Whatever hope that this company had/has assuming its a real company, which I doubt. It is destroyed by Ike sutton who's controls the shares and can dilute as much as he wants without any approval from anyone else in the company. After today's obvious dilution Ike has no intention of letting up. Savw will e lucky to see .001 again and if it does it will be the last time.

Pretty sure he has a real company. It's Private though. It does solar panels and stuff for government agencies.might be where all the money is going but still he makes a good chunk just promoting this stuff than selling into it.

The money probably went all to Ike, same as all his other stock. Promotes them and dilute them until they can't go anymore.

Sure the writer and poster of that article was biased, but all it did was sum up the 10-q. The 10-q said the same thing with the numbers. Fact is even if the extract is a hit it would be easier for dr. Bob to shutter cbis and start a private venture. Just way to much debt.

Even if they had sales they would have to be very large.since somehow this company spends atleast 1,500,000 a year on nothing.

I don't believe that was a secret....last CEO/owners are scammers. Was common knowledge. New CEO just seems like he's having trouble with the legality of his business and getting it off the ground. Dividend was just a bs company, so you have to wait for te scammers to use it in a scam. Might be several years or never, but you got it for free and you should have made some money on this stock on the runs it had if you did buy for the dividend. So if the dividend stock ever becomes real that will be a plus.

Not really upsetting. One thing cbis and dr bob does is deliver. Not to us. But to promoters. Before almost every Huge pump there is a large amount of promotions. If you go back and read the 10k's and all you can do.
Some of the pumps don't accomplish anything aside from giving the promoters shares. For instance on feb 22 there was the news that drove this to .14 , but the last promotion for that was Jan 22 I believe or close to it when the stock was trending to all time lows.
Dr bob is notorious for leaking information with the intention of benefiting investors( smart ones who are in the know...via email or hints from mark(if he's still alive).
Well anyways before the news hits there is always massive buying. Than once the news hits the people who bought get to dump as well as the company.
Unethical yes, has it made me money yes.
As for me I'll wait and watch for the buying to build to unusual levels before I buy again. I don't care that bob does this or his reasoning for doing so. But I would like some insight on developments etc. Other wise this is just a scam. Probably both siphoning off the share money into Phoenix tears or something. Love this stock proves that money Is easy to make. Buy a shell penny stock. Put out some bogus claims. Sell billions upon billions of shares and claim it will benefit the company. Suck in more poor unsuspecting people. Than put out some more bogus claims. Sell more shares. Announce that the company has failed close doors. Reverse split take a year off with the money you just made by a pent house in a chinese high rise that new Mercedes you've always wanted. And after the year vacation repeat with another story and wash your hands again. Rinse and repeat. Makes me want to do it.

Who would pay when google Lists you for free? Or if the doctors wants to pay for advertisement why not use a local newspaper tv ad etc. Rather than some remote website no one will ever see unless they are an investor, most people are going to the search button and looking up a doctor if they need to not some directory.com.

Yeah if they want to waste money. Google could have one website developer do a better job in a single day than this guys done on years. And for a fraction of the price. I've been following this for awhile was even going to buy in than I gave their product a go. It's god awful dreadful couldn't even find a business in my remote area. Just use some common sense on this one. Company doesn't have much of any assets, and if they did report financials the stock would drop off the grid.
