what MMRF or their vendors come up with...I hope this very minute that Bob and Kira are talking to the head waiter at the chinese eatery they are currently eating at, and talking that waiter into coming on down to MMRF's offices and start translating that PHR into chinese!..LOL..JMO...Tiffer (I sent this to MMRF at 6 P.M. Pacific time)
By separating all the chaff that BL has thrown out, I can now see clearly that the Chinese Dragon has bit BL's posterior and the hugh revenues that everybody was hoping for (including Bob Lorsch) are simply not going to happen thru Unis-Tonghue's 25,000 person company and the MMRF/Unis Joint Venture agreement! That agreement was not worth nothing for our products to be embedded (as we all had hoped) in anything that Unis is doing in Henan Province! All it did was give us license to do business in China. I hope MMRF finds other avenues for revenue in China, but with no sales force for this hard to sell product, it seems highly unlikly!..JMO..Tiffer
Bob Lorsch is utilizing Marketing ploys of which he has had minimal success of this hard to sell product whereas E-Mail Frequency is utilizing face to face hard sells embedding this product in different companys benefit plans. This will pay off in the long run, which will show up in future financials. Two things are worrisome, for me at least, and that is 1. Can company survive with current burn rate? and 2. Will future companys sign up with E-mail Freq.(or MMRF for that matter) based on concerns if MMRF will still be around to support and continue to pay for the PHR "cloud" services?..I think it would behoove Bob Lorsch/Dave Loftus to have some sort of escrow account supporting and paying for the continued existence of the cloud services. 14 million dollar statue for collateral? Persian rug?..LOL.. Heck who knows, but I believe something could be done to pay the 4 cents monthly for each PHR's continued existence!..and yes it is only 4 cents as figured out by existing phr accounts divided into cloud costs!...It cost more for MMRF to mail out new phr account (US Postage stamp) then it does for cost of phr for 11 months! ... As always JMO...Tiffer
No, I like the contracts he has already got signed up and "liking" has nothing to do with it. Also his energetic pursuit of other contracts that he and his folks are currently working on indicates a bright sales picture for both MMRF and E-Mail Frequency. Today, Mr. Loftus has his own marketing plan with MMRF which gives him and his company separation in doing business with selling MMRF's products! Mr. Loftus has his own office elsewhere and as he told me he spends far more time in his own office then at MMRF headquarters! I have absolutely no doubt that if Bob Lorsch had pursued the same marketing plan that e-mail freq. now has, that the quarterly revenue reports would sure have shown far more revenue! You may not be aware that I and many others on this board advocated this embedded PHR in many months past and it sure is nice to see a vendor take this and run with it!..Your fear of office location for both partys is groundless as this started out with both partys in collusion with the e-mail ploy and of course they would be in the same offices at the time. Yes, e-mail advertisements are still going out for MMRF but now Mr. Loftus is also doing this other business of embedded PHR's as a vendor with his own marketing plan!...JMO...Sid
I am optimistic about an outside vendor, who along with his wife, are hugh holders of the common stock. E-Mail Frequency has solid contracts inplementing MMRF's PHR into any companys employees benefit packages. I feel many more contracts from this vendor are forthcoming and of course as everybody knows, only revenues will make the PPS move! I do wish Bob Lorsch would simply show us WHO, WHEN, and HOW he is selling products instead of his usual blarney of meaningless rhetoric, which continues, in the final analysis, glaringly shows..NO SALES FORCE! I give BL and company credit for the license in China but what good is it if nobody is selling product??... JMO...Tiffer
In retrospect, and looking back on my post protraying MMRF's products being incorporated by Unis into any chinese citizens health info, I must back up, and say that I am assuming, and that is wrong! I feel that Bob Lorsch would have been very vocal on any products being utilized by Unis to each chinese citizen and it remains a real unknown. Until MMRF and Unis make a real statement on what products (if any) will be used by Unis then we really have no basis to hope for meaningful revenues. Bob Lorsch says revenues are currently being generated but he does not tell us where the revenue is coming from and who is doing the selling. I feel if Unis (with its 25,000 employees) was the factor in generating those revenues then BL would be shouting that fact from the rooftops! I hope that he makes clear in the near term, where exactly, revenues are coming from, and not leave investors wondering. If Unis is not involved with generating revenues for MMRF thru an embedded PHR or sales of the MMR-PRO then where is the sales force that will? These questions need to be answered! Vague "fluff" statements simply show a continued "illusion" generated by Bob Lorsch of future revenues for investors and I for one would appreciate more facts instead of BL's insinuations of revenue. JMO...Tiffer
I remember well, as I am sure others on this board do, when MMRF (Bob Lorsch) stated that it would take years for the China revenues to be realized by the company. I also remember when the Chinese gov. stated that EVERY chinese citizen will have MANDATORY electronic medical records and full access of their own medical history/records. This scenario is going to be played out now in Henan province and I surly feel that MMRF's PHR will be utilized by Unis in the implementation of the IT program that Unis was granted for this particular province. The reason for Henan province being the 1st choice by the chinese gov. is that multitudes of people were demonstrating in the streets demanding to have access to their own medical records (as many diseases such as aids, tubercolosis, cancers and many other diseases are rampant in Henan province) and now we can see that the "fatherly gov" has responded to the peoples wishes! Heck..I would be happy with 1 dollar per year, per chinese citizen, from over 100 million folks for MMRF's treasury!
