I'll soon be buying more
Thanks...
Can you elaborate on the short squeeze statement ? Who is short ?
I own a few million, so don't assume I'm a basher, although I am not really pleased with our current state
For each sale, there is a buy. Someone may reach for the offer, but the person offering is still selling.
Be careful what you wish for... it may prove to be disheartening.
Greg has given nobody a reason to buy and, conversely, he's given every share holder reason to sell. When that changes, the price will reverse it's course.
Happy Memorial Day all...
We should all remember the meaning of the day and those who deserve honor for providing and safekeeping our freedoms.
It took only 88000 shares to move us to .004 / .0045
Interesting...
Good luck Chevy. I'd keep ONCO on your watch list in case it does come alive in the near future.
Despite the lack of movement in the stock, they have a good business plan and, unfortunately, the product is in ever increasing demand.
I'm not sure I understand why you say someone is accumulating at $ .003... not that I am disputing it, I just don't know what would indicate that. I think someone just got tired (JG for example) of seeing the stock go nowhere and decided to sell out to the market maker. Why the MM would hold the price if an influx of shares occurred is the mystery to me.
The 1.4 million shares is only $4200 so it isn't a major defection.
I was hoping the ask would go down a bit so I could get some more.. maybe tomorrow
Two good points bilachos,
I am with you on the 6 months timeframe and I will ignore Mr. Happy.
Sure you can sell... place a market order. I'm sure it will be less painful than what you are now experiencing. Look at all of the stocks that have gone up over the past few months. You are missing many opportunities.
and thanks for the spelling lesson.
By the way, I took the opportunity to average down when the price was .0018 - .002 so I am actually in the black. If you sell and drive the price further down, I just may help you by buying more.
JGVAIKASAS,
I have tried to be civil with you, but I see that is impossible. I wonder how you can make a statement like I have no idea when you know nothing of me, or the DD I have done. I feel bad that you are behind in your investment with ONCO. I have been in similar situations, but, unlike yourself, I have chosen to sell and look for other opportunities.
So, I gotta wonder why you are still here? Are you too stupid to figure out that, if you have no confidence in the company, you should sell and look for another vehicle? I can't imagine why you would want to bad mouth a company in which you had an investment. Do you think posting all negative statements will help the price increase?
I do feel sorry for you. Just think about what a senseless strategy you have taken. From your other posts on IH, it appears that you have nothing good to say about any company.
Perhaps you are just one of those people who is unhappy unless you are bitching all of the time. Either way, it looks to me like a looser's point of view.
next time you call, ask the person who answers what they do, how many people are in the Pittsburgh location, how hard they are working, and/or their overall perception of the company. I have done so on several occasions and people are happy, busy and there is no indication that the company is in trouble.
looked like 271K @ .002 and 841K @ .001
stupid bastard !
ONCO was hosting a suite, but not presenting at the conference. Hosting a suite means they rented a hotel suite and invited participants at the conference to visit them and find out more about the company. I had also assumed they were presenting something and asked Dr W about it. He told me that they were not.
The intent of the suite was to inform other potential users about their services. I don't know how many people took them up on their offer, but will find this out the next time I speak with him.
Perhaps others can/will also call him and let him know that there are interested shareholders who are looking for signs of progress.... nicely, of course
I was hoping for some new buyers after last week's activities. Maybe sometime in the near future...?
$ .50 today ... easliy
Well JG, I guess I don't know it either. It is a shame you feel so compelled to bitch and moan about the company. Perhaps it would be more healty for you sell and put your $ into something that isn't dead.
Funny how you are still here if you think it is dead money, or perhaps you are happy to have the write-off.
Either way, you shouldn't let your emotions control your decisions. If you remain a shareholder, logic would dictate that you want the share price to rise. Constantly degrading remarks do nothing to help accomplish this.
bilachos - I did not notice this in your post when I first read it. Despite what others may say here, I do think we are in good hands with Dr. W.
Like I said, I have heard about ONCO from some folks in the medical community in Boston. It may take a bit more time, but the future is very bright for this company.
Interesting that the price is up a bit today also... hopefully there is a great deal more to go...
In for another 2,000,000 at .005
Yipeeee!
I understand that some of the ONCO Management will be attending the 2009 ASC Symposium in Nashville. As advertised, this is "an opportunity for all of those in the ASC industry to get together, further their education, and network."
I would think Dr. Walker will be meeting many people and organizations who will be very interested in what he has to say.
Check it out at http://www.ascassociation.org/ascs2009/
It will be interesting to see if there is any impact on share price in the next couple of weeks.
I smell $ 0.10 today .. waddia say ?
I'm not selling mine until it gets to $ 1000/share.. Probably in a few weeks
Isn't he wonderful ? Powerful speaker with a vision.
Greg is wonderful. I love to listen to his comments, such a gleam in his eyes. I'll bet he is a gemini.
$ 300/share...I can't believe that comment... Did he say what the reverse split would be to get it there ? People, do you comprehend this is a 60,000 bagger. Let's say I am a bit skeptical.
