Guess we have our new temporary cap. Silly flipper mentality.
Someone ate a big lunch today...of IDLM shares that is.
Thanks fer noticin'...
Yes. I also left out the part where I'm going to sell over $1.
Flippers or investors. That is the debate. 90%+ of my holdings are long-term, so my money doing nothing is actually earning me 20% and ensuring that I'm not caught out when the filings are released. And if I were to try to sell my shares right now, I would end up losing 50% because there's not enough volume on the bid to buy them up. That would be a real waste. Patience in the right place is a good thing.
Welcome back for your monthly visit McChief. You've been around a long time. You know who Shahean T was. You should also understand that he's the reason for the mess and for approximately 9 months delay in restating the financials. Just be glad he's gone and that Marcus matured enough to realize he made a big mistake. Hope to see you again before July 1.
I expressed my concerns several months back in a polite and respectful manner, identifying exactly who I was and why I had legitimate reasons for being concerned. My concerns were rebutted in a polite and respectful manner and I've been treated very well by management ever since then. I have no concerns at this point with how the company is being managed or with any potential schemes includinng an attempt to go private.
This company is on fire - growing in new ways every day. Management desires more than any of us to get registered and publish restated financials. I think those that do not have the same opinion and have not been treated with respect by management likely need to change their approach. Management desires to please investors. They do not want to waste their time with flippers who treat them as though they are second class citizens.
I can't make you believe it, but I can tell you I have it in writing. Quote from Marcus Frasier:
"It's no secret that being public ended up being an annoyance for me, but that's one reason both Raphy and Craig are here. They push things along, while I continue to push our developers and admins along. I say that, to reiterate that there is no grand scheme to pull out or do anything tricky. We've come this far with it, and I'd like to see it through."
I know of 3 with unrestricted shares. There may be more. I think the vast majority of the float is under the control of a dozen people.
Talk to them. Express your concern in a polite manner, and you will get a polite response. If you're unwilling to do this, sell me your shares.
1 Million Share Club. Oh Yeah.
You should pay more taxes. Then the government would work faster. LOL
Well, we all have our opinions. And our opinions aren't going to do much to make this stock move are they? What will make the stock move? A much longer wait...or a release of the filings. My money's on the latter.
Holy Cow!!! Where did all these posts come from?
I certainly hope so. Time will tell. I believe I'm going to make a whole lot more than a 20% premium on my purchases, but it's not going to happen until the filings are released.
The proof is in the pudding. May pudding wasn't so good. Let's discuss a month from now what June pudding looked like.
Not selling is wise. You will make much more than you're planning on making.
Your assumption of pocketing profits is not logical. Management owns 40M shares. They will certainly make a lot more money by driving the stock price up than they will by pocketing some profits. No dilution since inception. No tactics by management to try to drive the price down and take it private for cheap.
Management is busting their butts to get the financials out. Keep your patience. Payday is coming soon.
Haha! Gotta love that. Someone's sitting here watching ihub to sell shares as soon as someone says it won't happen.
Are you also loving the fact that no one is interested in selling at .14?
I've got some big plans as well. If you don't mind me asking, how many are you up to now sub?
Someone apparently did not like my message with "IDLM" in it. Go figure. Well, I deleted the rest and included the "IDLM" portion again because I think it's very relevant.
But I like the 1K paint job on IDLM. It makes the closing price more representative of the trading for the day.
My honest opinion? I think that 5K sell at the bid was simply a way for someone to create a paint fund for another stock. It could have been someone trying to make IDLM look bad, but with the way this stock gets painted that logic doesn't make any sense.
Looks like 31,000 shares traded below .149 since May 17. Not much to play with there.
It's better to be put off than to be put on. I know the company's working hard to get them out. Hopefully it won't require too much more patience.
They just keep making more money. If they could just stop making money for one day and show us how much money they've made, the celebration would be so much sweeter. :)
Here's another tip on how to get cheap shares. Buy before financials are released.
I'm ready see it lifted as well. Looking for someone to make a statement and put up an order to buy 100K shares. Anyone up for it?
Dr. Frank MD Monster Doctor and Mafia Block. Nice.

I agree
And in regard to management caring about their shareholders...I will take management who keeps quiet and refuses to dilute any day of the week over management who keeps pumping out news releases and increasing the sharecount.
This involves a whole lot more than trust. It's not a matter of whether you believe them or not. It's understanding the whole situation and their motivation for doing one thing versus another. They have no motivation to be living happy and spending all the cash while they keep us in the dark. They could make much more by choosing other methods. Their motivation is to have the books look as good as possible when they release the financials so they can get investors to buy and drive the price up. They own at least 40M shares.
You can't know anything. It's all a matter of whether or not you've been communicating with them and understand what they're working toward and what type of people they are. I'm comfortable that this is more cash in the bank.
Can't get the PPS up when no one's buying. People will not buy until they see the next step of completed financials and relisting. Don't hope for anything before that or else you will just disappoint yourself.
I can't argue with the stock price. But it's obvious no one is buying or selling, and they're waiting to see what the financials say. We would have tanked down to a penny a long time ago if the management was doing a poor job.
I'm not sugar coating anything. They're doing a great job, and they show respect to me when I communicate with them. You're right that they will not communicate financials to me and that's a good thing. Until it's released publicly, they should not share.
Good thing IDLM got rid of that poor management last year. They're doing a great job.
More cash in the bank. Gotta love it.
It hasn't been a year since Marcus realized he took steps with the wrong person. That person is now gone. That cuts it down to about 8 months. It hasn't been 8 months since Raphael realized the pre-publibly traded period was going to be too costly and prohibitive to audit. They have now changed their strategy on getting the financials out. That cuts it down to a little over 2 months. I think that amount of time is perfectly reasonable, and I'm willing to wait. I can see the success they're having with their businesses. I'm making one assumption that I feel quite comfortable with - that cash as a percent of revenue is within a reasonable range of what it was in the formerly published financials. If I were ever to see any shares released, I would have to question that assumption. But to date - no dilution, ungagged T/A, and no volume or price drop indicating that shares are being sold.
Endless revenue sources. All it will take is financials to get the buying going. My question at this point is whether IDLM is worth $1, $2, or with everything they've got now maybe $3 during the next year.