Having spoken to Dave Loftus on several occasions and feeling that he truly walks the talk, then I can say that he means what he says when he said "Watch for more announcements in the next several weeks" and that means more revenues my fellow investors!...I am sure we can look for more good news from Bob Lorsch and his co-workers also!.....JMO...Tiffer
No! Spanish was done but chinese is still being worked on since the Unis executive at the last HIMSS conference this year informed MMRF that they can start on the chinese version. Ingrid Safranek, the CFO of MMRF, even mentioned this in her latest video!...better late then never I guess...Tiffer
I really like the "forever license" here in the U.S where business for MMRF seems to be picking up. Sure be nice now to get some of the retail outlets or "bungled" phr's in some of those large corporations benefit plans in China! Now that is something we all can hope materializes...Good job BL!....Tiffer
Thanks! I am just trying to get the facts across that any employee who signs up for the embedded PHR gets it thru a company sponsored benefits package that cost the employees nothing or minimal contribution from the employee for the entire benefits package which a lot of companys are doing nowdays! Of course if the employee uses a phr that is part of his/hers benefit package then of course the company pays a monthly fee for that employees phr! Those employees who are not interested in this phr which is in the benefits package that they have will not be included on the monthly fee being paid like the co-workers who opted to have it! I believe that this option of a phr will be taken advantage of by a majority of any companys employees, and after all, the company considers this fee a small investment considering the rewarding bonus of less health costs, less absentism, and getting employees involved in their own health which will surly reflect in man hours lost throughout the year by the company! ......Mr. Loftus Quote; "The recent 1.8 million for future revenues is the absolute minimum expectation of employees opting to use the PHR...Final figure will probably be higher but I simply did not want to put "Pie In The Sky" Forecasts out there as I want to maintain my companys (E-Mail Freq.) credibility on accurate revenue information to other stockholders like myself"....END...JMO..Tiffer
However, by bundling MyMedicalRecords.com into these benefit packages it makes the PHR much easier to sell through to the masses. E-Mail Frequency's partner benefit companies have an installed client base, a sales team and strong national distribution networks in place that we can leverage.
Both aforementioned companies have MyMedicalRecords embedded in some of their benefit plans and health-related discount offerings."
Kevin Faherty, President and CEO of NBBI, commented, "By bundling all these benefits together in a single solution, they are more affordable and provide employees ready access to these health-related services in a manner similar to clubs like the AAA, which offers roadside assistance on demand."
Redburns; As I have repeatedly said in past months; Employees LOVE a free PHR especially when the company they are working for embeds it in their entire benefits package!...That 1.8 million which will be forthcoming in the months ahead is just a smidgin of what is coming from future companys and contracts signed, sealed and delivered!...When more of these contracts come out then concerns about the continued existence of MMRF will vanish!..Tiffer
Mr. Loftus has told me that this is cold hard cash coming from these contracts and many more on the way and I believe this vendor!..GLT all of us!..Tiffer...I WILL hang in there!..QUOTE""Other announcements about additional business development efforts and revenue will be made over the next several weeks." Patience my friends Patience...
