Benoit Laliberte found guilty AFTER APPEAL on 41 counts. Further AFTER APPEAL he was found guilty on another three (3) counts so final verdict is guilty on total of 44 of 48 original counts. Under Quebec law these were penal convictions. If case had gone to court just six months later Benoit would have been sentenced to jail.
Don't believe any UAMA financials that aren't audited. That means waiting until Q4 YE 2018 Financials. There's substantial risk here as UAMA CEO convicted on 41 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and DECEIVING INVESTORS!

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts

Caveat Emptor, UAMA CEO convicted of stock fraud, market manipulation, and misrepresentation to shareholders. Don't believe any financials that aren't audited! Caveat Emptor!
CAVEAT EMPTOR. Bankruptcy and Receivership are strangling enterprise. Abundant risk here! CAVEAT EMPTOR
Read the Court Records (Bankruptcy and Receivership) and you will find UAMA is benefically owned by Benoit Laliberte, a fact the Quebec Court will find of interest.
UAMA CEO never paid fine imposed by Quebec Court. Dodged by filing bankruptcy and staying undischarged for approximately 10 years. Laws in Province of Quebec different than rest of Canada so unknown what they can and might do. I'm sure they will be pleased to learn "domes" beneficially owned and controlled by UAMA CEO and located within their jurisdiction. Justice be served!
Accepted snowflakes challenge, letter sent to Quebec AG!
UAMA failed to disclose criminal CEO to SEC and shareholders. UAMA is US public company and exposed to SEC oversight.
UAMA in violation of 17 CFR 229.401 - (Item 401) Directors, executive officers, promoters and control persons.

Caveat Emptor: UAMA's CEO still in court over Bankruptcy and separate Receivership of Investel Capital Corp. He is the beneficial owner of all these failed or failing enterprises.
With apologies to Bilal Khabab. His post so relevant!
This is an irresponsible and ill informed comment. His fines were not paid, nor were the significant back tax owed (over $50mm). He declared bankruptcy.
In fact, M. Laliberte an undischarged bankrupt and has been for close to 10 years. He has been involved in hundreds of lawsuits and continues to have scores of creditors looking to unwind the layers of corporate shells and trusts he has used to try and stay one step ahead.
His only company with brick and mortar assets is under CCAA proceedings currently. A receiver was appointed over Investel on March 1, 2018 by its largest secured creditor. Investel owns the technology and is the plaintiff in both US and Can patent lawsuits.
Feel free to look at court filings in British Columbia and Quebec. Heck, if you ask me nicely I will send you copies.
You also have no idea whether or not the SEC has any interest in him. Nor do I for that matter, but I can certainly tell you that it is a matter of time on that front. Given the float involved UAMA is rather small potatoes but the level of outright market fraud is, frankly, astounding and is surely to attract attention at some point.

Heard ex-RuralCom CEO was a spook earlier in his career.
Way I heard it, ex-RuralCom CEO caused a lot of crying by his adversaries! Unlike Benoit Laliberte, not a crook, respected by government and a strong career track record.
Seems like the market understands UAMA potential and risks better than posters!
Bad news on way for Benoit. TNW Wireless will get rejected by CRTC and ISED will not approve transfer of spectrum licences to TNW. Receiver seizing IP and Patents re Investel. Stay tuned more to come. House of Cards crumbling?

Benoit Laliberte never built business of lasting value.
Snowflake posters know nothing. Fact is Investel bought RuralCom.
Not true! He made offer to JV with former RuralCom CEO which he turned down when he found out Benoit Laliberte was a convicted criminal and regularly breached agreements.

UAMA is a portrait of a failing enterprise.
Benoit Laliberte is convicted criminal, has never built a business of lasting value. Why would anyone ever invest in any business run by him? Wait maybe none, only a few shares sold today!

"Level of fraud here astounding" and posters in deep denial of the facts! Research to find out Benoit Laliberte beneficially owns and controls all of the companies involved in bankruptcy (CCAA) proceedings and Receivership of the touted parent Investel Capital Corporation. Benoit himself found guilty, even after appeal on 41 counts of stock fraud and market manipulation by a Quebec Court. Fined $1M and filed bankruptcy where he remains today as an undischarged bankrupt. Caveat Emptor.
Investors Beware! Benoit Laliberte, convicted criminal, has never built a business of lasting value. He was convicted of fraud and market manipulation and any investor should do deep due diligence. Caveat Emptor.
What goes around comes around! This poster is an aggrieved creditor and one of many as Benoit makes a habit of sucking in suppliers, contractors, vendors, banks, and then breaching agreements and contracts with them and not paying them. He'll do the same thing with "domes" with the same result, namely failure.
UAMA CEO knows about my influence. That's why he devoted so much time on the July call on " damage control". TNW will fail to get the cellular spectrum licences. SNAP litigation gone as Receiver seized the patents and IP. With any luck "domes" get seized or liened.

UPHOLD JUSTICE! Attention existing and former employees of Navigata-Westel, Teliphone, UAMA, TNW, Investel, etc. The US SEC will pay Whistleblowers 10-30% of any financial penalties. You likely know Benoit Laliberte is a criminal and, if you are able to provide proof, the SEC Whistleblower Program will reward you with 10-30% of any financial penalties levied. This could be worth potentially millions $USD) to a Whistleblower that can provide insider evidence of fraud, misuse of company funds, false or misleading financial reporting, exaggerated press releases, etc. Could potentially put Benoit in a US jail. Message to Quebec Court. If, as stated in court records, Benoit Laliberte never paid his court-imposed fine you may want to take a look at the "Blockdomes" he has built on Quebec soil. The Court may wish to seize or lien these assets. Justice be served! See UAMA, it's all there!
Investors beware! UAMA CEO is convicted criminal. The following updated by the Toronto Globe & Mail on April 26, 2018. This informational post made as a public service to existing or potential investors. Caveat Emptor!
