It's highly unlikely that American Green will change their business name considering it took them 2 years to have it trademarked. That's also why I know that even if AG did merge with another company, it would still be called "American Green". It's just too powerful of a name to throw away. That is what scam companies do...this company is real...with real technology...and a real future.
Go back and look at the link that you sent me and read it all.
On the Cultivation Project in Arizona, Shearin violated many of the variance orders while he was CEO...it only makes sense that he inform, coach, consult with and help lead the company, (while off the payroll), out of the mess he created.
Could you post the link so that we can read this most important news?
Okay...so we agree...Shearin is not on AG's payroll; which means he doesn't work for them. So we also agree that you should stop implying that he does.
Look...we agree...Shearin was terrible at running the company, but he's not running it anymore...and the ZAZZZ machine no longer exist.
It says on their website that they are a spin out from American Green: click here for proof
PanPacific International is American Green and I challenge to provide proof that it's not.
PPI's website is selling American Green's technology...they couldn't do that without AG's permission.
Funny thing...everything you listed as "lies", actually happened and either didn't work, or happened and is still going on with little impact on share price. My point: this company isn't really lying to anyone. They're building themselves and it has taken them a minute to figure out that stocking a machine with marijuana is new and nice, but it's not the direction that will take American Green to the top; however licensing their technology to bigger more established vending machine companies for fees and royalties is the way. Having the AG name and logo on millions of vending machines across the country creates brand recognition and sets the company up to sell their AG products in those same machines.
You have to remember... American Green doesn't have a vending machine...that's not what they have. American Green has something that is a thousand times more powerful...they have a technology... a patented system that allows a legal aged adult to purchase age restricted products from a vending machine; without the need for human presence. PATENTED...you have to understand that no company....NO OTHER COMPANY IN THE UNITED STATES ... CAN LEGALLY OFFER THAT...and won't be able to offer that for years to come, if ever. So if Big vending companies want to offer for sale ,to say Budweiser, a vending machine that provides identity and age verification technology...they have to use American Green technology. American Green has the legal corner on that market.
Everyone was hoping that the USA Today story would send the share price up...I was glad that it didn't. It shows that shareholders, like myself, know that a greater good is coming; outside of hype; and it will.
When they announce finalized licensing deals with big vending....when they get their MJ cultivation center up, running and producing product...and my personal favorite when they show multiple millions in profits on their quarterlies.
This is a great new company...just getting its' legs. Be thankful that you bought shares at these prices...in 12 to 24 months, you won't be able to think about purchasing this stock for under a penny...we are on our way. Stay focused.
Can you provide proof to anything that you wrote here?
Here's a scenario for you: Imagine that you were in a food court in a mall where there is KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Continue to imagine that you want pizza but you had a bad experience at a Pizza Hut in another city...so you say to yourself, " I can't do it...I'm not giving my money to Pizza Hut." So instead you eat at KFC. That will teach Pizza Hut...right?
Guess what...It won't hurt Pizza Hut...because all are owned by YUM, Corporation. The Yum Corporation is this quiet company standing behind the other three. That's what I believe American Green is doing with PanPacific International...some form of corporate structuring.
Excellent survey. I'm curious...what site did that come off of?
Can you provide proof of that?
I agree with that...I wish Shearin would stop representing AG's public image. He never combs his hair...and comes across like a used car salesman, but that doesn't mean that he's not smart about the company's direction.
Understand something...EVERY TIME YOU USE THE WORD ZAZZ, you are referencing a product that no longer exist.
Laws do not have to change for AG to make a boat load of money. All they have to do is license their technology to big vending companies. AG doesn't have to sell anything but that. They are just choosing to sell product.
Do you realize that while you are talking about and picking apart the smallest details of a Jofemar coin slot... you are referencing that coin slot as it sits on an American Green, Inc. patented and trademarked AGM?
Check this out: www.yahoo.com
Their logo is seen on the AGM on top of where you place your finger.
Look here and notice "Jofemar" on the AGM. Pay close attention as she puts in her coins. www.msn.com
If you watch closely as she puts coins into the AGM, you'll see the word "Jofemar" engraved on the machine.
Amortized means "lowering the debt of". That's nothing to worry about.
I said it before and I'll say it again...the fact that the name American Green is trademarked, and the new direction that the company is taking by working with, instead of competing with established vending companies is going to take them to the top of the tier in the industry.
This is not the amateur days of trying to create a marijuana network with 18 ZAZZ machines in smoke shops in Colorado and Washington states.
They have newly and greatly changed their business direction; and with that Vending Convention, their level of industry respect.
Jofemar, ( a huge vending company), would NOT put a new technology into their thousands of vending machines if they weren't going to profit from it, and American Green wouldn't ask them to if they were not going to profit.
American Green has moved on from ZAZZ...you should too.
"Amortized" only means "lowering the debt burden" which has nothing to do with the protection...or the ownership.
I still think that you are not fully understanding AG.
Try this as an example of just one potentially lucrative avenue of their business:
Let's say that Huge Vending Company A has 500,000 state of the art vending machines at various locations throughout the US; machines that you just walk up to, put in your money, and take your soda, cookies or chips.
Let's continue on to say that 200,000 of those locations are inside office buildings and work location break areas where only legal aged adults work and they want to be able to vend cigarettes or Suedafed. American Green can license their age and identity verification technology to the company at a daily, weekly or monthly fee; per machine.
Think of this...200,000 machines...at 5 dollars licensing fee per machine...per week equals $52,000,000 dollars a year.
If that sounds good to you...those are the kinds of deals that I think that they are pursuing as we speak. That's why I say...potential billion dollar company.
Patent protection, once awarded, is only lost for two reasons:
1. You don't pay your scheduled maintenance fees when they're due; and/or
2. you don't update your idea in a way to extend the patent protection at the end of the protection; which is either 17 or 20 years.
