Wow! Some posters think a Press Release announcing a contract is a promise or announcement of funding or underwriting. Do those posters have any business knowledge or experience or just blind followers? Who is the customer? An unheard from consulting group who didn't even issue a matching Press Release. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
TNW Wireless cellular network out of commission and non-operational in violation of ISED Conditions of Licence. TNW Wireless did not answer many of the CRTC questions. CRTC will make the right decision in the public interest. I will gladly provide copies of the full agreement between Investel Capital Corporation in unredacted form to any qualified party or government agency. It is proof positive that Investel Capital Corp. misrepresented the transaction as completed in their December, 2016 Press Releases when in fact RuralCom Corporation shareholders had not yet approved the transaction. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
Obtaining funding for UAMA expansion with a criminal CEO will be the next big hurdle. Bankruptcy still in the Court and Investel Capital Corp. in Receivership.
LOL. The outlandish posts are fun to read!
TNW erred in making misrepresentations to the CRTC from the start. Got exposed early on with solid evidence. But that's a well documented aspect of Benoit's style. Lieing and misrepresenting the facts didn't play well with the two government agencies on the receiving end.
Investel Capital Corporation is in Receivership.
UAMA stock price hampered by criminal CEO.
CRTC will see it for what it is. Shallow, incomplete and contrary to what they already know. Ill advised response.
UAMA Management Team never turned around or created a business of lasting value. Do your own research, read about the BANKRUPTCY and the RECEIVERSHIP of Investel Capital Corp. When assessing CEOs or management teams, past performance best predictor of the future!!! That's a basic tenet of management science.
INVESTORS BEWARE. UAMA and UAMA CEO involved in current BANKRUPTCY and RECEIVERSHIP proceedings. UAMA CEO is a convicted criminal found guilty on 41 plus 3 counts AFTER APPEAL for STOCK FRAUD, MARKET MANIPULATION and MISREPRESENTATION. Don't take my word for it! Perform your own deep due diligence on this apparently fraudulent enterprise. All according to the court proceedings and evidence brought before the court(s). CAVEAT EMPTOR!
UAMA in violation of 17 CFR 229.401 - (Item 401) Directors, executive officers, promoters and control persons.
(f)Involvement in certain legal proceedings. Describe any of the following events that occurred during the past ten years and that are material to an evaluation of the ability or integrity of any director, person nominated to become a director or executive officer of the registrant:

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts.
BIG PROBLEM! UAMA guilty of failing to report CEO's criminal record. Follow the corporate history of UAMA CEO and note closely dates Benoit Laliberte was officer. Note the gap. Note the dates of stepping down and then being reappointed and dates of legal proceedings in Canada. This can be argued as an attempt to evade the public disclosure requirements of both the SEC and federal US statutes. Oops! A violation that can bring jail time in the USA.
Re Q2 financials, noted misrepresentations and given past "creativity" of the criminal CEO, plenty of reason to doubt it all. Remember only YE financials audited so opportunity to sweep away and repair any misstatements of unaudited quarterly financials at year end.
Any real company would FIRE criminal CEO. Period!
UAMA CEO found guilty UPON APPEAL! Case closed! Benoit's "blame gain" excuses don't hold water.
Shocking examples of legal illiteracy by posters here. Benoit Laliberte found guilty of 41 plus additional 3 charges of stock manipulation UPON APPEAL! Are posters who trade in misrepresenting the court's findings in contempt of court?
Laughable scam run by a convicted criminal!
UAMA CEO per Globe & Mail and Canadian Press
UAMA CEO found guilty by Quebec Court!

"Semi-permanent" structure and "semi-permanent" UAMA now well into FAIL mode.
Bitcoin mining competitors in Quebec have really impressive facilities. Makes UAMA "blockdomes" look like science fair project. Shareholders better hope that ice storms don't show up this winter. Predict those domes will fail like a cheap tent!
Strong competitors in bitcoin mining in Quebec have invested hundreds of millions and have first-mover advantage. Benoit and his management team have no track record of success in competitive marketplace.
SNAP litigation also DOA (dead on arrival)!
UAMA-TNW iPCS dead! News on way!
Predictions? Past performance is FAIL for UAMA management team and that is strongest indicator for the future. Benoit has proven he can't plan and lead execution of building a credible and ethical business. Ask any of the former suppliers or partners who have contracted with him. Even the Court has gone on the record to criticize his business ethics!
FACT: Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO never built business value. Bankruptcy still in progress re largest former operating subsidiaries. Investel, the highly touted parent company now in Receivership. Where's the proof this CEO ever built company of enduring value? The evidence and court records document the ugly truth.
BUYER BEWARE! UAMA run by convicted criminal. Deep due diligence required with UAMA, though abundant evidence of fraudulent behavior. CAVEAT EMPTOR
Q2 Unaudited and contains misrepresentations. Benoit Laliberte has a well documented history of this type of behavior. He has a long record of not recognizing or paying his suppliers as detailed in recent court records. Bankruptcy nearly two years now and Investel the parent in Receivership. Benoit desperately pleading before the Court now to try and save IP and Patents, though court seems ready to pass title to Bond Capital. The evidence overwhelmingly suggests Benoit has not changed. Remember he is a convicted criminal found guilty on over 41 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and misrepresentation. Ask yourself, what kind of a company has a convicted criminal CEO.
LOL! "to a large degree, the authors of (their) own misfortune", a comment by the Judge referring to Benoit Laliberte and his management team in the ongoing BANKRUPTCY and separately, RECEIVERSHIP court proceedings still under way.
What company has convicted criminal CEO?
Some supporters fraudulently state Benoit Laliberte never guilty. Really?
UAMA CEO found guilty by Quebec Court!

TNW is not wireless operator as Q2 states. Network down and licences not in TNW Wireless name. Full disclosure?
Investors Beware! UAMA CEO convicted criminal.
What kind of business has criminal CEO?
Does that make it a criminal enterprise?
Meet the UAMA CEO!
