My guess is Jacobsen was strung along like the "names" banded around before him on projects such as the poker tours and website. All left emptied handed in terms of cash and my guess is Bill did the same. Some questions that still remain unanswered -

why did VGPR agree to pay NFI $2 mill for what is clearly a name with no commercial track record?

where did the $1.6 mill of equipment come from and where is it now?

what has happened with the Thailand operation?

oh and what did Raiser Chip do for all the shares they got?

agreed but know as we all do that one way to filter money out of a company that has no cash is to issue shares and sell to players hoping to average down. No need to be an officer - just a supplier and surely you would agree the two websites were a mirror of each other?

are you certain of that? there have been a lot of shares paid to so called service providers and heaven only knows what service they provided - a perfect way to pay IMO

the website for NFI certainly followed the same crap style of the one he originally put together for Vega

The straight answer is no I do not. I believe many of us have been duped into this and Molen has continued to use his powers of persuasion to keep the illusion going. Maybe he is david copperfield?

IMO there is nothing to this stock, never has and never will be. Names come and go and as soon as they realise that Molen has no "real" plan they move on and dump the shares they have been given for the use of their names. All you need to do is check back over previous postings of info supplied to pink sheets and you will see lists of so called suppliers who have millions of shares to trade but heaven only knows what they supplied.

Molen does have one allie on here who has supported him since the outset - i dont believe Iblong fits into that.

Hopefully they weren't paid or worse still paid in shares like everyone else. I'm not so sure that you are right though about the free shares almost gone - my belief is they still have many more.

TBH he may be more right than wrong - the track record supports his beliefs and they still have millions of shares to dump from the companies given shares for "services" rendered. I wonder how many Molens boy got for the amateur hour web designs?

They are a disgrace altough I'm not convinced that "their" grand plan is working for "them". Sadly I'm certain the "correct so far" is only a short period away from "correct end of".

The truth is this lot have not completed or closed, or fulfilled one deal or opportunity in three years. They have done NOTHING except spout BS that isn't even of a decent quality. Yep no doubt Molen jnr is busy putting it together to earn/drain a few more bucks out of the company as happened with the original Vega and NFI sites. Such skill and flair in design and content can only be learned from Papa - in other words they were crap!!

If they bought NFI for $2 mill and paid in shares at the current rate then that would explain the massive volume that are out there being sold and keeping the price down. Also nobody has actually come forward and shown who the board of directors were at NFI - prior to VGPR interest there is nothing to show they even exsisted!

At least it means they ain't having to dump the "consultancy" shares to Raiser Chip yet - wp MM

In response to PM - the status was changed several weeks after the merger. The latest declaration appeared on Pink Sheets after Jacobsen jumped - or was he pushed - ship even though the filing still had him at the helm. The status was to be updated within a few days - probably 4-5 weeks ago
