gotta say WOW!!!! thought this was a dead fish floating and surprise, surprise and here we go. the sale for the r/m went quick! gotta do some DD on these guys, but it seems all is legit. has "scumbagfraudster" been around and what has he got to say about this? its always a good surprise when things turn around so quick. been here with loaded bags since 2012. made some when it went to $.01, looking to make some more here when more find out about the r/m... good luck all!!!! GO 'MDIN'! ! ! !
nothing is good for the shareholder with a RS, when there is a RS the SH loses alot of shares but the pps is comped by raising it. EX>>>>1,000,000shares=$100 @.0001, then 100,000shares=$10 @.001 -- after the RS shareholder confidence is low and more mass selling in-which the pps will probably go to .0001 again. then you have 100,000shares @.0001 = $1.00
have a buy order in @.0004 and its not getting filled for the last 2 weeks. hopefully thats a good sign that no-one is selling @.0004! im happy with my position and just looking to see whats going on and how much some are willing to settle for. hoping asfx will soon do what we all hope its going to do and see copper soon! hopefully we also get some news sooner or later, no matter to me..... im in it for the long haul. good luck to all!!!!
thanks for that info......
wow, im kinda getting a lil excited here with that news! i swore i wouldn't buy anymore, but there goes another promise....... glta
streett, its called "mentally masturbating"! we do it all the time for our own pleasure. THINKING we will finally make a huge cash-out. im doing it now! lol. glta!!!!
of course we all want this to increase in PPS! but from past experience i for one will listen to "scumbag fraudster" this time around. not saying he is right or wrong, but he had it pretty spot on. good luck to all.
glad you received a response, but who is "Marc Barmat"? it seems that they are planning to start distribution of some product. what product? hopefully a PR is put out soon...... glta!
atleast its holding @.0005 - hoping something happens sooner or later. im not going anywhere. i just might get LUCKY again, i have a sell order in...........
you can have your opinion, but you can also check to see how many shares were bought/sold. i happen to have sold @.0006 - believe me/ dont believe me idc. i still have a lot of shares to sell , but i have risen my pps. hopefully we all make money here, lord knows we have been here for a long time. i have no motive but to make some money here, why would i "say" i sold 2million shares, why not 15,000,000. now that would be a lil more interesting. lets hope some are wanting to buy shares at a very high pps and this company "brooklands" is in it for the right reasons.... glty and all...
nope, just lucky i guess. got several more million up for sale but i raised the price. i will not wonder why if those are bought, but will be very happy if i get my price. if possible i will buy low and hope i can sell high. eventhelosers,do you have any speculation on why?
lmao, i wish you, me, and the rest of the investors in "ASFX" to a very profitable year!
sold them, every so often i check and put in a 60 day sell order and when i came on to check i saw 2.5mil sold @.0006, i took the rest off and decided to wait to see what happens here.
hi all, been here for a long while. just saw i got 2,500,000 filled at .0006 - lol. thanks to you guys for the DD you do. still have a bunch but im waiting like i have done for the last 5-6 years. whats a few more months. good luck to all that have been here. keep up the good work.....
lets hope its waking up, is there any info out there on this, i have a bunch of shares i would like to cash in..... any info at all would be helpful! T.I.A.
i guess the boat is almost here, get ready for a BBQ!
hi all, glad to see a lot has been accomplished. i haven't checked on this for a long while and thanks to "scumbag" i knew this was/is dead. is there anything i need to do to get my monies back that i threw into this garbage, or does the sec take care of that. thank you all in advance. and thank you "scumbag" for all your help and im sorry i never listened to you. good luck all.
hey all, haven't seen whats going on but i caught up quick to no surprise. just wondering if theres a site, or place to go to put my name on a list or whatever. please advise. thanks. ohhh, and a big shout out to scumbag who called this way back when. thanks, but as my wife says im thick headed and dont listen.

the products that i have used work as they are intended. if you have not used them do not give an opinion. i have used several of these products and again i liked them. it was forecasted that mdin will do a r/s for 4-5 years, mdin said they would not and they have not done a r/s. there has been unfulfilled promises, but that happens in every business that is trying to succeed as fast as they can, they stumble. so far as i seen, mdin has been doing fine since they slowed up and are moving forward cautiously. good luck to all, go $$MDIN$$

