The bolded part of this statement is the invalidating factor in every single post of AlanC and Vianna, Rocketman, Texan, and every other poster who believes in this fraudulent companies' supposed "intents"
Time will prove this true, short volume, spot gold price, or not.
It will do nothing for NMGL, just as NMGL has done, and will do nothing for you....
History speaks for itself.
Sweet!
The only people getting paid from this are the FFGO MGMT with paychecks from your fraudulently stolen money!
If this isn't fact, PROVE ME WRONG!
Still waiting on you to say something about this:

!!! Tic toc buddy!
ROCKETMAN:
You requested one of us provide proof, and now that I have, you are ignoring the proof I've presented.

That one. Which you never said anything about.. coincidentally.
But ... nobody is?
The only coughing I'm hearing is the desperate gasps of shareholders being greedily squeezed to death by our prior management.
As we've all said before, this isn't over until payday, and if today is not that day, then we're not out of the woods yet.
Own any NMGL?
Any reason for why it's not trading at all?
And how long have you been saying this?
Until we hear anything from the company, every shareholder may as well consider themselves scammed just like last time.
They never deliver. They never have.
If I believed that selling earlier in this year was to get in at a lower point, and not just cut my losses, one might think today would say "Opportunity"
As always do your own DD, be safe... buy low sell high.
Make some money.
Feels a lot like my post, Rich.
With an undertone of "I expect it... but not quite as nice as everyone else"
Either way, I have to say again, it sounds better than Chap 7 to me...
Most pump and dump pinks scale from the top down, from charts in the past to the future.
SRSR scales from the bottom up ... IMO a beautiful long term trend for shareholders.
There's a part in me that says if she lives, these shares are as good as gold in the bank....
They say buy low sell high. Bought in at this area before... on the way up, didn't sell.
I'm sure there may be a part of me that could have looked at that ~25% return to .002 and realized a lot of profit.
But ... I'm staying committed, like I have before.
There's a chance I'll look back on this and regret the opportunity... but I don't think it's out of place, to say this has a chance.
Can you show one bit of profit this company has ever made for a long term shareholder?
They have pumped and dumped their way to the floor, and you still blindly argue beyond it with your "NSS" fantasy, as if it didn't exist.
You're trusting a bunch of PROVEN scam artists!
This property itself is an accomplice to prior fraud, and you still question the validity of these arguments?
Ask the shareholders who "profited" from its sale last time! I doubt you'll return with a pleased consensus!
@NeilPeart
Did you get anywhere in re: this post of mine?
How are these... for a start?

If that isn't proof enough, I don't know what is.
Too bad they're not real mining deals, and they're the same "Impressive, valuable" mining deals these BANKRUPT SCAMMING COMPANIES have been pushing around between eachother for the past years?
YOU ARE IN DENIAL!
All right.
I can prove this company's financially destitute, has no history of delivering on these wild promises, and has built in the same loopholes as before to scam everyone that buys in to it.
You think that's all consequence worth ignoring on faith, because of this wild promise and an inability to DISPROVE your wild "NSS SHORT" position, that the company you wish to "have faith" in has stated in public release that any such reality is a complete falsehood???
I really can't believe anyone is that naive. Certainly not someone who appears as dedicated as you.
Why?
What do you think they're going to do, that will benefit you?
Are you a NMGL shareholder?
Do you consider it a good buy at these levels?
If so, why or why not?
ALANC....
Link back.
They have never delivered, or turned one fraction of a cent profit for any non-insider shareholder.
And they never will.
Maybe?
I have asked you to explain how you think this is possible, and presented facts to the complete contrary of your hypothesis.
Wondering why you're back on the enthusiastic posting bandwagon without tendering an analysis and reply...
Seems suspect to me.
Yes? No?
Or just another useless Short Volume report?
You have to wait til .000x to start suckering them in to that crap.
NMGL will never hit 1 million shares volume at $1.
EVER.
Let this post stand and prove me wrong in time...
I don't know how I managed to "Convince" you.
Perhaps I should make it more clear.
THIS ENTIRE DEAL, COMPANY STRUCTURE, AND MANAGEMENT, IS A SCAM
Take away some opinions from that.
Awfully quiet.
Well if you do that ... let us know. Should be pretty obvious, given that you'll be virtually the only one buying.
Another day of no volume. What mind-blowing publicity NMGL is enjoying right now!
Can't wait to see how this pans out!
How are these... for a start?

