yup i understand that the reporter
was quoting JHENDERSON testimony and his article seemed fair minded to me...when a person under oath, gives operating costs and revenue the way that he did... to me thats a bottom line thing....only we dont know if he was asken to just give figures for cost and revenue ONLY....IF, his testimony was unclear at any point then suites should/sould have jumped in....NO SPIN ELEMENT IF POSSIBLE....

also we had a good post by investman432 about the court proceedings and samps gave this rundown of the events of qasp regarding joe and dean and also threw in jeff....
it seemed to me that his timeline of events was reall bad.. and you know i dont have the best recall of events... i would hope we could get some of our peeps to comment on his post....
first time ive seen him give a timeline of events, and also to me it seemed like others were aiding him to compile this NONFACTUAL GROUP OF EVENTS....ken tomchin would be influenced by all the spin JoeC and minions pass to the suits... below is the post

This is where you and I agree and disagree.

I believe that Dean diluted the QASP Stock into oblivion.

That is not illegal, according to ANY rules and regs.

While Dean continued to dilute, Joe, 1st Creditor, sat back and watched Dean destroy the Company.

Joe knew he would get paid as the Initial Creditor of QASP,
one way or another.

Dean and Jeff were very close at this time (2009-2010) and
Dean was Spoon-Feeding Jeff all the Positive Bile he could
lap up.

When the A/S Maxed Out, this enraged Jeff, as there was no room
in the A/S for him (Jeff) to sell the Debt Wrap Shares he purchased from Dean.

In Short, Jeff thought he could just waltz in and
take over the Company.

The Shares Dean sold him are BOGUS???

This would make the "Next Person" in line positioned

Joe Canouse.

Like it or not, all Dean did was dilute the Company
so bad, there was no way to recover.

Legal.

Like it or not (and the courts will decide this soon)
Joe Canouse will take over ONLY because Dean defaulted
on the agreements set and signed by EQUR, QASP, Dean
and Joe.

This is NOT Jeff's Fault either.

Jeff simply got into this way over his head and there's
No Way Out without encurring some major financial setbacks
to Jeff.

Hey People, Jeff Rolled the Dice Big Time on a
Penny Pink and Lost.

Jeff did it. Jeff is and will pay for it.

Dean Defaulted.

Joe will take Over.

The only things that really upset me are these.

1. Dean released nothing but Fluff PR's and continued to Dilute.

2. Jeff ALWAYS posted like "ALL IS WELL", until he finally
figured out he gotten Horns-waggled.

3. Jeff admitted in the depo that he sold commons. WHEN?
He never told ANYONE he was a QASP Flipper? Jeff lead EVERYONE to believe that they should HOLD THEIR SHARES, all while HE was SELLING!

4. Last, but certainly not least, is how everyone is so against Joe.

Joe never posted until Dean and Jeff proved that QASP was a Failed Company.

I'll bet that if anyone here would have fronted the Money with Signed agreements as to the Success or Failure, YOU would be trying to Collect...JUST LIKE JOE.

yup that 49MM does bring in some intrigue to NHSH. here's a slightly different twist... as long as we are twisting....
750MM A/S so max PP value to us is 165MM ceiling... from there as we finally know how many and how much "passed over" but we know the barn@Jamestown total needs to be a minimum of 83M NHSH Shares....so somewhere between 83 and 165 is what we have when we land in the town/barn.....

the amount of the 82mil not getting in the barn is unknown... that amount could be given to the "shareholders" of NHSH prorated as shares or "ears of corn" who knows? but it would be yummy!!!!
and you can take that to the mattress as popcorn

there was a board meeting to address the share structure on May 20th and BOD hasnt given us any "news"....
my understanding of past information from Jeff/James is that we have a 78%centa 22%PP split. heres part of a debate..
the company is 750,000,000 shares i looked it up...
so with that in mind our 22% is easy to figure as 165MM SHARES toward our PP..
so of the total 601,173,482... we receive 165,000,000 of that
leaving 436,173,482..to centa RESTRICTED for a year...
also another 99,144,599...to centa that is not part of the RESTRICTED MERGER SHARES, but is part of the total A/S
also there is a current float of 49,681,919

doing the math at todays close of nhsh .10
our shares have a total tradable value of $16.5 million if we had a 100% PP of shareholders...
we dont but we are close....to that percentage imo
also the 165MM was also in consideration that there are 1.5Billion shares in the qasp A/S.... we know the O/S is close to that percentage also....
also we we close to current T/A shareholder RECORD
