The well is subject to a penalty from the State if it is producing anything. Fines will have to be paid before any oil or gas can be sold.

Lets see, you borrow $100,000 to put in a pipeline, give the money to Jim Hale, now it is gone, and no pipeline. You say you bought the Crows run project, never paid for it, sole it to your subs company only on paper for $1,600,000, but never paid for again, now you book a profit. You never owned the Crows project to begin with, so how can you sell it to yourself and book a profit? Explain that.
