Really? Like what?
Definitely pressure to keep the stock price down. IMO
The silence from management is telling. They are letting shareholder value erode and they frankly don't give a shit. Clowns running this business. I hope they get investigated. :) IMO
Can you provide the link?
I think they need to go back to grade school and learn math. 100K revenue less all their spending....it's a negative number. :) IMO
Also, if this company doesn't turn around, the Canadian CPA firm who did the evaluation (if there was one) should be prepared for a class action lawsuit. IMO.
Funny thing is...if the leaders of this company were able to raise capital by issuing new shares at .02, they could buy back the shares at a tenth of the price and no one gets diluted. too funny. IMO
OUCH! dropped.
This seems to hold it's own today...even though the volume keeps replacing at $.0026
I believe we will see some pops here and there, but the management definitely needs to show evidence of sustainability. To date, it's nada. IMO
Where do you find the read on the investigation? I've googled and haven't found anything.
Don't you think that if the top 3 running the company were selling off their shares no matter how, and the company screws the shareholders, there won't be an investigation or class action law suit? IMO
Someone is definitely trying to keep this down or unloading their ownership. IMO
Looks like someone is ready to get out...roughly 2.5 million sell at .0027.
They would have to sell their shares first! :) IMO
Dang, I missed all the fun for the few minutes it lasted. :) Any idea what caused the pop?
I agree. I'm just wondering if it's the creditors selling.
Don't insiders have to file with the SEC when they sell?
Insiders??? There aren't that many insiders and frankly, they don't respond to inquiries.
We are approaching new all-time lows. So what's the lowest this stock has gone? Wasn't it .0025 or something like that? IMO
That wouldn't surprise me. I can't even get them to respond to an email asking about the status of the special financing.
What I meant by panic selling is...the sky is falling so let's get out. :) IMO
panic selling this morning. Let's hope for a turnaround with some real news or better financials to come. :) IMO
I don't believe this company is a scam, as why acquire another company. Also, why sell to a scam company if you are being given mostly shares and debt as part of the purchase price...even if it's at a discount. That being said, I think it is being poorly run to say the least and there is risk in penny stock land. Just my opinion.
I've emailed twice, and they never respond to emails. I'm wondering if these shares are for payment of services vs. purchases...maybe favorable debt conversion. Who knows...just my opinion, but I'm still trying to figure out this company.
Good one...I guess I should have said significant news. That wasn't news in my opinion. But you are correct, I don't know anything about this company.
I think this stock is going to have very little volume other than those who are walking away, until some sort of news...good or bad. IMO
This is the first alert I've heard of this being a Scam! :)
Has any shares traded this week? This stock is dead! The management of this company is ineffective! IMO
Gotcha.
July?
Volume on this stock is dead. imo
Yes, they are diluting. In my opinion, when they trade debt for shares it is diluting the shareholders. IMO
White Shadow, thank you for the kind words. My issue is that if you are buying more companies, how are you paying for them? currently, their only revenue is from Atlas, and they should focus on growing that revenue to help fund other initiatives. The Atlas purchase diluted the common share holders, and the debt being converted and below market value is what is keeping the share price lower or pushing it lower. If you lent money, you are going to want to get your money back unless you are certain the stock price is going up. So, I do believe there is potential here, but it's about being able to survive the cash flow issue they are in without killing the common share holders. IMO
OK. I'll think on it.
In my opinion, paying more than the value is common...it doesn't scream scam to me at all. I work for a very large company that acquires all the time, and there is goodwill more times than not...its about assessing the value the acquisition brings to you and what it's worth to your business.
That being the case, I can't speak to this acquisition specifically as it relates to if it was a good purchase price or not. IMO
Hahahaha, your definition of goodwill is funny. I get the frustration though. IMO
Goodwill is an accounting term. When someone buys a company for more than the value, the amount over is called goodwill.
So if you buy the company for 500K and the assets are worth 400K, then the 100K difference is called goodwill.
How can you say "Guaranteed"? It is an opinion unless you have facts to back it up. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see it.
If I had to guess, I think it's those debt converted shares being sold as most of them received discounted shares below fair market. They are trying to recover their original investment. IMO
