I should have bought sooner! Any weak hands out there?
Thanks for the shares! Maybe.
I bought and held in 2012... look what happened in 2014...
Not sure if you're trying to humor me, or totally BS...
Hemp is on the rise. Sorry you can't see.
"Negative" is your opinion.
So what do you and the DET think? BUY... HOLD... SELL...
WHAT IS YOUR POSITION IN THIS COMPANY AS A SHAREHOLDER?
Yes, I can see HEMP @ $3ps. And that price was insanity a couple years ago.
Some would like another R/S. However, IMO, I believe, the r/s we just encountered could be enough. Let's see how things go this summer. Action should spurt sooner.
Another split seems a bit much, at this time. However, with proper banking HEMP INC is set/ready.
Not so shabby for a Friday close. Admittedly was hoping to snatch a few thousand more in the low 2's. Maybe next week...
The whole sector looks ready to run. I'm expecting a multiple month run this time. I banked on the last one.

Fact: Hemp is legal in North Carolina.
Say what you want about the committee; we shall see.
Regardless, North Carolina has legalized hemp farming, and that is a fact.
Congress is holding our hand... don't you get that?
Ok, things to do...
I know about the admin reviews, except the review option is disabled. Also, I 'ignored' buttoned you months ago. Perhaps, since you are mod, you cannot be ignored, either...
Might want to tell your admin buddies
Everyone knows this is an Alpha phase operation. Things change constantly. They are working within their bounds. Surely, you understand regulations, that when changed, may alter the course of action.
They went from cultivating in China to obtaining the only large scale decortication line in USA, and you want people to believe nothing is getting done? That's plain foolery. I think that speaks for itself.
I'll rest here. Things to do.
Happy 2016!
Your opinion.
Someone trying not to inspire confidence.
Control and command of supply chain is advantageous; provides leverage. Economies of scale, with streamlined distribution channels are in Hemp's favor. I hope some aren't overlooking those simple logistics.
Just need congress to act. We all know how that goes.
Since Xmas is over, it's going to be a slow day at the tree lot. Expect more short and distorts, before the real news.

LONG HEMP LEGAL!
I see there is a 70acre estate with a Xmas tree farm for sale in Vermont. 30,000 trees and the sales numbers pale in comparison to the potential millions in revenue Hemp Inc could generate with legalized hemp. Makes me laugh when some are comparing hemp fibers and oils to Xmas tress, which take EIGHT YEARS to reach maturity, serve a very limited purpose, and purchased only once a year (if that - some trees can last multiple xmas's - see Fraser firs)...
"Hey, would you like to make $57k per year for the next 15 years growing and selling Xmas trees on 70acres?" Haha, no thanks, I'll take the crop that can be grown multiple times per year, and has thousands of real-world applications actually beneficial to society and industry, please!

The obvious answer is they are in process of installing the heavy machinery. Once installed, they can handle and process the kenaf, then soon, after reconfig, process hemp.

Long hemp legal.
Volume starting to creep back up. Attention to the weekly RSI and TRIX. Price movement as expected, and attention to monthly vols. It is Friday... daybois don't wanna hold overnight or over the weekend. Financials were inline, even for a Det expectations (nice to see we're being analyzed similar to a fortune 500, but we aren't there yet). We are legal in NC. Decorticator coming online (let's be honest, a massive machine, considering the size of the company). Farmers want to farm; expect news on that regard.
Let's not lose sight, hemp could be federally legalized ahead of it's close relative MJ. That's the play here. One ahead of the other, hemp wins.
The sector moves together, and the strong Co's more closely than others. See the pattern?
Several States to come forward in 2016. Don't act in haste. Steady ahead.