Medgen signs deal with overstock.com as just the first of many amazing new developments slated for announcement in 2016
Jan 04, 2016
OTC Disclosure & News Service
Holbrook, NY -
HOLBROOK, N.Y., January 4, 2016 -- Medgen, Inc. (OTCPink: MDIN) today announced that the company has signed a supplier agreement with Internet giant, overstock.com, to distribute Medgen products to the millions of overstock.com customers, but this is just the beginning for the company heading into 2016.
CEO, Matthew Briggs has been hard at work the past few months presenting and negotiating with retail stores of both the brick-and-mortar, and online varieties. Mr. Briggs explained, “There is no doubt that Medgen has everything going for it, including great products, dedicated customers, profitable manufacturing strategies, and powerful partners. The only thing really missing has been the distribution power the company needs to bring in serious cash flow. Until now we were still re-building a company, and I don’t think Medgen was ready to really go after the distribution it needed. Now it is. Naysayers may say that the distribution piece is the most difficult thing to get, but I say that is truly not so. Medgen has already had national distribution for at least one of its products. As recently as a few years age, Snorenz® was sold in Wal-Mart™, CVS™, Kmart™ and many major retail chains selling upwards of ten million bottles, and generating millions of dollars per year for the company. The only reason that stopped is that the company at the time decided to focus on different distribution strategies. The recent administration realizes past management’s error, and the rebuilding of the company’s all-natural product line has been underway for the past few years. I expect to have far more success in 2016 than the company had in the past. “
Mr. Briggs’ optimism is well founded. Interest in the company’s newest products has been overwhelming and the company has been preparing for a major bump in manufacturing to fill the orders it expects in 2016. With all the pieces in place, the job of management this year will be two-fold. First, the company will re-open all distribution channels and add new ones to get national distribution of its entire line so that the company can earn the revenue it needs to become a global supplier of natural remedies. Second is to clean up its public equity, including getting audited financials, becoming fully reporting with the SEC, listing on a more reputable market, and utilizing its jump in revenue to buy back 50% to 75% of its outstanding common shares. However, with that, management says that any kind of reverse split is off the table at the moment, and the belief is that it can be accomplished without a detrimental change in share structure.
These are not goals the company has never set before. Medgen has had its eye on these things several times in the past few years but just didn’t hit the mark, so why now? Mr. Briggs explains, “I think the previous management had good intentions but didn’t have the tools. Say what you want about the few failures, but they had many successes, most important of which is that they created products that the public loves. I think past attempts at share buybacks and listing on a higher market fell short because the company was simply not ready. There were a lot of pieces of the puzzle not yet in place and that is just no longer the case. We have the infrastructure, the systems in place, and the people who can make it happen, and those are things not easily visible to the public. Knowing what I know now, there is no doubt in my mind that Medgen will be in a completely different position a year from today. I believe we will have national distribution with more than one major retail chain, we will be on a more reputable trading market with audited financials, our outstanding shares will be a quarter of the size it is today without splitting, and we will be generating substantial sales. Everything I do, and every decision that is made this year will be aimed at making that prediction come true.”

i wasn't going to give a testimonial for "wide awake" but since you did i will also, i bought 2 bottles 1 for home and 1 for the car, i also when driving get sleepy, and when home after a good day at work and sit down at the computer i get sleepy also. i spray approx. 5-8 sprays and with-in mins i am "wide awake". i was amazed how quick and efficient "wide awake" works. i have used "stem intense" which i liked alot but dont use anymore due to lack of working out as much, i also used/use "health enrich" for pets for my 11 year old chocolate lab. he has arthritis in his hind legs and was very lethargic before use. i started using it on him in 2011. i still use it and he is playful and very alert and acts like he was before the arthritis came into play. i have not used the other products but the one's mentioned here i have used and like them. good luck to all.... go $$MDIN$$!!!!
about time, maybe the "1" share i have left will be worth something. hopefully they do a split and give me back the 6 million shares i once had. truly, i have "1" share after the reverse splits. lmfao......
ummmm, that guy is alec!

News 0 0 DJ Suez Environnement Shares Jump on Engie Buyout Speculation
Nov 17, 2015 06:49:00 (ET)
By Blandine Henault
PARIS--Shares in Suez Environnement SA (SEV.FR), the French water and waste-management giant, jumped more than 5% on Tuesday amid speculation that parent company Engie SA might be about to make a multibillion-euro bid for the shares it doesn't already own in the group.
Engie has enlisted banking advisors to investigate the deal, according to a report in La Lettre d'Expansion, a business newsletter.
Engie, formerly known as GdF Suez, spun off Suez Environnement at the time of its creation through the merger with state-controlled gas utility Gaz de France and retains a 33.7% stake in the business.
Engie and Suez Environnement declined to comment.
The possibility of a bid fired up demand for shares in Suez Environnement, though some analysts were skeptical of the benefits for Engie.
Taking full control of Suez Environnement would make little sense, said analysts at brokerage house Bryan Garnier. They said Engie, buffeted by low wholesale power prices in Europe and slowing economic growth in emerging markets such as Brazil, focuses on liquefied natural gas and emerging economies, which makes for a poor fit with Suez Environnement's largely municipality-focused water and waste-treatment business.
Suez Environnement share were up 5.6%, valuing the group at 9.80 billion ($10.46 billion) at around 1115 GMT.
Shares in Engie were up 1.3%, valuing the group at EUR39.12 billion.

Here is an email from Ray Barton for those that have any questions about ANAS!!!! I hope this helps.
Anas is still a company. i guess you can say its a shell now, but it is a good
solid corporation ready for a new business model…As in the press release, this
was an asset purchase. it was the same as if ANAS sold a desk to mdin, only its
not a desk, it’s all of its products and equipment. Anas still exists,
shareholders still own shares of ANAS..and whatever ANAS does next they will own
shares in it. Shareholders of ANAS and MDIN are still respectively separate. I
hope that clears it up. let me know if there are still questions.
evdr, mdin, and anas all have the same financial loaner(dept holder) ray barton.
there has been 2 of bartons co. that he finances merged. MDIN has bought ANAS. take a look @ mdin board. the news has been posted there. good luck to all!!!!
so this is the scenario, and its all in my opinion!
they are dumping now and coming out with a horrible report. when they have anything that will bring the PPS up they will do a reverse split. this is the way Barton works. i have been in MDIN for along time. made some bank and re-invested. foolish me i thought this time it would do better. im not going anywhere, i am hoping im wrong but don't think so. good luck to all. remember that all investors have their own agendas.
strange that r.barton is involved with both of these companies............
