The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts.

Here's why iPCS failed on launch pad! Quick Benoit, pull it off the UAMA site!
https://www.cnet.com/news/what-is-wifi-calling-tmobile-verizon-att-sprint-project-fi-setup-faq/
You're so wrong! Hugely successful at GE,Uniden,PTMS (nee Verizon), etc.
Benoit, UAMA, Investel squandered RuralCom acquisition. Totally missed immediate revenue opportunities which would have eclipsed Blockchain initiative. Dumb, dumb, dumb! But hey! I almost forgot Benoit and his management team have never built a business of lasting value.
News soon from CRTC. Expect iPCS is DOA (Dead on Arrival). Of course anyone who understands wireless would have expected that outcome. Wi-Fi calling has eclipsed iPCS and made it irrelevant.
No record UAMA ever disclosed criminal CEO to shareholders. CAVEAT EMPTOR
Because he believes in justice and the rule of law. Ethical businesses don't have criminal CEOs.
Why does UAMA have criminal CEO?
Court records document a pattern of failing to pay contractors and breaching contracts. One judge declared that it appeared to be a business strategy of Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO. How long before Blockdome contractors wise up to fact they won't be paid. If the financials for 3rd QTR look too good this is likely the reason. What cost of sales?
UAMA failed to disclose criminal CEO to SEC and shareholders. UAMA is US public company and exposed to SEC oversight.
UAMA in violation of 17 CFR 229.401 - (Item 401) Directors, executive officers, promoters and control persons.

Funny to read about SNAP when Receiver (Bond Capital vs Investel Capital Corp.) has demand out for all IP and Patents. You can't proceed with litigation when you don't have title to the underlying patents.
