Nothing secret about it. He didn't set it up. And nobody is sworn to secrecy. If you are a shareholder, you are allowed in it as long as you prove that you are a shareholder. There is no need to have non-shareholders involved. There are simple rules to the board. Somebody breaks them, they are removed.
There was also a quiet surge in pps last week. I plan on adding a bit more over the next week or two.
Seeing good movement today. Something would appear to be coming. Perhaps time to make another entry.
It already is fun! Progression continues.
It could happen anytime. 6 months sounds pretty legit. I assume they are in data collecting mode after their first major launch into Nascar Mobile Heat.
According to 704 Games, they are ramping up for the player vs. player for cash mode. Which to me, means they are currently analyzing data and how the technology is performing with the 'prize mode' aspect that is currently active within the game and working out any bugs or issues that may or may not be occurring.
This is their 1st major game, so I'm sure there are a few bugs here and there. When Team Ninja gets it into their new games, it should really take off.
I would imagine that they have multiple potential new sponsors/partners awaiting data from Nascar Mobile Heat to see if its a success and if they should enter the ring, so to speak. So, to me, this is an extremely important time for the company and they need to do it right.
Its definitely a timely process, but once it's over this hump, it'll turn into a rolling snowball very quickly.
I'm adding in small increments with profits from other plays while it stays at this support level.
This is a billionaire play with billionaires invested. If they can be patient, then you can bet I will be as well.
Thanks for your post.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AN IMAGING LENS
Provisional patent app filed by the current leaders in the smart contact lens race, InWith Corp, has recently been published by the USPTO as a non-provisional app is is now under available for review.
15/564,197 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AN IMAGING LENS
The present invention is a method and apparatus projecting an image or series of images onto the retina. Furthermore, the present invention is neither cumbersome nor obstructive to the user. This is accomplished by embedding an imaging lens on the perimeter of the contact lens adapted to project an image inward toward the center of the contact lens, wherein the projected light will then be redirected onto the retina.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AN IMAGING LENS
Hard to find anything about the company itself. Articles of their patent applications is all thats out there. They'll be lucky to get one approved before the year 2020.
But they are worth following. Their technology is interesting. Its yet to be seen wether or not they can have those circuits on silicon hydrogel lenses. Its not mentioned in any of their claims.
I added it under COMPANIES LATE TO THE GAME BUT WORTH FOLLOWING section.
Great news indeed. Lot of positive info is going to be coming out soon.
Progress continues. As we all knew it has been.
4 explanations actually. Good luck.
InWith Corp has acquired EPGL Med and it's smart contact lens technology. Technology that includes the Elastic Circuit patent. Technology that companies will have to have in order to manufacture silicon hydrogel lenses containing circuitry.
Is there another company that has similar technology that is able to mass manufacture silicon hydrogel lenses containing circuitry???
Just realized I'm posting on a board that no longer represents a publicly traded company and one that will be dissolved shortly. Lol. Mission has been accomplished. bye-bye! Congrats to everybody that has ventured into the private arena.
Nah, this is about company growth!
InWith being a LLC gives it numerous ways to go about business without diluting shareholders. WSGR has a specific road map for this process. Its gonna be good.
Far from just beginning. This story picks up right in the middle. The company has been moving forward the whole time this process has been playing out. Now, it will just move faster and be able to move with more efficiency. If people don't like it, they had plenty of time and opportunities to exit.
Our money will be growing as the company grows over the next 2-3 years, until either the new IPO or buyout happens. Or nothing happens and our money is lost. Of course, the odds are in our favor. Big things coming down the road this year with WSGR pointing the company in the right direction and putting it in front of all the right entities..
Adios EPGL. Thanks for all gains over the past years. Now, its time for investors to make more gains in the private sector where EPGL's constant company progression continues.
Seems like the company is going to continue to remain mum on the launch of Nascar Mobile Heat until they get a specific time frame of numbers in. Interesting.
There is no question that this is a buyout target. This small company is growing and obtaining market share. What happens when a small company starts taking market share from giants such as Adobe???
Their tech is validated and their partnerships will continue to grow and encroach.
Looking forward to seeing the numbers for additional validation.

Effective November 28, 2017, the Company introduced a new subscription pricing model, offering monthly subscription of $49.99 USD or an annual subscription of $299.99 USD. Enterprise users are offered an annual rate of $1,500 USD which includes five yearly subscriptions and additional features and content which are unique to Enterprise users."
Being invested in a public company is different then being invested in a private company. EPGL is now private and investor's money remains invested with the new private company. If the private company collapses, then investors will have lost their money.
Here's some info on how private companies differ from public ones. Hopefully it helps.

Moovly News!!
The kettle continues to boil. Moovly continues to grow and advance in virtual silence. When awareness heats up, this will move fast.
5/10/2018
Moovly Media Inc. has launched a new and powerful PowerPoint import functionality on its on-line video and presentation creation platform.
This compelling new feature -- currently launched as a beta version -- allows Moovly users to transform static PowerPoint slides content to editable Moovly videos and video presentations. Once imported in its Studio Editor, users can apply Moovly's broad variety of animation effects to all individual slide objects and enrich their content with any of the over 175 million video clips, motion graphics, stock images, sounds or music and, as such, transform their presentations into attractive and engaging pieces of content.

As many user-created Moovly videos and presentations are based on existing PowerPoint slides, the new functionality speeds up the content creation process in a significant way. MOOVLY ANNOUNCES POWERPOINT-TO-VIDEO CONVERSION
FKA (Formerly Known As) now added to the EPGL board. Congrats to everybody that remains with the new private company.
Simple reminder of board rules. This board is not a company board. If you wish to comment on a specific company's management, pps, fundamentals, trading behavior, or the validity of a company, etc, then go to the company's specific iHub board and do it there. Any type of posts of that nature posted here, will be deleted. TOS rules also apply.
This board is ONLY for the discussion of BioMEM technology. Right now, we are focusing on smart contact lenses. However, any other type of technology that can be placed into the human body is also allowed.
If there is a company that i do not have listed on the main page, let me know and I will add it if is relevant.
Another fascinating article dug up by JudyPudy on smart contact lenses being used with satellites/radar
Virtual contact lenses for radar satellites:
"Radar satellites supply the data used to map sea level and ocean currents. However, up until now the radar's "eyes" have been blind where the oceans are covered by ice. Researchers at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) have now developed a new analysis method to solve this problem……"

I wonder how many investors here were trying to flip when EPGL was still able to be traded on the public markets? Did they think the acquisition would never go through despite the news that it would?
Count me in and over 400 others who are expressing a desire for the ‘sell low’ strategy to take effect and give is the cheapies!
Well, if they knew that the future doesn’t hold promise then they would of sold, as would of everybody else, and we would be sitting at .0000
Knowing what I know, I’m still praying for investors to feel max pain and sell low. Unfortunately for me, investors know better and know what they own.
All depends on how the 2 new studies that were submitted after the January review are taken in by the FDA.
I’m very lucky. I know what’s coming.
Hopefully, more will sell with the extension! I hope it takes another year.
Just feels like a pot ready to boil over. Looking forward to this getting some volume.
Its going to start moving soon. Should have a good idea of how their new pricing models that were implemented near the end of Q4 are working out
Anybody download Nascar Heat Mobile and play against anybody for prizes or money?
Moovly is quietly making a name for itself. I can't imagine them not being bought out before 2018 is over. Fingers crossed.