If that isn't proof enough, I don't know what is.
Gah, once again my intuition is blown to bits by the QE hand of the fed.
Supposedly though, Japan will intervene again soon in FOREX -- I saw that as a big thing.
Given that before you read the chart and told where it was going, and it went, I'll spare the worldly details this time.
Where do you see it going from here, if you have a feeling? I'd again ask your opinion of Bill Mclarens most recent analysis:
http://www.mclarenreport.net.au/articles/articles/242/1/September-17-2010-CNBC-Europe-Report/Page1.html
Which gets at the heart of the two things I was getting at
(Though I'dve preferred the DOW, as it's easier to view, the S&P seems to be preferred by a lot of technicians. Any info on that?)
1: Main Markets
2: Currency
What, do you think are driving those two, and what does your chart-mysticism read in to where they're going from this point, with current rates (trends) as they are?
And, lastly (If you don't mind all these questions ... ) what forces do you see acting on those trends in the near term?
In a philosophical way, I have a blind spot to prediction (Economically, culturally, or societally) in to beyond early 2011. The technological singularity, 2012 theories, ETC, seem to have such vast implications, that I couldn't possibly fathom their real world effects. Do you feel that bears any true weight or meaning? Or do you have another view?
Thanks for listening, and as always, best wishes.
Same boat here. :-S
Not encouraging action. I had hesitation and again, am glad to have gotten out. These are not happy signs.
Happy signs, however, have a reason. If these reasons are ever there, happy things will follow.
And there's a reason that we're not doing well now. However, barring fraud etc... I would think this has value somewhere, sometime.
Varmit, how can they carry out this multi $/share deal in this status?
Would love to hear your opinion!
Guess not.
At least we're spared seeing the completely un-causally related short volume, when this garbage doesn't trade at all.
Gee, I wonder why.
And what are "GOOD RESULTS?"
Normally good results are described with a certain oz/tonnage of metal in it.
Never heard drillers say "The results on the copper grading were about GOOD!"
Hence why this is a farce. Semantics wrapped around every cheap shiesty thing they're allowed to do.
Where are the questions being answered by the company?
Where's the open communication?
Where's the recent filings or being a nondormant valueless shell?
Where's the deal being completed, or communication on where it is??
How about the old deals that fell through and were never talked about again? Anyone want to tackle that as well??
This is a complete fraud.
The company has neither the assets or cash, positive revenue to provide shareholders with any real, non-invented long term gain or rise in market share.
They have absolutely no impact on shareholders, whether gold is at 1000 or 100000 an ounce, because all they are doing is passing around useless, valueless properties in equity shell games, while truly doing nothing with them. Ask any real geologist or miner if you don't believe my words!
This combined with the complete historical FARCE that sums up these shells pathetic histories, and there (without any personal attacks or off topic mention of groups of users) you have it folks. The basics of a complete economic joke.
And here comes the punchline.
and apparently too realistic and factual to leave open for public reading eyes.
GOO NMGL. FARCE.
AlanC or Vianna, could one of you please directly address this question?!
Leaving you and who? Us?
The us that bought no shares today?
This is a joke!
Nothing says solid liquid investment like "Nobody bought today" ... and one person did yesterday ... and one the day before that.
How many trades took place in real liquid stocks today??
Way more than one....
And it will mean nothing to the shareholders in the longrun.
Because to do extenuating material events, this deal will never go through.
