Redwood, as greedy as they are, still need their liquidity to fund other deals. They are not in the habit of holding stocks regardless of what is ahead. Dont forget they also have a monthly payment schedule to MRL.

If ECO pays within 6 months then its 3.3mil.

AFTER 6 MONTHS the debt reverts back to 5 mil.
