Why do I even bother analyzing my holdings each day when I have Posicrotch n SlurpItUp prognosticating on iHub with such pinpoint accuracy and in-depth knowledge?
Thanks fellas!
L & S!
It's not a big deal - I think most would agree. It's worth posting though. People can then chime in and give their reasons why it is or isn't a big deal. No one's "parade" has been rained on.
Yes, it's very confusing. Thanks HC!
Still not clear on the requirement.. for NASDAQ is the criteria a minimum of 90 days at $4+ for a company w/out revenue?
Increasing my position next week as well. My last planned increase. I sense we're not going to be in this range much longer.
It depends on certain criteria and which exchange. We've all been assuming they'd uplist to NASDAQ.
I belive one of the reasons the $4 minimum applies to Titan to uplist to NASDAQ is because they're in development stage and not producing revenue.
Good points - thanks!!
Don't we already assume this type of networking is taking place? I sure do. They all run in the same circles professionally and routinely attend the same conferences and symposiums. It's all great to see that these key opinion leaders have been together recently but is this a surprise to anyone? Great sleuthing HC777 but what is the takeaway? I'm under the assumption this is going on already. What am I missing?
And does anyone know what new news that guy who shall remain nameless is referring to? Just curious!
Bordering on stalking but good work nonetheless Honeycomb!
I guess investors are putting their $ elsewhere for awhile. Can't blame'em! I think this one is going to take awhile to gain some momentum. Nice time to buy if you have some patience.
Thank you IITF. I will stop holding a certain someone's feet to the fire as long as they stop giving me reason to do so! I came here for civil discussion, debate, new information and different perspectives. If followed, your "Message Board Rules" will help us get back to a beneficial environment for all Titan investors.
A rational projection - good post BelizeMe!
Who is a naysayer? Critical analysis is quite different from simple pessimism. Ive seen very few regular posters in here that are pessimistic about Titan's future. The regulars in here have all invested $ and time in Titan. Your "pumping" and consistently vague predictions reek more of "bullchit" than anyone's critical analysis.
Your impression is the same I get from the investigators I speak with. I work mainly in pharmaceutical research but the attitudes across all therapies are generally the same - improve technology and move forward. Yes there are those docs with "old school" mentalities that can't help but resist change, but the vast majority want to see technological progress that will improve patient outcomes and reduce costs across the board. Great marketing of "cutting edge" technology never hurts either!
You are out in the trenches so I definitely respect and will consider your opinion. I speak to surgeons and practitioners often as well (I am a Clinical Research Associate) and it seems the prevailing attitude among those Ive talked to is that there will be considerable growth in the market in the next 5+ years. I believe most of the surgeons on this board seem to think the same. This is exactly why different perspectives on this board are so helpful. As an investor it is imperative to get as much info as possible - due diligence is a constant! Id like to hear from Daktari, Golf Pro, El Guapo, etc regarding their thoughts on market expansion.
I disagree. ISRG plans on being a player in the ever-expanding MIS / single-port market. Yes Titan should have a fairly easy time selling their product to the small to medium sized hospitals/surg centers but they certainly won't limit themselves to "niche-marketing".
Great input / Great post!
IITF definitely knows how to dig in... and he does so consistently. Much respect for him and the info he brings to the board.
I concur and have avoided it for about a week... came back this morning and see nothing has changed. His unspecified predictions that there will be news are lame! Anyone can say "there will be news in the next week" then thump his chest when there is. BTW he predicted there would be "news" this week - he's running out of time. Also looks like he may have another alias. I love how his aliases keep pat'n each other on the back. I'll be back when there is something newsworthy because there are definitely some intelligent people on here (investors, surgeons, reps, etc) worth listening to. Posilock is a penny-stock message board hack!!! Just look at his posts about other companies.
L & S Everyone!
Ah, ok... thanks for the info.
Agree... any of those announcements are significant pps movers.
WHEN did Posilock come up big?
Do u think they're holding back that info? I know they like to keep things close to the vest but what would be the advantage to that?
Wow, that is so enlightening - thank you! I'm adding to my position just on your insightful forecast alone!
Here is just the latest in the multitude of articles we've seen on the future of robotic surgery...
http://www.whatech.com/market-research-reports/press-release/medical/30109-worldwide-surgical-robot-device-market-to-reach-19-96-billion-by-2019
It's spelled i-m-b-e-c-i-l-e!
That would be nice!
Signing on with a CRO to manage the Phase I/IIb clinical trials is definitely forward progress but it certainly is not news that will impact pps much. The CEO had said they were gearing up for the first human trials to start in early 2015. This was a step that had to be taken because the company doesn't have its own internal resources to manage the trials. Definitely looking forward to this process getting started!!!
Good post - thanks!!!
NICE!
I have NEVER said Titan needs to release PRs just for the sake of releasing PRs. Please, go back through my posts on this topic. I have said time and again they should release periodic strategic timeline / milestone / development updates. I couldn't care less about fluff like today's announcement.
Im not fighting with you Honey. You keep responding so I respond back - like now. I am merely pointing out that this type of news doesn't affect pps. You clamor for this stuff on here daily. You keep thinking your "nuggets" you post on here each week are going to help TITXF "gap up". You even suggested this morning that today's news should push pps upward. I simply disagree. Like you I think we could use more PR, but I think strategic PR on development status is what investors are waiting for... not what titles the execs hold.
I agree... but again, who is doubting that things aren't moving forward? Development milestones are what will drive pps. The rest is fluff!
Can you find out when we might hear something about the design feeze? That will be significant. If you nail that one, I'll give you serious props. But you cannot be vague!
Did anyone think there was going to be news that sets them up for failure? I certainly didn't / don't anticipate any. A new title for Dr. Fowler is not going to do much for pps IMO! I assumed Fowler was doing all those things anyway! Im in agreement with those on the board that say development milestones are the key. This does very little in that regard. People are so thirsty for news that they're excited that Fowler is still there and has a new title?
Okay, I give you props for predicting there'd be news this week. When is the next release of news and will it be something of substance?
Well, not exactly "earth-shattering" news but we'll take whatever we can get!
I know four people invested in Titan. I'd say about 25% of the docs Ive asked have heard of Titan.
No Sno-Cone on a Monday? That is odd!
Clinical Research Associate based in Phoenix Metro but travel to research sites/hospitals all over the country working directly with clinical investigators in various therapeutic areas. I was introduced to Titan a year ago by a family member in the Midwest - a surgeon that uses da Vinci.
So are you now insinuating your source is a relative of John Hargrove?
