Fascinating logic. Is this like the Pied Piper analogy?
Even more interesting seeing that was posted back in Oct.
Apparently a 25K slap on the wrist or 20K debit trumps hundreds of thousands of dollars swindled.

The font used is governed by the Illuminati.
Really surprised there isn't more attention attributed to this. The sheer audacity and gall to try and set himself apart from what his own hands did here.
Besides, it's still a bit confusing. Is he complaining about or accusing the same peeps that allowed him to reap half a million dollars in one fell swoop?
Is he throwing his friend Paul K under the bus by association and inference?
Who are the rat's?
Who are the farmer's?
Who moved on to the next farm?
Wow ... just wow.
I may have to take back my last post as being practically diplomatic by way of comparison.
The Disturbing True Story of the Pied Piper of Hamelin
Have often wondered how a seared conscience, psychologically speaking, functions in everyday life. Men of this ilk seem to share an affinity for justifying their actions by deflection, 'misremembering', and other creative solutions that must help them sleep at night ...
Say wha ....?
He didn't put them in this hole?
"Creative solutions"
How much did he make on this again?
Yeah, I'm thinking ... phhhtttt
That's actually mildly interesting.
Wonder who the other suit is ... Kirkland?
And the 'CEO' here is Wayne Patterson who is either ...
a) AWOL
b) Suffers from an extreme case of internet stage fright
c) Really a puppet that lives in a shoe
d) Has been disposed and was diagnosed with PTSD from font abusive inquires\commentaries
Not to forget ...
Lol ... had the same take away.
a deep or seemingly bottomless chasm
Not seemingly, reality.
I hope you guys didn't run into the debacle that I went through with ... ah, 'post split', perhaps not.
Because I had held that garbage for so long and added a few ill-advised 'avg. down' shares post split it wreaked havoc in the end.
Although I had dumped it all in two or three transactions they broke it up into something like 70 for some damn reason. Factoring in the split, it's one giant fubar-ed, cluster-duck with the long term\short term applied in some adverse algebraic formulae.
I know what it should be (%95 long term loss) but can't reconcile it between the associated forms. So it's going to cost me again to have a tax expert unravel it just so I can use the never ending write off.
Perhaps my sob story will give the missus some empathy towards your plight. I know the dog house can get cold at night ... even in Tejas.
It's a curse, apparently.
That's a bit problematic ...
Only related?

Funny, no PR and the whole convo taken down.
So much info in this old PR ...

Funny how many times the word 'debt' is used here.
Whatever happened to ... ?
That's wonderfully optimistic. How many stinky pinkies have ever bought back their entire SS's?
You still have the issue of generating $20m VWAP to dismiss IR, which was my point.
$19,438,284 divided by .0001 = 194,382,840,000
Even with a R\S ... it's sheer insanity.
The irony that they can't hold more than %9.99 yet they will own this company for all eternity.
IBC Funds LLC - Looks like they have disposed all their shares
The problem there though is at what point did they recognize their mistake, before or after ...
To date, the Company has issued 1,120,000,000 shares to IronRidge in partial satisfaction of the original $2,287,000 claim (the “Claim”). The Settlement provides the Company with a solution to fully satisfy the Claim and bring an end to IronRidge dilution.
APT MotoVox Group, Inc. is pleased to provide this update and assurances to shareholders that the Company is taking every action possible to bring the IronRidge transaction to a swift conclusion.

The whole effort is ludicrous from the get go. In fact, it's actually mocking the very shareholders it's purporting to appease.
By what major miracle would anyone expect a natural (Or pumped even) rise in SP from no bid back to .01? It can't be via split or the whole thing gets recalculated.
Certainly their ex-advisor knew full well what this all entailed having engaged with IR previously but I'm hard pressed to just chalk this all up to mere incompetence or ignorance on behalf of the rest of management. In fact, it's curious that the CEO seems to get a pass here with so much attention paid to TC.
Yeah, like I said it would take quite the arrangement ...
Agree with the theme bike\publicity. It's actually not bad really. Still unsure why they apparently want to market this as some sort of pretty, niche kind of thing ... That's not going to get them anywhere. I mean, a jewelry store or whatever it was in KC? Sharper Image, is that next?
The whole 1 cent ruse is pretty pathetic, some BS they threw at shareholders to confuse and obscure when there is zero chance of it ever occurring. And that, naturally, not with a split
Many destinations, just ask Troy Lyndon. He has an endless Mai Tai supply courtesy of the peeps he left behind ...
It's the stinky pinky way ... go dark, go silent, go party.
Dodge Brothers trademark, yes, perhaps. And I would give you the further interesting timing with their recent commercials appealing to the same ...
Their post, in part stated:
Check out this concept Dodge Brothers Motopeds bike on display at Barrett-Jackson.
Concept or collaboration? Terms seems to be obtuse at best.
Disinterested frankly, didn't even know he was involved with another stinky recently so I have no idea about those transactions.
Just found it interesting that he appears to be severing ties in more than one place. Perhaps he's retiring to Hawaii or the Bahamas.
To be fair, it looks like the gas tank was at least painted and pinstriped professionally, which is what I had suggested ...
Beyond that, stating it as some sort of collaboration seems to be stretching credulity ... The bike is identical to the stock model far as I can tell.
It's great that they have some apparent inroads to be able to market it via this avenue but I'm not sure what that means in the broader context.
Barrett Jackson - "The World's Greatest Collector Car Auctions."

Seems like some kind of cross-promotional type of thing. Not too dissimilar from the clothing\jewelry store front deal in KC recently.
So basically the same FB post from earlier just in a quasi-PR form.
And the 'creation' was painting a gas tank and calling it a collaboration.
Bitchin
See it now.
If this is indeed the case the timing couldn't be more suspect.
Whatever 'huge announcement' was supposed to be revealed in Phoenix last week certainly failed to generate a single mention.
Not sure how this got missed ... https://www.facebook.com/MotoVox
That's just a tad misleading ...
Motoped collaborated with Dodge to create a Dodge brothers themed Motoped in honor of the Dodge Brothers first production vehicle... A motorized bicycle. The first concept is being show this week at Barrett Jackson. If the Dodge Brothers were alive today we believe it may have looked like this. The Dodge Brother Motoped infuses the best of old and new.
How interesting ...
Must have been a busy off season, severing all these ties:
http://archive.fast-edgar.com//20150115/A4K7S22CB22272C2222E22Z2NUCVZ2228272/
And reaped a whirlwind ...
That was last weekend.
Apparently 'huge announcements' falls under the same category as 'quarterly updates' ...