***New Sponsor Added to H.R.525 - Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2015
Rep. Scott, Robert C. "Bobby" [D-VA-3]
This brings the total sponsors to 65, up from the original 47. The current sponsors indicate bipartisan support.
As each representative arrive to this bill, amongst the stack of hundreds of other bills, the rate of co-sponsorship should accelerate, into elections. The verbiage of the bill is quite simple: 'To amend the Controlled Substances Act to exclude industrial hemp from the definition of marihuana'
Sen. McConnell, Mitch [R-KY] is the Senate Majority Leader, one of the original sponsors, and has historically shown support for hemp legalization (Hemp is legal in Kentucky).
President Barack Obama signed the 2013 Farm Bill, showing support for the movement, and has been outspoken that the Fed will not interfere with the emerging Cannabis markets.

Anyone's guess where bottom is, or if it's in already.

Ohio proposal was NOT a pure monopoly.
First point: it's not a monopoly. Needless to educate, but 10 entities competing in a market is nowhere near a monopoly; some might say an oligopoly may even be a stretch (a pure oligopoly example would be Airbus & Boeing, et al.)
My buddy, an Ohioan, casted his ballot, and described the verbiage used ON THE BALLOT to explain issue 3 as "voting to allow a monopoly". That's pure ignorance brought to The People on behalf of Ohio. The measure was tainted from the start, on the ballot. Ohioans were misled or misguided from the beginning, all the way to the polls.
Second point: those 10 entities are credible. Yes, Nick Lachey, albeit a weird, taboo'sh figure in the mix, is a high profile, well capitalized individual, who is more capable of funding and executing on ventures than, say, your average Joe. Same for the 9 other high profile sponsors to the bill, who had invested to support the cause. I'm sure those 10 had every intention to behave in a manner that would not undermine the issue of providing a product ("medicine") to those in need, which is the motive from the start.
Third point: voting Yes to issue 3 would allow marijuana to be commercially grown by those select 10 individuals (who proposed and sponsored the measure), but would also grant citizens of Ohio the right to GROW THEIR OWN HOMEGROWN MARIJUANA, AND POSSES A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MARIJUANA... there is no MONOPOLY - ZERO - in growing your own weed.
What this all boils down to is the citizens of Ohio were duped by their own authority. This makes it clear that We The People should demand live-cast, real-time voting (if you think that I'm joking, how do you endorse and entrust your banking via 'online'). All the efforts made to this point will now be on hold for another year, when all that's needed is for the bill to be restructured as "10 individuals to be elected as heads of commercial MJ operations, to be determined by random lottery, per pre-qualified individuals."
I will end by saying, again, this doesn't change the way things are going at HEMP, now with hemp being 100% legal in NC, which is where the LARGEST DECORTICATOR IN USA is currently being setup for a massive run. IMO, I think Ohio made the right move in deciding not to take a path in haste, but the aftermath, and short term end result just makes the policy-makers look as though they made fools out of their own people, and wasted a lot of time and resource trying to push an idea over a cliff. Maybe ole Barry could take action, before its too late.
Again, HEMP still looking good, and im still looking to add much, much more... just a sour shot in the arm for the cannabis sector, pathetically administered by Ohio. My friends are now leaving the state. Embarrassing. Shame.
Long Hemp!
Ohio effectively tricked its own citizens on their own ballot. Is anyone Okay with that?
http://www.celebstoner.com/news/marijuana-news/2015/11/03/ohio-says-no-to-marijuana-legalization/?ref=47&ref_type=tab
"Monopoly?" The exclusive possession or control of the supply or trade in a commodity or service.
"Oligopoly" a state of limited competition, in which a market is shared by a small number of producers or sellers.
Ohio did wrong. Shame Shame Shame Ohio
Hemp Long!
This goes to show that we 'The People' need a means to cast votes through our self representation. Through "The Internet" we can cast our votes live, in real time. If you don't entrust, how do you online Bank?
This bill is a shame. PATHETIC. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON THE POLITRICKS. So shameful.
Wait another year in Ohio... sorry buckeyes. So pathetic. My good friends now are leaving your state in this wake.
But, next year we have Florida (should pass) and California (should pass with flying colors).
Of course, none of this Ohio BS matters to NC, and the Hemp Inc processor.

News on Ohio would be nice. Post pre-counts or results, if you have!