You have to remember something...American Green doesn't have a vending machine. They have "a patented system" by which you can verify and sell age restricted products to adults without the necessity for human presence. That's not a vending machine.
There are hundreds of different types of vending machines but none ... not even one...is like what AG has. That's why it's patented. That's its' power.
And that's why, if need be, American Green may be able to shape law around their AGM. They have a legal argument to do it.
You're getting confused. It's not illegal to sell age restricted products: beer, cigarettes, etc. It's only illegal to sell them in such a way that they can be accessed by minors.
You have to remember... that ad firm was hired to compete with other vending companies. They're not competing anymore...they...American Green...is offering their patented vend design to the industry. American Green has charted a new course...one that is unlike the ZAZZ days.
What has changed is :
1. the name of the machine...which is now trademarked and more of a name tied to the company.
2. They can finish their potential money making facility in Arizona.
3. If you look at those videos again...you'll see that the company name Jofemar is located on the AGM; where you put in your coins; which means other more established companies in the field are now helping bring AG up to speed.
USA Today would not publish information about a company's product without confirming the product; especially on their front cover...and during the weekend when it will be on the cover for 2 days.
There are laws...but they are geared towards access by children and teens...eliminate a minor's ability to access and you have a rationale to change laws so that you can have them in public places. I think that this company has a time that it must crawl but the steps that they have taken have them walking soon.
THIS IS WHY AMERICAN GREEN COULD BECOME ONE OF THE MOST QUICKLY SUCCESSFUL OTC COMPANIES IN A LONG TIME: American Green, Inc. calls itself a marijuana company, but in my opinion, marijuana is not going to be what causes the company's success. In my opinion, it's the AG machine and the fact that the company has, in a smart move, put more emphasis on putting more (already legal) age restricted items in the machine to sell.
Take a look at this: insert-text-here The AGM is going to solve this problem...in every major sports arena in this country. It has the potential to bring back cigarette vending machines in bars and restaurants; and yes...it's going to sell you marijuana.
Make no mistake...this is a pioneer company. American Green is a company that is about to do something in business that if successful will sky-rocket them to a legit billion dollar company...minus the marijuana part.
There are hundreds of age restricted products that can be sold out of that machine ...with thousands of locations where they can be sold. Beer and cigarette companies can buy thousands of these machines, paint them with their product logos, stack them exclusively with their products and strategically place them anywhere.
All with the common denominator that they will be buying and using the AGM. A powerful, patented and trademark protected item that works.
The last company that I felt that strongly about was SiriusXM,(SIRI), when they were merging and selling for .04 cents a share. Look at their price share now.
Hold your shares tight. American Green is and was going through the usual ins and outs of every pioneering company putting itself together...(e.g. finding the right people, legal protection, etc)...but make no mistake, they are out of the dark.
I haven't seen or posted on this board for years...and when I do, I see a reference to one of my old posts. Beach... do some math for me...I bought 10,000,000 share of MDGC over a period of time at an average price of .0016. I sold 9,000,000 share of MDGC at a price of .0078 during a drop of price...after a spike to .009. 1 question...did I make a profit? ... See you in a couple more years. LOL
THE GREY MARKET!!! This stock is now selling for .27 cents per share on the GREY market! HHHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHHHHAAAAAA!
EEHHHHH...Halted non the less; trading under a dollar; and finished with being able to rip investors off. Welcome to "Pennyland...OTC...Stinky-Pinky...HHHAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA!
I am amazed that anyone would try to portray this company as legit;especially now. TSTC started as a scam company; and is paying the price for being a scam company. It is just too bad that innocent shareholders got stuck holding the bag.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Welcome to Pinky Land and the OTC.
WOW! Let me hurry and buy some TSTC; China Mobile's gonna do a rollout! LMAO!
IMO. TSTC is diving out of control. Good luck.
On July 6, 2012, TSTC closed at $1.77 a share; today; August 8, 2012, TSTC is trading at $1.36, (as of right now); that's a .41 cents drop in just 33 days.
I really don't understand how any investor could see TSTC as a good investment; IMO, the company is dying right before our very eyes.
IMO, No company,(especially TSTC), that was so heavily investigated for falsifying their financials records and for scamming tens of millions of dollars from American and Chinese investors; a company that used to trade for more than thirty dollars a share, but is now struggling to stay above a dollar a share, should be praised as a company that is winning in business.
IMO, TSTC built its' business on a falsehood and is falling like a tree with no roots. Of course...All in my most humble opinion. :)
Troylando, IMO,the best way to truly know if this is real is to do some due diligence on the two companies, and see if it makes sense for the two companies to be one; and to note the words "DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT".
.29 cents more of a drop, and they're in the Pink. It's going to be interesting to watch how a company that used to trade for more than $30.00 a share transitions into becoming a pinksheets traded stock; it might even be funny. IMO
IMO, anyone who purchased and held on to TSTC stock had better get used to the words: "PINK" "PINKSHEETS" "OTC" "PINKY" and "STINKY PINKY", because all of those words are just .29 cents away.
Truthfully, to think that TSTC stock has any chance of rising to $10.00 a share anytime soon is a REAL JOKE; IMO.
This company may not be going out of business, but it is, more than likely, going to be trading on the pink sheets. Just .57 cents more, and this company is off of the NASDAQ and into the OTC/PINKSHEETS; right where it belongs.
IMO, this company began as a scamming, fraud, and is dying as one. Foreign companies; that through reverse merger, slime themselves into American companies, and the already struggling American economy for the purpose of tricking hard working people out of their money. IMO, it is truly companies like TSTC that deserve to go down kicking and screaming into pinkyland. See you in September.
