Thank you very much for the encouragement and yes I'am very grateful. The lesson I personally learned was hold a bunch, sell some and flip a little. Godspeed to ya
Here is a lesson for the undecided or flipper etc.. I was in at .25 sold way to soon at a 1. for a profit, thinking I could easily jump back in. Didn't happen. Rose to quickly and wasn't able to get filled. Missed the entire 5.00 run .
I sure hope we don't gap open. A nice steady climb would be just fine by me.
Wow, that's awesome. We're able to make a good profit on the last big run?
I see your point on theory, but in practical application in the 14 years in business I have never seen someone not buy a house because the interest rates went up and they couldn't afford their dream home, they always compromise. Usually, it is always the opposite.
I was so glad to see interest rates rise, it got a lot of people off the fence who were trying to time the market etc.. Now they say "oh crap better buy now before they get any higher". Same with refis, besides the most intelligent lenders have long already considered the refi bussiness was a short window, those who could did along time ago. Are you long? GLTY
IBD has fnma ranked as a B- on their ACC/Dis rating. Looking better each week!
No, 4.5% interest does not take anybody out of the market, they just can't buy what they think they deserve. The only thing that takes someone out of the market is bad credit. And even that there is still a work around.
Sad was the fact that not one hard question was asked. Staged to make them look good but it just did not work, I actually came away feeling better about the bill NOT going anywhere.
That to me just seems like the road of least resistance and common sense. That kinda scares me a little.
Your obviously one of the good ones, because your still around. Most of the fly by night had to quit because they couldn't do it the right way. GLTY
It's amazing to me that people think 4.5% is high and that is the reason for the drop in loan apps. It's the time of year and anything below 7.5% is low. GLTY
Ok, now lets get the take on this from a pro.
Obi, you're up.
Makes sense, thank you.
I also was thinking, who really benefits from "keeping" this stock down. It can't be the shorts for they know it will not last forever although it helps them. We all know this is going up, so who would benefit the most politically from FnF rising like a phoenix. My "guess" is that this will be all about timing. Whoever benefits the most by timing the release. Any thoughts?
I have heard the following comment from several different people.
That made me laugh really hard!
I'm guessing, most people are in (like myself) for the potential upside. Where else can you possibly make a ton of money with so little invested.
I haven't purchased a stock under $20.00 in years. But even with good DD on a very good company it's still a gamble, way more so with OTC.
Lots of emotions in the stock market. Why else would the market react so strongly when it's announced the Gov is not going to ease off just yet. We all know it has to happen and it is not a bad thing at all. Herd/sheep mentality.
There is definitely more potential and more positives then negatives. In fact I have not heard of any substantial negative news yet from the bashers, of course you have your ridicules pumpers as well. But read the facts and they all point up. GLTY
I agree on both parts. Something is only worth what some else is willing to pay for it. But you really don't rely on what a few people amongst thousands may say about a stock.
Will do, thanks.
I know someone on this board who has an uncle and they said they thought they over heard a coworker say it was a great buy!
Always clear and concise.
Couldn't open, can you copy and paste the article?
Hmmm, I think he should sell for the good of us all!
Good call!
Thanks as always!
Obi, is it possible for the Gov to sell FnF shares to push through the debt scenario?
Well I guess you should enlighten me then!
There is nothing wrong with FnF!
You called the last one, what is your speculation as to the time frame of this touch?
I griped at you for complaining to much but I will give you credit for calling that last drop to close to a dollar and back up again. Keep watching!
Always enjoy your responses and info, thanks!
I agree, out of everyone on here. His is the most reliable news and DD. He doesn't let facts get in the way of a good story or in this case Pump. There is never any of this 10 50 100 dollar this week or I'm accumulating again today, buy the dips buy the dips. Always good current factual information with no hype.
That's pretty dang funny!
Is it possible to speculate what the prospective dividends for might be for FnF?
Smart move, learn from the ones before.
Good morning everyone, I would not argue with Obit, but seek to understand first.
Thanks, that's what I was thinking I saw but you are definitely more savvy and eloquent with words, plus you quoted the bible before. thanks for all your info, it really is appreciated by me at least!