MBA.. Big Deal... I have an MBA and it was far easier to get than a B.S. in engineering. If you want smart and innovative people, hire engineers and teach them the basics of business... the return is far better.
I'm sure everyone has gotten bitten at least once on a stock deal. I know I have probably had more than my share of frustration, so I do understand JG's position. All I can say is that, every day, you should ask yourself whether you would buy a stock at the current price if you didn't already own it. If the answer is yes, hold it, but if the answer is no, then it is best to sell and move on. That is the sole determining factor. Never hold a stock because you need to get back to break even. Doing this only stops you from seeking other, potentially profitable situations. Remember, a loss brings with it an offset of future profits so in the end, you really don't lose.
JG, you should do what you are comfortable with. I would really urge you to call Dr. Walker and speak with him. Dr Walker has in excess of 32 million shares of ONCO and he told me has not sold a single share. I believe him and I assure you he has the same end goal as we all have.
I think this stock will begin showing some life soon. The business will continue to grow and people will start to understand it's potential.
What happened to the blockbuster news that was supposed to be out yesterday?
Stock price predictions...??
Would someone like to describe how they are coming up with all of the price predictions on this board. From $0.01 to $1.00 per share... ? I am looking forward to the SP increasing, but I guess my stash isn't as good as what you boys have.
Wow... an $ 0.825 trade...
I think this is a new low (dollar-wise)
Hard to figure this company...
They make solid announcements, not huge, but solid and there is still little interest in the stock. Sooner or later, energy prices will move upward and this company will also move. At $ .02 / share, I believe it is under valued.
Kent seems to be doing a pretty good job of increasing their production levels and the company is (I'm told) cash flow positive, so they should be ok in the long run.
I will purchase more shares when cash is available.

I would recommend that you call Dr. Walker and, in a civil mannar, voice your concerns and ask your questions. It is not too much to ask for an explanation to the issues you raise and I think he will provide satisfactory answers.
Remember, press releases are not free. They cost ~ $2500 to have published so a constant feed of news can be expensive.

No businessman ?
Well, I would probably agree (and have stated it here before) that Dr. Walker is not the strongest businessman I have ever spoken with, however, I believe he knows he will need help in running the company in the future.
I also believe that for the current situation, he is very well suited to run the business. Right now, his interactions are with doctors, clinicians and regulators in gaining acceptance and licensing. From all indications, this is going very well. If you know how doctors and regulators work, you know that things take time.... usually much more time than anticipated.
Dr. W has laid much of the groundwork needed to move this company along. He is a patient and methodical person. His experience also provides a huge advantage over the benefits a real business man could provide... he understands how things the the medical world work.
I remain positive on the future of the company, but I have been wrong in the past. The .003 - 4 range on the share price seems to be indicating there is support. As I also stated, the company is capitalized at a value of about $265,000 which is what a friend of mine spent to establish a UPS Store. Which of the two businesses would you rather put your money into and which has better growth potential ?
Good luck to all of us.
Great post.
I appreciate hearing all sides of the story. Based on my discussions and understanding (in case you missed where I said that folks in the business are impressed with the company), I prefer to believe what I have found.
Also, in case you missed it, ONCO esssentially purchased the shell for this company from Vianet Technology Group. From what I have come to believe, the principals in this company were more like Bernie Madoff than they are Ghandi and much of the minipulation the stock experienced was due to them. Since this has settled and they are no longer holding stock, things have been above board.
I will chose to hold my shares... one of us will be right.
Why you don't place a market order.
It looks like someone decided to sell 805000 shares at the market. The MMs gave him/her .0035 (the existing bid) for the 1st 10,000 shares and then .0025 for the next 795000 shares. In the past, when the bid went down, it went to .0030 but since the MMs saw the block, they then lowered the bid straight to .0025.
I wonder who wanted to get out... but I can understand their impatience, given that the rest of the market appears to be making a turn around here. I, however, don't agree that all is rosey with the market and believe it will head back downward soon.
why will the symbol change bring an increase ?
I don't understand why this will happen as you mention. Can you explain ?
Thanks...
In my discussions with Dr. Walker, he has always been cordial and engaging. He has shown a great desire to grow the company and as he stated to you, he has little concern about the share price saying it will take care of itself.
I have also surmised that the potential of the company is (somewhat unfortunately) immense. Given the way the company is organized, they will be able to easily scale up and provide service to new accounts without much additional overhead. Consequently, margins should improve considerably as the customer base increases.
I work in the health care field in the Boston area and have spoken with people about ONCO. Despite their relatively recent arrival, ONCO has already established a good reputation and I expect growth in the metropolitan Boston area will occur sooner, rather than later.
Make no mistake, Dr. Walker has a good plan to expand this business and I believe he will be successful. As you also pointed out, ONCO has new legal council. The last one was, in my opinion, not doing anything for the company but slowing things down. I know nothing about the new attorney, but Dr. Walker was pleased with him.
I am glad that you were able to corroborate some of the things I have found. It is my impression that we are in for a very nice ride with this company, but it will not happen overnight.
It still looks pretty cheap to me here in the $ .004 area....
