I agree, it does seem arbitrary as to when the news has effect, then again the market seems to over react to bad news and there is along delay to the good news.

cramer loves bashing FnF because he is trying to save face. He knows they are good companies and are needed for our economy. He will soon change his story and say NOW it's time to get in and buy and play it off like that was his strategy all along.

Hard to say. Watt could come out right away and take the bull by the horn and say " OK, lets release FnF and deal with these lawsuits amicably or he could take a more passive approach for a few weeks to let it all sink in and get used to the idea of him being in charge. Regardless, the plan either way has been in place for awhile.

I like this sideways action with the type of orders going through coupled with the fact the RSI is resetting its self for a nice move up. Hopefully $3 will be our next support level. But I agree,some news is needed!
