Im licking my chops again if this thing drops below .003 and I can buy up again.
Hot dang! I am gonna buy a $100 here and there...and just keep adding and averaging down...
This is a short term drop...and if it goes lower I will keep adding because in a matter of 3-4 days we popped from .0029-.0089/.0090 that quickly.
I think that's a fantastic IDEA to get some information over there at stockhouse.com . :)
NITE bid .0031 and their ask is at .0065...
Someone mentioned on one of these forums that there was still 140,000 shares shorted that were outstanding...
Odd.
Appreciate your insight as always DFW5150, very concise! I am transferring money every other week whether it be $50, $250, etc. even with the price kicking up since thousands of shares can make all the difference if we go ballistic.
I see nothing but positives with everything over the next 4-6 months through the end of the year. So many things can go right...
I have had nothing but excellent luck with Zecco. They have no penny restrictions that I have run across, plus the ACH transfers back and forth between the brokerage account and bank account are done in 2 business days flat.
Fast service, great trading prices, etc., I would highly recommend them over Scottrade. The one thing I did like about Scottrade was the gainskeepers they had, you didn't have to pay for it when I opened my account...that may have changed though.
Scottrade was nice and told me that they keep the account active and should I decide to return I just have to call them and they would put it back into FULL service. They also asked me why I was leaving and I specifically told them it was due to their PENNY restrictions/clearing list with SDVI and others.
GLTA, it's gonna be a very interesting next 6 months. ;)
There is no reason we cannot be at 1/4-1/2 the value of COOL if we uplist and have heavy profits and we have 1 or 2 hits out of the titles mentioned after a couple of quarters of reporting. Uplisting will be KEY, as will a buyback of shares to demonstrate further shareholder value as Ken has stated in the past.
COOL has certainly slowed down in volume and their price has been dropping...anyone know what is going on with them? Just curious from a video game publishing perspective.
Man, I can only imagine what .25c-.50c would feel like for even the modest investor with .5 - 1 million shares.
Let's hope so, I want to buy my MV Agusta 1078 next year and have lots left over. Here's to .02-.05 by the end of January.
My prediction.
Yes, it is .0043/.0051
That's .09, and I would love to see SDVI at this level after 1st quarter of 2010. :)
We are all hoping the pps will increase based on RJ's comment about news coming out over the next few weeks. But at this point we are speculating. Also, who knows if that news will be taken well or not...we just don't know until it happens.
Ok, sounds good. It will be interesting to see how it ends on Friday closing. I'm betting it trends downward into the low .003s or mid .002s, not because I want it to based on my current holdings...but so I can load up the boat that much more.
Also, there is not alot of volume and no BUYING pressure for it to take off at this time.
Interesting Barchart.com info -
http://quote.barchart.com/texpert.asp?sym=SDVI
Too early and this has been trending down, L2s (BIDS) are holding FIRM in the mid .003s. Who knows...
I agree, it does play on emotions. And holding that large of a position knowing it could have gone that high would have had dire consequences.
There is no doubt in my mind this will rise again...it will be slow going for now until further information is released.
I don't believe we will see .000s again, but mid .001s or .002s are likely. Load up and hope Ken/RJ do a buyback to lower the O/S like they have done/committed to in the past and with present communications.
I agree, this company is definitely worth more than a penny, but not as of right now unfortunately. I am in this LONG like many of you. Add now while the price is low, because when the news hits it will rise again like we saw a few weeks back.
I have nothing against anyone who is smart to take a profit at those levels I talked about earlier and then buy back in again and increase their holdings. To me that is smart and now is the ideal time to increase their position by having done just that.
My gut is telling me we will see .002s again and we could draw down to .0015-.0019, this is my prediction just based on the fact that we increased A/S 60% even though O/S was not. I think a 60% correction is in the cards for now until we get some more concrete news and direction from Ken and the sales numbers after Christmas and other news RJ was talking about.
Uplisting would help dramatically but that takes time also...the bloodbath will not stop this week or next. I am as frustrated as anyone else especially knowing I could have sold for some major profit in the .007s/.008s and then bought back in again at these level and increased my share structure by 2-3x.
IMO
My personal feeling is we will ride this down to the .0025 range or perhaps a bit lower because they have increased the A/S by close to 60% even though the O/S has not increased by that. The stock was around .0052 or so when this was announced...so I would not be surprised at all if we saw a 60% adjustment in the price for a while until after Christmas.
This could be a prime time to add more shares...and YES the likelihood we will see prices in the .0020-.0022 range is very likely...my gut feeling, and I am betting right now we will go back to those levels for a short time until after sales, news, and financial information is release sometime after Christmas/January.
That's just the way it is right now...and I agree with the ealier comments that it would have perhaps been more ideal that they waited on the merger and increase in A/S but if they are getting orders and cannot finance to get them to market then they could not have waited that long anyway.