E-Mail Frequency Outlines How the Benefits Business Drives Sales of MyMedicalRecords.com
06/19 02:00 AM
LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 06/19/12 -- David Loftus, Founder and Managing Partner of E-Mail Frequency (www.e-mailfrequency.com) ("EMF"), today announced that his Company has concluded $1.8 million worth of contracts to integrate and / or private label MyMedicalRecords.com into the benefits solutions of leading firms, such as AmeriDoc™ (www.Ameridoc.com) and National Benefits Builders, Inc. (http://nbbicard.com), and others. EMF is working with its strategic partner MMRGlobal (MMRF:$0.0118,$-0.0002,-1.67%) along with these and other benefits companies, to integrate the MyMedicalRecords.com Personal Health Record (PHR) solution into benefit packages and healthcare solutions to their clients throughout the United States and the rest of the world.
Loftus said, "E-Mail Frequency is a marketing company and value-added wholesaler and reseller. These companies have already started bundling MyMedicalRecords, which has a high-perceived value when you need it, into some of their current benefit plans and healthcare solutions. I personally have found selling personal health records direct-to-consumer to be a challenge.
Bill Tyson, a benefits consultant and CEO of Strategic Marketing Plus, LLC, added: "The benefits industry in the US alone involves hundreds of billions of dollars in costs to employers each year. It impacts many millions of employees working for thousands of companies who protect workers and their families by providing health insurance and other welfare plans as a means to attract and retain talent. In fact, according to a Kaiser Foundation study, 95% of employers with 50 or more employees provide some form of health insurance to their employees. E-Mail Frequency and its partners have bundled an impressive array of health care solutions including: telemedicine, prescription discount cards, the personal health records system from MMR Global, dental and vision discount plans and more. All of these combined services are complimentary to both private health insurance plans and governmental healthcare programs. At the discretion of the employer, these partners together can help deliver non-emergency health care via telemedicine, provide 24 by 7 access to health information via MMR's personal health record system, and a range of additional health and wellness services more efficiently and cost effectively. Ultimately, we expect these services will improve patient outcomes, lower employer health care costs and boost employee productivity."
To this end, EMF's benefit partners will be offering the newly bundled products, which will reach millions of workers, during the upcoming annual open enrollment cycle that typically runs from September through December, for benefit plans renewing for the year 2013. The Company believes it can have over 20 million enrolled members within 18 months on a per-member-per-month (PMPM) payment model.
"MMRGlobal (MMRF:$0.0118,$-0.0002,-1.67%) designed and built a great system and protected it with patents that give us a competitive advantage and help boost my company's sales," continued Loftus. "I have over $2 million dollars invested in this strategic initiative, including investments in MMRGlobal (MMRF:$0.0118,$-0.0002,-1.67%) . I have retained some of the top consultants in this space for nearly two years. I have traveled to the East Coast 12 times in the last 5 months, and other various locations around the country, visiting customers, service providers, clients and potential new benefit distribution partners. Together we have established some positive momentum.
Other announcements about additional business development efforts and revenue will be made over the next several weeks."

""We are actively working with E-mail Frequency and its partners, AmeriDoc(TM) and National Benefit Builders, Inc., on embedding MyMedicalRecords in benefit programs as part of a suite of healthcare products and services. These programs also started generating revenue last year. David Loftus, Founder and Managing Partner of E-mail Frequency, is one of the largest shareholders of MMR.END""
Don't give up Red as revenues are coming as documented by E-Mail Freq. recent disclosure of completed deals! Although the revenues will only start to trickle in later this year and really ramp up next year these 2 contracts with cold hard cash forthcoming are only the tip of the ongoing talks with many other companys currently underway! Look for many more companys signing up for the very lucrative phr being embedded in many more companys employees benefit plans! Sure worth waiting for, and yes I am still buying shares at this ridiculously low price...Patience will surly pay off because you see a vendor actually putting together REAL revenues ..Mr. Loftus and his employees are very busy currently, because as Mr. Loftus said; There are thousands of companys out there waiting to be contacted and we are receiving many querys from many companys wanting the same type of contracts that we have recently concluded!...END...GLTU Red...Sid
All vendors who take on selling MMRF products are bound by confidentiality agreements along with their marketing plans that they submit for acceptance to the company whether they be 5% (or more) holders or not! Just wanted to make that clear that us "2 guys" are well aware of what you are warning about..Thanks for your input tho....Tiffer
