Caveat Emptor: What is management teams track record? Have they ever built businesses of lasting value?Who are members of management team?
Caveat Emptor: A critical eye needed here!
Lot's of news soon and it won't be good for UAMA.
No. Was advised of new litigation.
Believe that wheels of justice have them pre-occupied.
If domes the future, tell that to UAMA and get some focus in this soup-to-nuts enterprise.
Not many signs that UAMA is well managed. Well promoted maybe. But no solid signs of professional management. Pedigree stained by criminal CEO. Assuming progress shown in Q2 financial report is real, time to focus and clean up management team.
UAMA could have upside with a different CEO.
Companies do it all the time and the current one may be clever, but his track record of building value for shareholders is abysimal.
UAMA will have upside with new ethical CEO!
If cryptocurrency operations have an upside it needs an ethical CEO and focus. Currently UAMA is spread too thin on initiatives that are mostly "fluff". TNW Wireless could have been an immediate win but they squandered that. A loss on that front will likely block them from access to the Canadian wireless scene for years to come. Out of their element and it cost them dearly.

Soup-to-nuts strategic focus of UAMA too broad for investors. Areas where there is little or no progress are a distraction. Criminal CEO is a barrier to investors.
UAMA upside depends upon focus and ethical CEO.
Q2 financial report doesn't overcome criminal CEO! Replace this CEO and watch the stock climb!

Q2 Financials greatly improved, BUT....No evidence Benoit's management team has every built a business of lasting and continuously growing value.
Wow! UAMA struggling with listing. Hired to turn around BK'd San Diego hi-tech was able to list on VSE, and and two years later gain full NASDAQ listing. Reported tight, clean audited financials each quarter. No fluff, no BS and solid contracts from blue chips like IBM, RCMP, FBI, USAF, USMC. All wins against solid well-entrenched competitors. In my experience good, solid, ethical companies don't struggle too much with these listings. Just an observation based on real experience with the SEC.

Lot's to read but and Benoit would like to see it continue forever like his personal bankruptcy now undischarged for over 10 years!!! Look for a flood of law suits from aggrieved suppliers, lenders, banks, contractors, suppliers and vendors. Reason? Benoit Laliberte makes a business practice of conning suppliers and contractors and then breaching contracts with them. Source? One Judge found his business practices so repugnant that he included his comments in the Court Records.
There's more BAD NEWS for UAMA and Benoit's shell game:
Receivership of Investel Capital Corp and the court imposed surrender of all of its assets including Patents, IP, Licences, etc.

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts.

"This is the end" for Benoit's "shell game" and UAMA.
Court records now document the "shell game" constructed by Benoit. Makes fascinating reading and certainly empowering for the many aggrieved creditors who are waiting in the wings for the Bankruptcy to wrap up. IMHO the flood of litigation they will file will completely destroy all of the components of Benoit's shell game, including UAMA.

[b]Aggrieved creditors of Benoit Laliberte's fraudulent enterprise ecstatic.
See for yourself and read the Court Records of the Receivership. That in combination with the separate Bankruptcy will decimate Benoit's fradulent enterprise. All assets of Investel Capital Corporation are now being delivered under specific COURT ORDER. It is expected that there will be a flood of law suits from aggrieved creditors, suppliers, banks, CRA, former employees against UAMA, TNW, Investel Capital Corporation following the closing of the Bankruptcy.
Read the Court Records if you wish to see Benoit's fraudulent enterprise exposed.

UAMA will be decimated by the Bankruptcy and now the Receivership of Benoit's flagship Investel Capital Corporation. Other creditors lining up litigation which will be unleashed the moment the Bankruptcy is closed. That's been running for nearly two years so will likely get closed early next year. That will be the end for UAMA and Benoit's fraudulent enterprise.

- SEC being copied
- Benoit's ownership of all entities proven

FACT: INVESTEL CAPITAL CORP in RECEIVERSHIP. Ask Benoit as he's spending a lot of time in court these days. Expect a flood of law suits directed at UAMA, Investel, TNW, and the rest of the shell game following completion of bankruptcy. It will be epic as I personally know of a least four (4) pending actions.
MIAMI, June 28, 2017 /CNW/ - Miami-based United American Corp ("UnitedCorp"), (OTC: UAMA) is
pleased to announce that it has entered into definitive agreements to acquire all issued and outstandingshares of TNW Wireless Inc. (TNW Wireless) and iFramed Canada Ltd (iFramed). United will issue 25million common shares for the purchase of each company for a total of 50 million shares and as a result, Investel Capital Corp (Investel) will become the largest single shareholder of UnitedCorp. NOTE: Investel Capital Corp is currently in RECEIVERSHIP!
Bitcoin mining competitors in Quebec have invested hundreds of millions! UAMA unlikely to qualify to raise that kind of capital due to known criminal CEO!

Investors Beware: UAMA's troubles run deep and when Bankruptcy (still in the court) and Receivership of the parent company are finally dealt with there will be significant costs and a barrage of law suits. A Judge has already entered into the record negative comments on the business and ethical practices of Benoit Laliberte, wherein he regularly breaches contracts and agreements. Don't believe me. Conduct you own due diligence and remember, the preparers of these quarterly financial statements were found guilty of misrepresentation in the past. Remember also, quarterly statements are UNAUDITED and the only financial statements you should rely upon are AUDITED financial statements, required at year end. Last year's annual report contained a "going concern warning" from the auditors. What's changed? A modest claimed upside, which could easilty be offset with substantial charges and expenses from the lengthy court battles.
FRAUD ALERT: Deep due diligence warranted with UAMA. Read the Court Records of Bankruptcy (still in progress) and also Receivership of highly touted parent corporation Investel Capital Corporation. Read Judges comments on business ethics and regular breach of agreements with vendors, banks and lenders by Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO and convicted criminal. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
