I agree with your post and will add that the amount of DD by the folks on this board have kept the PPS from sinking lower. BS and Mac had faith that if they let the new website slip out without PR'ing it that we would find it and spread the word before the PR. I truly believe that the DD here has kept the PPS from falling to the 3's or even 2's. How much longer it can be sustained is the question. If they can PR something substantial soon we are off to the races.

We have all seen what the fluff PR's have led to here. Lots of flippers killing the MOMO. I want a solid PR backed with actual completed or near completion facts followed by another. This will launch the PR to loftier, sustainable levels. I have the patience to wait it out a bit longer.

Just helping PICKS out as he seems to think as he has for months that this stock is going to make a nice run into positive territory. This stock will eventually make a small run but it won't be as UNQT.

What this means is that the MM's are loading up to short the hell out of this stock. I keep telling you that UNQT is done and over with. A new company will eventually take over this shell. When news hits the new company may run for awhile. Make some dough and get out. Afer the first reverse split of the new company the MM's will have a field day and own you.

Nobody is selling real estate in this crisis.

Has anybody figured this out yet? Is this MEG setting up the transportation side of the fuels?

Laporte is a major player in the project and doesn't have to PR anything at this time. What would Methes gain from PR'ing that they received an initial deposit? They would gain more from PR'ing they sold the units. I am trying to continue the positive energy and excitement that lives here while you for some reason continue to be a disbeliever at any of the positive factual DD that has been posted here. Sorry if I offended you. I am down huge but at least believe I will be rewarded for my patience in the long run.

This one imo is huge also. Check out the 2 year chart on PALG. I believe I saw at one point PALG was .008 and went as high as $40.

IMHO the Kingstree warehouse is already up and running. I believe the denami's have been purchased, installed and are operational or darn close to it. If they are going to begin shipping fuel to the DOD in June they have to be very close.

Brian and Mac have stated that they would be holding their cards very close to their chests and have done a great job at doing that. Brian also stated that he didn't follow the day to day PPS because in the long run he knows where it will be at. I know it's been a long arduous wait for all of us but patience will soon win out.

I live a couple of hours away from the plant and will take a trip either next weekend or the weekend after. I will take some pics and post my findings.

New SEC rule in effect:

Hard T+3 Close-Out Requirement; Penalties for Violation Include Prohibition of Further Short Sales, Mandatory Pre-Borrow
The Commission adopted, on an interim final basis, a new rule requiring that short sellers and their broker-dealers deliver securities by the close of business on the settlement date (three days after the sale transaction date, or T+3) and imposing penalties for failure to do so.

If a short sale violates this close-out requirement, then any broker-dealer acting on the short seller's behalf will be prohibited from further short sales in the same security unless the shares are not only located but also pre-borrowed. The prohibition on the broker-dealer's activity applies not only to short sales for the particular naked short seller, but to all short sales for any customer.

Although the rule will be effective immediately, the Commission is seeking comment during a period of 30 days on all aspects of the rule. The Commission expects to follow further rulemaking procedures at the expiration of the comment period.

Exception for Options Market Makers from Short Selling Close-Out Provisions in Reg SHO Repealed
The Commission approved a final rule to eliminate the options market maker exception from the close-out requirement of Rule 203(b)(3) in Regulation SHO. This rule change also becomes effective at 12:01 a.m. ET on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2008.

As a result, options market makers will be treated in the same way as all other market participants, and required to abide by the hard T+3 closeout requirements that effectively ban naked short selling.

Rule 10b-21 Short Selling Anti-Fraud Rule
The Commission adopted Rule 10b-21, which expressly targets fraudulent short selling transactions. The new rule covers short sellers who deceive broker-dealers or any other market participants. Specifically, the new rule makes clear that those who lie about their intention or ability to deliver securities in time for settlement are violating the law when they fail to deliver. This rule also becomes effective at 12:01 a.m. ET on Thursday.

Charts are shaping up nicely. Claytraders chart from last night has a breakout once the 6's go and I certainly don't think we will see the 3's as a bottom.
