Read the filings. The contract with MCET pays them through mid 2016. That means the research piggy backing OXIS therapy on MCET delivery system just only began in June 2015.

It will take at least 9-12 months of research to be able to take it to the next step, IMO.

After reading the 10q the problem I see is that there are 3-4 funders, Which necessarily puts pressure to sell when they can lest another funder jump in line and sell first. If there were one, maybe two funders it would be easier to make the case to a funder to tap the breaks and let FFFC breath.

This race to the bottom is what is killing FFFC, IMO. One could blast FONG for structuring this way, but is FFFC a position to dictate terms? Not at this point I bet.


What is needed are more positive earnings like we saw yesterday. The 6 month (based on YoY) gain was amazing.

What is curious is the 10q mentions ZERO revenue from the CHONG card in 2015. Once this hits the books, coupled with Brawnstone--which looks like it's already paid for itself, and with PureGrow roll out (puregrowsystems.com) we could see some blue sky very easily.

There is no doubt a race is on between the funders and FFFC's ability to raise the PPS. This will only happen through earnings, IMO.

Fluff PRs won't do it anymore.

And in the end, if it hits zero bid and the decision is made for a RS, FFFC may very probably pull the trigger, arguing the end game is closer now to a successful, profitable company than was in 2014.