Keep averaging down, and if we don't see a sign that sales are good and an announcement from Ken about a buyback...then start to be concerned...because if Ken is good on his word and sales are STRONG he should buyback as soon as possible to boost investor confidence.
Just some thoughts...
That's good news -
When a game goes "gold" that means that the development and programming is finished. From gold they send the info to the people that make the discs themselves. All that has to be done is the discs need to be made, cased, shrink wrapped, and shipped.
Thats why "gold" generally happens a few weeks before release date, it takes time to get everything made, boxed, and shipped to your local retail store.
My earlier comments were regarding FMI81. My apologies if anyone thought this was in reference to DW5150...they were not.
I respect DW5150's posts, insight and comments greatly.
I have corrected the mistake and pointed it out on Yahoo.
My mistake, I am misread and was speaking about FMI81, and not you. It was never my intention to make you out to be a bad guy...I just mistyped and didn't double check.
My apologies.
I don't view this as dilution, but raising the necessary capital to get this company and it's products on the shelves for consumer exposure and ultimately gets them to the next level.
Any pullback in product with their current supply channels would be very BAD as others have stated, having too many orders is a very GOOD thing. The raising of A/S is a short term play with more upside.
The next couple of months are going to be very interesting to say the least and should their be a pullback and we go down back into the .004s, .003s or .002s or further I will keep loading up and taking the flippers shares.
DFW81, we all see your points, but completely disagree and we all cannot be RIGHT. Enough is enough about the R/S nonsense. Ken Hurley has never and I repeat NEVER talked about this and he has historically always been on the side of shareholder value.
Be careful how you read into DFW81's and others suggestions, and what I mean by that in a non-bashing/non-critical way is DO YOUR OWN due diligence into the historical background of SDVI and Ken Hurley regarding him purchasing back 277+ MILLION shares and always being on the up and up about returning the stock to a level that promotes shareholder value and not DESTROY it which is what a R/S will do!
Keep in mind that just because they increase the A/S, that doesn't mean they will flood the market and bring the O/S from 850mil to 1.5bil. They are going to raise the capital they need sparingly to bring the product to market and make this acquisition work and make the company prosper in the short/long term.
I agree 150% bubba4you. All historically accurate points.
LFBG is a prime example of what happened...there was a huge pullback in PPS after the R/S. Most pinkies don't make it after a R/S because shareholder value doesn't hold like you are making it out to be.
DFW81 I would like to know where your approach with a pinkie company such as, with this type of product and in this type of market has worked after implementing a R/S. I am curious if any gaming companies have successfully emerged...
Please advise us folks that are not apparently "intellectual" (i.e. DUMB) enough to understand so we can understand where people who hold R/S opinions such as yourself come from.
Just to clarify, you are aware of all Ken's past comments regarding shareholder value and his buyback of over 277+ million shares correct?
Past historical precedent, my mistake.
Yeah, I found that funny. If you go through his prior posts on some of the other stock forums on yahoo he has made the same statements about making $10k in profit. Not sure what he is trying to garner by lying...he also claimed to be a MM at some point in his career in the SDVI forum.
To get in at .0046 he would have had to buy close to 6.8mil shares at that price and then sell all of them TODAY as he claimed to make the 10k. We have barely flirted with 3.5mil in volume.
I am not sure what he is trying to accomplish...
We could see .007 by the end of day...L2s are stacking up in the ASK category. .006s are down to the last one...then we have a bunch of .007s lining up.
Very low volume today...we should see it sit in this neighborhood for the rest of the day unless something major happens...L2s are holding steady in this range.
I agree also, I just don't like the stuff to linger when prior history shows otherwise.
I agree R/S kills the company and their reputation. Ken bought back over 277+ million...that's MILLION shares last time to prove he was serious about shareholder value and company reputation.
If he's holding 400-500mil than another buyback when revenue is coming in is NOT out of the question and would be far more attractive to investors than demonstrating a R/S shred of the existing shareholder base.
There goes NITE again with .0045 manipulation...nonsense.
WOW, this 4-6mil volume is REALLY low. Once we start getting back up to 12-20mil, you will see things jump again...but until then low volume will keep us at or around this floor.
There goes NITE again...dangling the hook with a little piece of corn on the end of it at .0048. Geez, this is unbelievable, manipulating sacks of ....
No, that goes to show you that the MMs can manipulate...other people on Yahoo were complaining they had orders in for .0045 that didn't get filled.
NITE never lowered their ASK from .0051 when that nonsense was going on...I watched the L2s all morning...
.0046/.0045 sells with no L2s offering at anything below a .0051 ask. Manipulation...pure and simple.
Anyone who sells to those scumbag MMs with .0045 bids is off their rocker!
